M\u011bla jsem zdravotn&iacute; pot&iacute;\u017ee&nbsp;a oslabenou imunitu a necht\u011bla jsem br&aacute;t&nbsp;st&aacute;le dokola antibiotika. Probudila se ve mn\u011b&nbsp;touha pochopit sv&eacute; t\u011blo, zjistit, \u010d&iacute;m v&scaron;&iacute;m si&nbsp;oslabuji zdrav&iacute; a jak bych si ho mohla co nejp\u0159irozen\u011bji pos&iacute;lit. Tehdy jsem si uv\u011bdomila,&nbsp;\u017ee jsem se v \u017e&aacute;dn&eacute; &scaron;kole nedozv\u011bd\u011bla o tom,&nbsp;jak velk&yacute; vliv m&aacute;&nbsp; zem\u011bd\u011blstv&iacute;, potravin&aacute;\u0159sk&yacute;&nbsp;pr\u016fmysl a ka\u017edodenn&iacute; \u017eivotn&iacute; styl na zdrav&iacute;&nbsp;lid&iacute; a cel&eacute; p\u0159&iacute;rody. A proto jsem za\u010dala ps&aacute;t&nbsp;knihy, kter&eacute; vlastn\u011b srozumiteln&yacute;m zp\u016fsobem&nbsp;dopl\u0148uj&iacute; z&aacute;kladn&iacute; vzd\u011bl&aacute;n&iacute; o tom, jak \u017e&iacute;t, j&iacute;st<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a va\u0159it zdrav\u011bji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>M\u011bl ke zdrav&eacute;mu zp\u016fsobu \u017eivota a stravov&aacute;n&iacute; bl&iacute;zko u\u017e n\u011bkdo z va&scaron;&iacute; rodiny, nebo jste se stala pr\u016fkopnic&iacute;?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jsem holka z Prahy a \u017eili jsme &uacute;pln\u011b norm&aacute;ln m\u011bstsk&yacute; \u017eivot. Pravdou je, \u017ee jsme jedli v&iacute;ce zeleniny, proto\u017ee moje maminka \u017eila dlouho na ji\u017en&iacute;m Slovensku, a k zelenin\u011b d&iacute;ky tomu m\u011bla bli\u017e&scaron;&iacute; vztah. \u017d&aacute;dn&aacute; rodinn&aacute; moudra o bylin&aacute;ch, p\u0159&iacute;rodn&iacute;ch masti\u010dk&aacute;ch \u010di praktick&eacute; zku&scaron;enosti ze \u017eivota na statku jsem do v&iacute;nku nedostala. Ale m\u016fj tat&iacute;nek m&aacute; v sob\u011b hlubokou &uacute;ctu k p\u0159&iacute;rod\u011b a ekologick&eacute; c&iacute;t\u011bn&iacute;. A to m\u011b prov&aacute;zelo od d\u011btstv&iacute;, proto\u017ee n&aacute;m vypr&aacute;v\u011bl poh&aacute;dky, kter&eacute; \u010dasto m\u011bly ur\u010ditou ekologickou linku. O ob\u017eivl&yacute;ch zv&iacute;\u0159atech, stromech, rostlin&aacute;ch nebo o tom, jak podnik&aacute;me v&yacute;lety bal&oacute;nem nad zdej&scaron;&iacute; krajinou. To v&scaron;echno je v m&eacute; du&scaron;i zako\u0159en\u011bn&eacute;, a i to se dostalo do&nbsp;knihy Rytmus roku. Mnoho lid&iacute; mi p&iacute;&scaron;e, \u017ee je kniha hlad&iacute; po du&scaron;i, proto\u017ee nen&iacute; pln&aacute; jen praktick&yacute;ch rad, ale je v n&iacute;&nbsp; i poetick&eacute; \u010dten&iacute; o moudrosti p\u0159&iacute;rody.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Na knize Rytmus roku jste spolupracovala se t\u0159emi l&eacute;ka\u0159kami. Jakou maj&iacute; specializaci a jak prob&iacute;hala va&scaron;e spolupr&aacute;ce?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Internet, ale bohu\u017eel i mnoh&eacute; knihy, jsou dnespln&eacute; rozporupln&yacute;ch a \u010dasto zav&aacute;d\u011bj&iacute;c&iacute;ch informac&iacute; o v&yacute;\u017eiv\u011b a zdrav&iacute;. Moje p\u0159ede&scaron;l&eacute; knihy recenzovala specialistka na zdravotn&iacute; prevenci a v&yacute;\u017eivu, PharmDr. Margit Slim&aacute;kov&aacute;. Tentokr&aacute;t jsem cht\u011bla, aby se k t&eacute;matu ro\u010dn&iacute;ch obdob&iacute; a jejich vlivu na zdrav&iacute; vyj&aacute;d\u0159ily i&nbsp; l&eacute;ka\u0159ky. A tak jsme se ka\u017ed&yacute; m\u011bs&iacute;c sch&aacute;zely a j&aacute; vyb&iacute;rala jejich konkr&eacute;tn&iacute; doporu\u010den&iacute; k sez&oacute;nn&iacute;mu&nbsp; j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dku i pou\u017eit&iacute; r\u016fzn&yacute;ch l&eacute;k\u016f z p\u0159&iacute;rody. D&iacute;ky tomu se vlastn\u011b na jahody v\u017edycky t\u011b&scaron;&iacute;me. V dne&scaron;n&iacute; dob\u011b, kdy m\u016f\u017eeme m&iacute;t celoro\u010dn\u011b jak&eacute;koli plody z jak&eacute;koli \u010d&aacute;sti zem\u011bkoule, jsou pro\u017eitky touhy a t\u011b&scaron;en&iacute; velmi vz&aacute;cn&eacute;. V\u011bci toti\u017e dost&aacute;vaj&iacute; svoji hodnotu t&iacute;m, \u017ee je nem&aacute;me po\u0159&aacute;d.
