Ne ka\u017ed&yacute; by se dostal do stejn&eacute;ho rozpolo\u017een&iacute; jako j&aacute;, ale proto\u017ee u\u017e m&aacute;m p&aacute;r desetilet&iacute; od\u017eit&yacute;ch, tak si chci h&yacute;\u010dkat sv&eacute; zdrav&iacute;. Ne\u0159&iacute;k&aacute;m, \u017ee mlad&iacute; to tak nemaj&iacute;, ur\u010dit\u011b se najde spousta t\u011bch, kte\u0159&iacute; se o potraviny a v&yacute;\u017eivu zaj&iacute;maj&iacute;, a nen&iacute; jim lhostejn&eacute;, co ka\u017ed&yacute; den konzumuj&iacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Poj\u010fme si nejd\u0159&iacute;ve p\u0159edstavit autora, abychom z&iacute;skali d\u016fv\u011bru k tomu, co n&aacute;m ve sv&eacute; obs&aacute;hl&eacute; publikaci (\u010d&iacute;taj&iacute;c&iacute; n\u011bco m&aacute;lo p\u0159es 400 stran) p\u0159edkl&aacute;d&aacute;. <span style=\"color: #1b3f75;\"><strong>Chris van Tulleken<\/strong><\/span> (*1978) je britsk&yacute; l&eacute;ka\u0159, v\u011bdec a populariz&aacute;tor medic&iacute;ny. L&eacute;ka\u0159sk&yacute; titul a doktor&aacute;t z&iacute;skal na Oxfordsk&eacute; univerzit\u011b, p\u016fsob&iacute; na University College London a moderuje oce\u0148ovan&eacute; po\u0159ady o zdrav&iacute; a medic&iacute;n\u011b na BBC. Pokud pat\u0159&iacute;te k t\u011bm, kte\u0159&iacute; u\u017e p\u0159i n&aacute;kupu zji&scaron;\u0165uj&iacute; na etiket&aacute;ch, co \u017ee si to vlastn\u011b kupuj&iacute;, pak jste jist\u011b do problematiky slo\u017een&iacute; potravin zasv\u011bcen&iacute;. Je sice psan&aacute; dost odborn\u011b, s \u010d&iacute;m\u017e jsem m\u011bla malinko probl&eacute;m, ale ka\u017ed&yacute; \u010dten&aacute;\u0159 si s t&iacute;m jist\u011b porad&iacute;. N\u011bkomu m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ipadat i p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; obs&aacute;hl&aacute;, ale v tom p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b si m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed&yacute; s&aacute;m podle obsahu vybrat kapitoly a vyzobat pas&aacute;\u017ee, kter&eacute; ho v&iacute;ce zaj&iacute;maj&iacute;. <\/p>\n<p>Hlavn&iacute;m posl&aacute;n&iacute;m knihy je to, abychom poodhalili, <strong>jak&yacute;m zp\u016fsobem velk&eacute; potravinov&eacute; spole\u010dnosti zpracov&aacute;vaj&iacute; potraviny<\/strong>, \u017ee je vyr&aacute;b&iacute; tak, aby lidem co nejv&iacute;ce chutnaly, a to <strong>bez ohledu na to, jak&eacute; zdravotn&iacute; pot&iacute;\u017ee jim mohou zp\u016fsobovat<\/strong>.
