Circle Up, Let´s Talk!: Restorative Discipline Practices for Today´s Educator

Circle Up was written for educators and community members who are determined to change the school and community culture through purposeful, intentional conversations. More importantly, the book will provide the tools necessary to create a mindset for building transformational relationships with students and adults to repair harm done, manage conflict, and increase performance as they experience higher levels of educational/emotional success. The Restorative Discipline approach explained inside the book will change school and organizational culture when done with fidelity and consistency. Truth be told, the Restorative Discipline practices shared in the book can indeed work in other areas as well to foster healthy communication!
