Autor Joachim Bernd Vollmer v prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b ukazuje, jak by t\u011blo, pota\u017emo st\u0159eva m\u011bla spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovat. Jak samo sob\u011b dok\u00e1\u017ee pomoci, jak se hl\u00e1s\u00ed o pozornost a kdy u\u017e neuti\u0161iteln\u011b k\u0159i\u010d\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 to t\u00edm nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, tedy j\u00eddlem, respektive t\u00edm, jak to vypad\u00e1 od okam\u017eiku, kdy ho vlo\u017e\u00edte do \u00fast a\u017e po koncov\u00fd produkt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 budete p\u0159ekvapeni, \u010d\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm sami sebe sabotujeme v honb\u011b za zdrav\u00edm. Vybav\u00edte si popisek \u201eobohaceno o vl\u00e1kninu\u201c? Nejsp\u00ed\u0161 ano a vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 to v n\u00e1s pocit, \u017ee to p\u0159eci mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zdrav\u00e9, a\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o cokoliv. Vl\u00e1knina se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z celul\u00f3zy, co\u017e jsou vlastn\u011b d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 piliny. Um\u00edte si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee byste m\u011bli sn\u00edst denn\u011b 30g pilin? J\u00e1 tedy ne. To, co se zrodilo jako sp\u00e1sn\u00e1 my\u0161lenka ze studi\u00ed v \u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech, se stalo modern\u00edm trendem, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt paradoxn\u011b opa\u010dn\u00fd vliv na na\u0161e st\u0159eva, ne\u017e bylo zam\u00fd\u0161leno. A nejde jen o vl\u00e1kninu.<\/p>\n<p>Cel\u00e1 kniha je pojata jako pr\u016fvodce na\u0161\u00edm zdrav\u00edm. Od historick\u00fdch a biologick\u00fdch fakt\u016f a\u017e po realitu modern\u00ed doby a toho, co v\u0161echno je n\u00e1m v\u011bda schopna nab\u00eddnout. Ale nejen ona. Autor se zam\u011b\u0159uje na to, jak moc se dne\u0161n\u00ed spole\u010dnost sna\u017e\u00ed b\u00fdt fit, \u201edopuje\u201c se potravinov\u00fdmi dopl\u0148ky, ale zapom\u00edn\u00e1 na to, co by n\u00e1m k udr\u017een\u00ed a zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00ed mohla nab\u00eddnout p\u0159\u00edroda. A p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm lok\u00e1ln\u00ed potraviny. Citrusy jsou fajn, ale lep\u0161\u00ed slu\u017ebu na\u0161emu organismu prok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed jablka, ryb\u00edz nebo t\u0159eba angre\u0161t. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Velice \u010dtivou formou autor p\u0159edstavuje za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed a tr\u00e1vic\u00ed syst\u00e9m jako autonomn\u00ed jednotku, kter\u00e1 se v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b hlasit\u011b hl\u00e1s\u00ed o na\u0161i pozornost. Nijak zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 nekritizuje v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 sm\u011bry, jen ukazuje, co a jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem p\u016fsob\u00ed na na\u0161e st\u0159eva a jak se tomu d\u00e1 p\u0159edej\u00edt, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b, jak ji\u017e vznikl\u00e9 \u0161kody napravit. A\u017e si p\u016fjdete d\u00e1t sn\u00eddani, zkuste se zamyslet nad t\u00edm, co by asi v\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e1vic\u00ed syst\u00e9m \u0159ekl je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e ji vlo\u017e\u00edte do \u00fast. Po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159ehodnot\u00edte sv\u016fj pohled na sv\u00e9 \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c stravov\u00e1n\u00ed.
