Podle tradic \u00e1juverdy se lid\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00ed na t\u0159i t\u011blesn\u00e9 typy a ka\u017ed\u00fd  tento typ pot\u0159ebuje k\u00a0vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9mu \u017eivotu n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho \u2013 teplo, chlad, sladk\u00e9,  trpk\u00e9. Matthews, autor knihy <b>Um\u011bn\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho \u017eivota<\/b>, se nezab\u00fdv\u00e1 jen j\u00eddlem a rozd\u011blen\u00edm na typy, ale i t\u00edm, jak b\u011b\u017en\u00e9  \u010dinnosti mohou negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot, proto\u017ee to prost\u011b pro n\u00e1s nen\u00ed.  U\u017e jste ur\u010dit\u011b n\u011bkdy p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli nad t\u00edm, \u017ee byste cht\u011bli vst\u00e1t brzy r\u00e1no,  zacvi\u010dit si, d\u00e1t si sprchu, sn\u00eddani a j\u00edt sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce, ale prost\u011b to nejde. Proto je dobr\u00e9 si osvojit p\u00e1r  jednoduch\u00fdch technik, jak se zklidnit fyzicky i ment\u00e1ln\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Nejen meditac\u00ed se m\u016f\u017eete  dopracovat ke stavu, kdy v\u00e1m t\u011blo p\u00e9\u010di za\u010dne pozitivn\u011b vracet. Podle sv\u00e9ho t\u011blesn\u00e9ho  typu se m\u016f\u017eete i stravovat. Z\u00e1sady \u00e1juverdy pracuj\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00edm, jak hork\u00e9 nebo  studen\u00e9 va\u0161e t\u011blo vnit\u0159n\u011b je a jak tento stav podpo\u0159it nebo vyv\u00e1\u017eit. Pokud  p\u016fjdeme do hloubky, mo\u017en\u00e1 zjist\u00edme, \u017ee zbyte\u010dn\u011b sv\u00e9 t\u011blo p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me, zat\u011b\u017eujeme  a zbyte\u010dn\u011b si ub\u00edr\u00e1me energii. Nen\u00ed to jasn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f na v\u0161echno v\u00a0na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b, ale m\u016f\u017ee uk\u00e1zat sm\u011bry,  kter\u00fdmi se vydat a zp\u016fsoby, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m mohou v\u00a0na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b pomoci nastolit  rovnov\u00e1hu. <\/p>\n<p><b>Um\u011bn\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho \u017eivota<\/b> je ur\u010den\u00e9  pro v\u0161echny, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou otev\u0159eni nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem a maj\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed touhu n\u011bco zm\u011bnit.  I kdyby to byla mali\u010dkost, kter\u00e1 V\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee se znovu voln\u011b nadechnout.
