Moji \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i si \u017e\u00e1dali v\u00edce recept\u016f, proto jsem jich do kucha\u0159ky sepsala v\u00edce ne\u017e devades\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kniha tentokr\u00e1t neobsahuje dlouh\u00fd souvisl\u00fd text v \u00favodu, ale ka\u017ed\u00fd recept je dopln\u011bn\u00fd o krat\u0161\u00ed praktick\u00e9 texty. Ty se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011bru surovin, jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed v&nbsp;kuchyni nebo t\u0159eba nutri\u010dn\u00edho pohledu v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. \u010cten\u00e1\u0159i se tak i bez nutnosti dlouh\u00e9ho \u010dten\u00ed text\u016f dozv\u00ed, jestli je \u010desk\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b opravdu nezdrav\u00e1, jak by m\u011bla vypadat pol\u00e9vka, pokud m\u00e1 b\u00fdt hlavn\u00edm j\u00eddlem, pro\u010d nikdy neom\u00fdvat maso nebo pro\u010d nekupovat levnou sko\u0159ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>P\u0159i psan\u00ed knihy jsem vych\u00e1zela z dotaz\u016f, kter\u00e9 od ve\u0159ejnosti denn\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1m, z chyb, kter\u00e9 vid\u00edm v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dc\u00edch sv\u00fdch klient\u016f, i ze situac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b ve spojitosti s j\u00eddlem a jeho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm m\u016f\u017eete \u0159e\u0161it pr\u00e1v\u011b vy. Po dops\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 knihy si do pozn\u00e1mek v\u00a0telefonu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m postupn\u011b sepisovat n\u00e1pady na pokrmy, kter\u00e9 aktu\u00e1ln\u011b va\u0159\u00edme doma nebo kter\u00e9 ochutn\u00e1m. A tenhle seznam v\u017edycky polo\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1klady n\u011bjak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed z m\u00fdch knih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak velkou roli hr\u00e1la va\u0161e rodina p\u0159i testov\u00e1n\u00ed recept\u016f?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokrmy, kter\u00e9 se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do m\u00fdch kucha\u0159ek, jsou ty, kter\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed rodin\u011b va\u0159\u00edm pravideln\u011b a na kter\u00e9 si moji zn\u00e1m\u00ed berou po ve\u010de\u0159i u n\u00e1s recept. Nevym\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm recepty pouze pro napln\u011bn\u00ed obsahu knihy, tak\u017ee testov\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b naprosto p\u0159irozen\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V \u00favodu knihy \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, \u017ee vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek by n\u00e1s nem\u011bl svazovat. A s t\u00edm se poj\u00ed nejen to, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk pochop\u00ed, jak by m\u011bl tal\u00ed\u0159 spr\u00e1vn\u011b vypadat a co je na n\u011bm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, ale i to, \u017ee nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba, aby j\u00eddlo bylo v\u017edycky dokonal\u00e9 a nutri\u010dn\u011b perfektn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cht\u011bla bych, aby lid\u00e9 pochopili, \u017ee zdrav\u011b j\u00edst neznamen\u00e1 \u201ebu\u010f, anebo\u201c, je to o mnoha volb\u00e1ch a rozhodnut\u00edch a o tom, co v celkov\u00e9m souhrnu v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159eva\u017euje, ne o jednom j\u00eddle nebo jedn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00e9 surovin\u011b. Proto v moj\u00ed knize najdete koment\u00e1\u0159e k n\u011bkter\u00fdm recept\u016fm a pou\u017eit\u00fdm surovin\u00e1m. Dozv\u00edte se, jak s nimi v kontextu vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku pracovat a p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o nich, jak je doplnit nebo nahradit, pokud je v\u00e1\u0161 c\u00edl nap\u0159\u00edklad redukce hmotnosti. A u n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00e1s mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee nejsou takov\u00fdm stra\u0161\u00e1kem, jak se mohlo zd\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak byste jednodu\u0161e vysv\u011btlila, co znamen\u00e1 nutri\u010dn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 j\u00eddlo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takov\u00e9 j\u00eddlo obsahuje v\u0161echny z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eiviny v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm pom\u011bru, tak\u017ee po n\u011bm nebudete m\u00edt za chv\u00edli chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9, nebudete c\u00edtit propad energie a z&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska prosp\u00edv\u00e1 va\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed. Jednoduch\u00e1 pom\u016fcka, jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 j\u00eddlo poskl\u00e1dat, je \u201ezdrav\u00fd tal\u00ed\u0159\u201c, kter\u00fd postupn\u011b vytla\u010dil z&nbsp;doporu\u010den\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivovou pyramidu. To v\u0161echno jsou toti\u017e nedostatky, kter\u00e9 z odborn\u00e9ho hlediska vid\u00edm u v\u011bt\u0161iny j\u00eddel z restaurac\u00ed. U jednoho j\u00eddla v&nbsp;kontextu cel\u00e9ho t\u00fddne to nevad\u00ed, je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 j\u00eddlo nebude perfektn\u00ed a podle tabulky, ale pokud je takov\u00fdch pokrm\u016f v t\u00fddnu v\u011bt\u0161ina, m\u016f\u017ee to u\u017e b\u00fdt probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b mohou dom\u00e1c\u00ed va\u0159en\u00ed suplovat i krabi\u010dky, je ale pot\u0159eba zvolit dob\u0159e. \u010casto se bohu\u017eel setk\u00e1v\u00e1m s t\u00edm, \u017ee si lid\u00e9 objedn\u00e1vaj\u00ed krabi\u010dky s&nbsp;velmi podhodnocen\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem, kter\u00fd jim nap\u0159\u00edklad doporu\u010d\u00ed i nutri\u010dn\u00ed specialista dan\u00e9 firmy z jednoho prost\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu \u2013 aby byl \u00fabytek na v\u00e1ze rychlej\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspiruje v\u00e1s n\u011bjak\u00e1 zem\u011b nebo n\u011b\u010d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ke stravov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hodn\u011b \u010dasu jsem str\u00e1vila v\u00a0seversk\u00fdch zem\u00edch, kter\u00e9 m\u011b v kuchyni hodn\u011b ovlivnily a kde m\u011b hodn\u011b zaujalo, \u017ee v\u0161echny v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupiny d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ednost celozrnn\u00fdm a \u017eitn\u00fdm v\u00fdrobk\u016fm a b\u011b\u017en\u011b j\u00ed sladk\u00e9 i slan\u00e9 ovesn\u00e9 ka\u0161e. To je n\u011bco, co bych r\u00e1da vid\u011bla i u n\u00e1s, vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed nedosahuje ani poloviny doporu\u010den\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Nikde na sv\u011bt\u011b ale nen\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d populac\u00ed dokonal\u00e9 a v ka\u017ed\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 kuchyni jsou pokrmy nutri\u010dn\u011b vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a pokrmy m\u00e9n\u011b vhodn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00fdch n\u00e1rod\u016f se mi t\u0159eba hodn\u011b l\u00edb\u00ed \u010dast\u00e1 konzumace ryb, ale je naprosto pochopiteln\u00e9, \u017ee pokud m\u00e1te mo\u0159e a snadno dostupn\u00e9 \u010derstv\u00e9 ryby, je jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed jich j\u00edst mnohem v\u00edce, ne\u017e jsou lid\u00e9 zvykl\u00ed u n\u00e1s. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b je nap\u0159\u00edklad ve \u0160pan\u011blsku velmi mal\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br neslazen\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Zat\u00edmco ochucen\u00fdch jogurt\u016f m\u00e1te na v\u00fdb\u011br z des\u00edtek druh\u016f, neochucen\u00e9 jogurty se kr\u010d\u00ed v chladic\u00edm boxu na takov\u00e9m mal\u00e9m prou\u017eku. Nikde nen\u00ed nic \u010dernob\u00edl\u00e9, tak\u017ee z ka\u017ed\u00e9 zem\u011b si do sv\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b p\u0159iv\u00e1\u017e\u00edm n\u011bco. Obecn\u011b je ale nejzdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pestr\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, v n\u011bm\u017e se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e9 potraviny j\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji a n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto a ve kter\u00e9m se z rozmaru nevy\u0159azuj\u00ed cel\u00e9 skupiny potravin. Obecn\u011b je s lep\u0161\u00ed psychickou pohodou spojov\u00e1n st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00fd zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed bohat\u00fd na zeleninu, celozrnn\u00e9 obiloviny, lu\u0161t\u011bniny, ryby a zdrav\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 tuky. D\u011btsk\u00e1 kniha mi otev\u0159ela dal\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011br nervozity i vd\u011bku, proto\u017ee d\u011bti jsou podle m\u011b nejup\u0159\u00edmn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed recenzenti. Je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, aby m\u011blo pozitivn\u00ed vztah k sob\u011b a sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu, kdy\u017e od n\u00e1s sly\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee sami sebe nebo jin\u00e9 negativn\u011b hodnot\u00edme, \u017ee jako jedin\u00ed u stolu nem\u00e1me k ve\u010de\u0159i p\u0159\u00edlohu nebo j\u00edme na rozd\u00edl od ostatn\u00edch jen sal\u00e1t.
