J&aacute;tra jsou &uacute;st\u0159edn&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;d&iacute;c&iacute;m org&aacute;nem metabolismu. &Uacute;dajn\u011b vykon&aacute;vaj&iacute; v&iacute;ce ne\u017e p\u011bt set \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute;ch funkc&iacute;! Nav&iacute;c maj&iacute; jedine\u010dnou schopnost se i p\u0159i chronick&eacute;m onemocn\u011bn&iacute; d&aacute;t op\u011bt &bdquo;do po\u0159&aacute;dku&ldquo;, regenerovat se, pokud jim k&nbsp;tomu ov&scaron;em d&aacute;me prostor a uzp\u016fsob&iacute;me jim sv\u016fj \u017eivotn&iacute; rytmus. Text, rozd\u011blen&yacute; do p\u0159ehledn&yacute;ch kapitol a podkapitol, je dopln\u011bn&yacute; o v&scaron;e\u0159&iacute;kaj&iacute;c&iacute; obr&aacute;zky a fotografie.
