Kdy jste se za\u010dal v\u011bnovat medic&iacute;n\u011b v &scaron;ir&scaron;&iacute;ch souvislostech?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bylo to b\u011bhem moj&iacute; prvn&iacute; n&aacute;v&scaron;t\u011bvy Indie, kde m\u011b oslovila &aacute;jurv&eacute;da. Pak jsem se zam\u011b\u0159il na studium v&yacute;\u017eivy a funk\u010dn&iacute; medic&iacute;ny a vzd\u011bl&aacute;val jsem se na r\u016fzn&yacute;ch m&iacute;stech ve Velk&eacute; Brit&aacute;nii, v USA a v Rakousku. V praxi jsem se potom rozhodl v\u011bnovat prevenci a komplexn&iacute;mu pohledu na pacienta. <\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Co nab&iacute;z&iacute;te \u010dten&aacute;\u0159\u016fm ve sv&eacute; nov&eacute; publikaci?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">K naps&aacute;n&iacute; t&eacute;to knihy m\u011b p\u0159ivedly dotazy klient\u016f, kte\u0159&iacute; ke mn\u011b chod&iacute;. Pramen&iacute; z informa\u010dn&iacute;ho chaosu, kter&yacute; se vyskytuje r\u016fzn\u011b, na internetu i v n&aacute;zorech n\u011bkter&yacute;ch terapeut\u016f a poradc\u016f. \u010casto protich\u016fdn&eacute; informace vyvol&aacute;vaj&iacute; zmatek&nbsp;v hlav&aacute;ch lid&iacute;, kte\u0159&iacute; nev\u011bd&iacute;, jakou cestou&nbsp;se vydat. Napadlo m\u011b, \u017ee bych v knize shrnul nej\u010dast\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; m&yacute;ty a polopravdy, kter&eacute; se vyskytuj&iacute; na t&eacute;ma zdrav&iacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Podle \u010deho jste je vyb&iacute;ral?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kdy\u017e jsem knihu za\u010d&iacute;nal ps&aacute;t, domn&iacute;val&nbsp;jsem se, \u017ee jich tolik nebude. Ale postupn\u011b se za\u010daly kupit, a nakonec jsem musel vyb&iacute;rat ty nejz&aacute;sadn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;. V knize jsou ty&nbsp;informace, kter&eacute; se \u010dasto vyskytuj&iacute; ve ve\u0159ejn&yacute;ch zdroj&iacute;ch jinak, ne\u017e odpov&iacute;d&aacute; realit\u011b. Jde o ty nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; a nejz&aacute;sadn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, na kter&eacute; se lidi nejv&iacute;ce ptaj&iacute; nebo kter&eacute; nejv&iacute;ce ovliv\u0148uj&iacute; jejich zdrav&iacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>V jednom p\u0159&iacute;sp\u011bvku \u0159&iacute;k&aacute;te, \u017ee jsme geneticky nastaveni na konzumaci masa. Pokud je to pravda, znamen&aacute; to, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159&iacute; maso nekonzumuj&iacute;, d\u011blaj&iacute; chybu?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Do jist&eacute; m&iacute;ry se to tak d&aacute; \u0159&iacute;ci. Nejen\u017ee jsme p\u0159es t\u0159i miliony let geneticky nastaveni na to p\u0159e\u017e&iacute;t na mase, ale anal&yacute;zy stabiln&iacute;ch izotop\u016f z kostern&iacute;ch poz\u016fstatk\u016f a kolagenu ukazuj&iacute;, \u017ee maso kdysi bylo dominantn&iacute;. Pokud nebudete m&iacute;t v okol&iacute; obchod nebo nebudete m&iacute;t mo\u017enost uskladnit si \u017e&aacute;dn&eacute; potraviny, tak v na&scaron;em chladn&eacute;m klimatick&eacute;m p&aacute;smu bez masa sotva p\u0159e\u017eijete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>P\u0159ekvapilo m\u011b tak&eacute;, \u017ee posilov&aacute;n&iacute; je d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e kardio cvi\u010den&iacute;. M\u016f\u017eete to p\u0159ibl&iacute;\u017eit?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Toto je jeden z m&yacute;t\u016f, kter&yacute; se \u010dasto vyskytuje, a proto jsem ho do knihy musel d&aacute;t. \u010casto se uv&aacute;d&iacute;, \u017ee m&aacute;me za\u0159adit do \u017eivota nejm&eacute;n\u011b 150 minut t&yacute;dn\u011b st\u0159edn\u011b intenzivn&iacute; pohyb, jako je nap\u0159&iacute;klad b\u011bh, plav&aacute;n&iacute; nebo aerobic. P\u0159itom tak&eacute; chceme zabr&aacute;nit &uacute;bytku sval\u016f, ke kter&eacute;mu p\u0159irozen\u011b doch&aacute;z&iacute;, a to lze pouze dostate\u010dn&yacute;m p\u0159&iacute;jmem b&iacute;lkovin a silov&yacute;m cvi\u010den&iacute;m. Benefit ch\u016fze p\u0159itom nast&aacute;v&aacute; u\u017e od \u010dty\u0159 tis&iacute;c krok\u016f, tak\u017ee ide&aacute;ln&iacute; je intervalov&yacute; tr&eacute;nink se z&aacute;kladn&iacute;m kardio cvi\u010den&iacute;m a silov&yacute;mi sestavami.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Jak je to se zdravou d&eacute;lkou sp&aacute;nku? Dokonce se uv&aacute;d&iacute;, \u017ee dlouh&yacute;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">sp&aacute;nek je rizikov\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e kr&aacute;tk&yacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Na ob&aacute;lce knihy uv&aacute;d&iacute;te je&scaron;t\u011b tento m&yacute;tus: Geny nejsou hlavn&iacute;m faktorem zdrav&iacute;. Znamen&aacute; to tedy, \u017ee hlavn&iacute;mi faktory jsou zdrav&yacute; pohyb a strava a pak a\u017e genetika?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Genetika, pokud nevezmeme geneticky dan&eacute; onemocn\u011bn&iacute;, jako jsou celiakie a r\u016fzn&eacute; genetick&eacute; poruchy, nap\u0159. cukrovku I. typu a podobn&eacute;, kter&eacute; jsou zat&iacute;m nel&eacute;\u010diteln&eacute;, tvo\u0159&iacute; riziko jenom asi z 15 a\u017e 20 %. I kdy\u017e m&aacute;me tuto predispozici, tak to neznamen&aacute;, \u017ee onemocn&iacute;me. Z&aacute;sadn&iacute; vliv nem&aacute; jenom \u017eivotospr&aacute;va, ale tak&eacute; zevn&iacute; prost\u0159ed&iacute;, vzduch, kter&yacute; d&yacute;ch&aacute;me, jak&eacute; pou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;me \u010distic&iacute; prost\u0159edky a obecn\u011b chemick&eacute; l&aacute;tky kolem n&aacute;s. Zdrav&iacute; z&aacute;vis&iacute; i na faktorech, jako je teplota v m&iacute;stnosti, druh oble\u010den&iacute; a povle\u010den&iacute;.
