Love Letters

Discover the ‘Alphabet of Love’ with each letter representing an aspect of love as an illustration, interspersed with excerpts from world literature.

The two little legs of the H, entangled with fiery tongues and other body parts – represent ‘Horny’. The B, formed by two little birds lovingly interlocking their beaks – stands for ‘Lovebirds’. The ‘Alphabet of Love’ by illustrator Sanny Winters is world-class. Her love for letters and for love itself come together in her new book, where her illustrations are interspersed with excerpts from world literature. Armed with nothing but red, black, and white – and tons of inspiration – she transforms each letter into an icon of love.
