Jak br&aacute;t \u017eivot s&nbsp;nadhledem, nepodl&eacute;hat pesimismu, nehroutit se z v\u011bc&iacute;, kter&eacute; nem\u016f\u017eeme nikterak ovlivnit, neb&aacute;t se svou nespokojenost nasm\u011brovat jin&yacute;m sm\u011brem a st&aacute;t se odoln&yacute;m v\u016f\u010di stresuj&iacute;c&iacute;m my&scaron;lenk&aacute;m a pocit\u016fm beznad\u011bje.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ze studi&iacute; vypl&yacute;v&aacute;, \u017ee mezi v&scaron;emi v\u011bkov&yacute;mi skupinami ve v&scaron;ech prost\u0159ed&iacute;ch po cel&eacute; zem\u011bkouli se &scaron;&iacute;\u0159&iacute; obrovsk&aacute; epidemie deprese a &uacute;zkosti, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e m&iacute;ra smutku, stresu a obav dosahuje historicky nejvy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute;ch hodnot. Lid&eacute; se nec&iacute;t&iacute; odpo\u010dinut&iacute; a pro\u017e&iacute;vaj&iacute; m&eacute;n\u011b radosti ne\u017e kdykoli d\u0159&iacute;ve v&nbsp;minulosti. Naprosto alarmuj&iacute;c&iacute; fakta, nemysl&iacute;te?<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">S&nbsp;ka\u017ed&yacute;m dramatem, nevy\u0159e&scaron;en&yacute;m &uacute;kolem v&nbsp;n&aacute;s roste stres a &uacute;zkost, a pr&aacute;v\u011b tyto dva faktory p\u0159edstavuj&iacute; na&scaron;i nejv\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; p\u0159ek&aacute;\u017eku na cest\u011b k&nbsp;du&scaron;evn&iacute; pohod\u011b. Volba vlastn&iacute;ho emo\u010dn&iacute;ho \u017eivotn&iacute;ho stylu &ndash; to je z&aacute;klad, na kter&yacute; se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/autor\/dan-tomasulo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">autor<\/a> v&nbsp;publikaci zam\u011b\u0159uje. Mluvme o tom, co n&aacute;s tr&aacute;p&iacute;, hledejme mo\u017enosti a cesty, jak zv&yacute;&scaron;it du&scaron;evn&iacute; pohodu. N\u011bkdy se sta\u010d&iacute; pouze vyzpov&iacute;dat p\u0159&aacute;tel\u016fm, rodin\u011b, \u010di n\u011bkomu naprosto ciz&iacute;mu, kdo je ochoten n&aacute;s vyslechnout. Budujme si zdravou sebed\u016fv\u011bru a nau\u010dme se p\u0159em&yacute;&scaron;let o sv&eacute;m &bdquo;nejlep&scaron;&iacute;m mo\u017en&eacute;m j&aacute;&ldquo;. Nakonec si zkusme uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee i ten nejhor&scaron;&iacute; traumatick&yacute; z&aacute;\u017eitek lze nasm\u011brovat tak, abychom z&nbsp;n\u011bj pro sebe mnoh&eacute; z&iacute;skali. Zku&scaron;enosti jsou t&iacute;m nejcenn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;m, co v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b m&aacute;me. Bu\u010fme vd\u011b\u010dni za ty dobr&eacute;, ale i za ty, kter&eacute; n&aacute;s zklamaly. Pou\u010dme se z&nbsp;t\u011bch neblah&yacute;ch a sd&iacute;lejme je s ostatn&iacute;mi.
