Jedn&aacute; se o s&eacute;rii t\u0159&iacute; jednoduch&yacute;ch z&aacute;sad:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>1. objevit zdravou m&iacute;ru nap\u011bt&iacute;,&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2. nastolit rovnov&aacute;hu pomoc&iacute; metody &#8222;push and pull&#8220;<\/strong>, tedy st\u0159&iacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; tlaku a uvoln\u011bn&iacute; &ndash; nau\u010dit se v\u011bdom\u011b odpo\u010d&iacute;vat,&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>3. vn&iacute;mat, vyhodnotit a rozhodovat se v\u011bdom\u011b.<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/autor\/jacob-drachenberg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Autor<\/a> se soust\u0159ed&iacute; na to uk&aacute;zat n&aacute;m, jak l&eacute;pe zvl&aacute;dat stres a vyhnout se tomu, abychom se dostali do negativn&iacute; spir&aacute;ly stresu, nebo se dokonce dostali do stavu vyho\u0159en&iacute;, proto\u017ee b&yacute;t neust&aacute;le ve stresu je nejen vy\u010derp&aacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute;, ale zejm&eacute;na nezdrav&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V\u011bt&scaron;ina z n&aacute;s u\u017e tak n\u011bjak zapomn\u011bla, jak se skute\u010dn\u011b uvolnit a vystoupit z koloto\u010de my&scaron;lenek. A je pravdou, \u017ee na ka\u017ed&eacute;ho plat&iacute; n\u011bco jin&eacute;ho. Jednomu pom&aacute;h&aacute; sport, druh&eacute;m kreativn&iacute; tvo\u0159en&iacute;, m\u011b osobn\u011b k &bdquo;vypu&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute; p&aacute;ry&ldquo; pom&aacute;h&aacute; nejv&iacute;ce pr&aacute;ce na zahr&aacute;dce a proch&aacute;zky p\u0159&iacute;rodou, nejl&eacute;pe s pejskem. V dne&scaron;n&iacute; usp\u011bchan&eacute; dob\u011b je ohromn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; p\u011bstovat si psychick&eacute; zdrav&iacute; a mindfulness. Autor se n&aacute;m sna\u017e&iacute; v knize otev\u0159&iacute;t o\u010di v p\u0159&iacute;stupu k pro\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; stresu &ndash; ve zdrav&eacute; m&iacute;\u0159e jej br&aacute;t jako v&yacute;zvu a toho opravdu toxick&eacute;ho se jednou prov\u017edy zbavit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O tom, \u010d&iacute;m se budeme stresovat, rozhodujeme my sami v&iacute;ce, ne\u017e si mysl&iacute;me. Stres se toti\u017e rod&iacute; v hlav\u011b! Autor se n&aacute;m sna\u017e&iacute; pomoci naj&iacute;t cestu, jak se nau\u010dit zvl&aacute;dat negativn&iacute; chronick&yacute; stres, kter&yacute; n&aacute;m u\u017e v ni\u010dem neprosp&iacute;v&aacute;.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>&bdquo;Stres je barometrem pro to, co je pro n&aacute;s d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;.&ldquo;<\/em> &ndash; citace z&nbsp;knihy, str. 57 &ndash;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Na rozd&iacute;l od chronick&eacute;ho stresu, m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t ur\u010dit&aacute; m&iacute;ra nap\u011bt&iacute; pro na&scaron;e t\u011blo \u017e&aacute;douc&iacute;, ba zdrav&aacute;. Zdrav&aacute; m&iacute;ra stresu n&aacute;m pom&aacute;h&aacute; dosahovat na&scaron;ich c&iacute;l\u016f, umo\u017e\u0148uje n&aacute;m soust\u0159edit se na jednu konkr&eacute;tn&iacute; v\u011bc, dod&aacute;v&aacute; n&aacute;m energii na proveden&iacute; zm\u011bn, ukazuje n&aacute;m, co je pro n&aacute;s opravdu d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; a ukazuje, kde m&aacute;me potenci&aacute;l pro dal&scaron;&iacute; rozvoj.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a title=\"Stres jako p\u0159&iacute;le\u017eitost\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/stres-jako-prilezitost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 214px; float: left; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 10px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/Stres-jako-prilezitost---foto-k-recenzi.jpg\" width=\"21.4%\" height=\"auto\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/a>Je d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee kdy\u017e se mluv&iacute; o zdrav&eacute;m zvl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; stresu, nem&aacute;me na mysli jeho odbour&aacute;n&iacute;, ale naopak jeho vyu\u017eit&iacute; ve sv\u016fj prosp\u011bch. \u010c&iacute;m v&iacute;ce je pro n&aacute;s dosa\u017een&iacute; c&iacute;le d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;, t&iacute;m v&iacute;ce se hladina stresu zvy&scaron;uje. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se ka\u017ed&eacute; posouzen&iacute; stresov&eacute; situace li&scaron;&iacute; \u010dlov\u011bk od \u010dlov\u011bka a situace od situace.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Na z&aacute;v\u011br snad posta\u010d&iacute; \u0159&iacute;ci, \u017ee c&iacute;tit stres ve vypjat&yacute;ch, a pro n&aacute;s osobn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute;ch situac&iacute;ch, je naprosto norm&aacute;ln&iacute; a zdrav&eacute;. Je v&scaron;ak nutn&eacute; rovn\u011b\u017e podotknout, \u017ee pokud n&aacute;s su\u017euje neust&aacute;l&yacute; stres, nen&iacute; to dobr&eacute;. Takov&yacute; stres toti\u017e sni\u017euje na&scaron;i koncentraci, znerv&oacute;z\u0148uje n&aacute;s, d&iacute;ky tomu jsme roztr\u017eit&iacute; a na&scaron;e nervy jsou na pokraji zhroucen&iacute;. Od tohoto stavu mus&iacute;me, pokud mo\u017eno, rychle pry\u010d!<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>&bdquo;Va&scaron;e t&iacute;\u017eiv&eacute; my&scaron;lenky jsou va&scaron;&iacute; sou\u010d&aacute;st&iacute;, ale vy jste v&iacute;c ne\u017e va&scaron;e my&scaron;lenky.&ldquo;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&ndash; citace z&nbsp;knihy, str. 102 &ndash;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">P\u0159&iacute;nosn&aacute; kniha zejm&eacute;na pro ten typ lid&iacute;, kter&eacute; \u010dasto su\u017euje stresov&aacute; ag&oacute;nie. T\u0159eba j&aacute; jsem dost velk&yacute; &bdquo;stresa\u0159&ldquo;, nicm&eacute;n\u011b si n\u011bkde v hlav\u011b uv\u011bdomuji, \u017ee v jist&eacute; m&iacute;\u0159e je pro mne vypjat\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; pro\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; n\u011bkter&yacute;ch situac&iacute; nutn&eacute;. Proto\u017ee mi na v\u011bcech, kter&eacute; takto \u0159e&scaron;&iacute;m, z&aacute;le\u017e&iacute; a je pro mne d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;, aby prob&iacute;haly ku prosp\u011bchu v&scaron;ech stran.
