Na prvn&iacute;m vysv\u011bd\u010den&iacute; jsem d&iacute;ky tomu m\u011bl trojku. Do t\u0159et&iacute; t\u0159&iacute;dy jsem byl otlouk&aacute;nek, ne\u017e jsem potkal \u010dlov\u011bka, kter&yacute; mi uk&aacute;zal, \u017ee nemus&iacute;m b&yacute;t. A&nbsp;pak m\u011b to za\u010dalo bavit, t&iacute;m v&iacute;c, \u010d&iacute;m v&iacute;c mi to &scaron;lo. \u0158&iacute;k&aacute; se, kdy\u017e si mysl&iacute;&scaron;, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee&scaron;, nic t\u011b nezastav&iacute;. Kdy\u017e si mysl&iacute;&scaron;, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017ee&scaron;, m&aacute;&scaron; pravdu. Bojov&eacute; um\u011bn&iacute; a&nbsp; um\u011bn&iacute; sebeobrany nen&iacute; o&nbsp;v\u011bku a&nbsp;fyzick&eacute; kondici. V&nbsp;Anglii jsem m\u011bl n\u011bkolik let dva japonsk&eacute; Mistry, kte\u0159&iacute; mi dali nemal&yacute;, skoro obrovsk&yacute; z&aacute;klad toho, co dneska vyu\u010duju. Hodn\u011b mi potom dala praxe. V\u017edycky se o&nbsp;sob\u011b n\u011bco dozv&iacute;&scaron; a&nbsp;mysl nemus&iacute; m&iacute;t omezen&iacute; v&nbsp;\u017e&aacute;dn&eacute;m v\u011bku a&nbsp;m\u016f\u017ee t\u011blo posouvat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #1b3f75;\"><strong>P\u011bt minut denn\u011b<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Je n\u011bjak&yacute; rozd&iacute;l v&nbsp;pojet&iacute; \u017een a&nbsp;mu\u017e\u016f?<\/strong> <br \/>Automaticky se p\u0159edpokl&aacute;d&aacute; v&aacute;ha a&nbsp;fyzick&aacute; s&iacute;la. \u017deny jsou n\u011bkdy sout\u011b\u017eiv\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; a&nbsp;mu\u017ei maj&iacute; tendenci je podce\u0148ovat. Mo\u017en&aacute; to jde tak trochu proti zp\u016fsob\u016fm doby, kter&aacute; je zbyte\u010dn\u011b rychl&aacute; a&nbsp;a\u017e trestuhodn\u011b povrchn&iacute;. Za jednu ze z&aacute;sadn&iacute;ch ctnost&iacute; pova\u017euji koncentraci mysli na dan&yacute; p\u0159edm\u011bt, kter&aacute; p\u0159edstavuje formu meditace. \u010clov\u011bk bude pro za\u010d&aacute;tek pot\u0159ebovat chv&iacute;li klidu jen pro sebe. Ide&aacute;ln&iacute; je prov&aacute;d\u011bt v&scaron;echny kroky s&nbsp; fantazi&iacute;, aby si je \u010dlov\u011bk dok&aacute;zal p\u0159edstavit d\u0159&iacute;v, ne\u017e je provede. Byly v&nbsp; n&iacute; jenom fotky a&nbsp; tehdy jsem pochopil, \u017ee tak se to nau\u010dit ned&aacute;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Za jak dlouho se dok&aacute;\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk t\u0159eba ubr&aacute;nit nebo pou\u017e&iacute;t, co se nau\u010d&iacute; podle va&scaron;&iacute; knihy?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jednu v\u011bc si m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed&yacute; osvojit hned, a&nbsp; to je roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159en&iacute; perifern&iacute;ho vid\u011bn&iacute;. Je &uacute;\u010dinn&eacute; pro v&scaron;echny, i&nbsp; pro d\u011bti. P\u0159i pohybu bez kontaktu a&nbsp;&uacute;stupu se sna\u017ete d&yacute;chat br&aacute;nic&iacute; a&nbsp;soust\u0159e\u010fte se na v&yacute;dech tak, aby byl, pokud mo\u017eno, del&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e n&aacute;dech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>P&iacute;&scaron;ete, \u017ee na ruce jsou nejslab&scaron;&iacute; z&aacute;p\u011bst&iacute; a&nbsp;prsty.<\/strong> <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kdy\u017e je ruka otev\u0159en&aacute;, jsou to prsty. Ale kdy\u017e se za n\u011bco chyt&iacute;, zaj&iacute;m&aacute; m\u011b z&aacute;p\u011bst&iacute;, proto\u017ee pak jsem schopn&yacute; ovlivnit pozici lokte a&nbsp;cel&eacute; ruky. Kdy\u017e uchop&iacute;te n\u011bkoho za p\u0159edlokt&iacute;, v\u017edycky z&nbsp;toho m\u016f\u017ee ut&eacute;ct. Krom\u011b toho: \u010d&iacute;m bl&iacute;\u017e m&aacute;te ruce k&nbsp;t\u011blu, t&iacute;m v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; stabilitu dostanete. Jakmile s&nbsp;nimi za\u010dnete m&aacute;vat kolem sebe, za\u010dne se zvedat t\u011b\u017ei&scaron;t\u011b a&nbsp;t&iacute;m ztr&aacute;c&iacute;te s&iacute;lu i&nbsp;v&aacute;hu.
