Projevil se v&aacute;&scaron; z&aacute;jem o gastronomii u\u017e v d\u011btstv&iacute;, nebo a\u017e pozd\u011bji?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">J&aacute; jsem k va\u0159en&iacute; inklinovala u\u017e od mala a ve dvou letech jsem pr&yacute; \u0159&iacute;kala &bdquo;j&aacute; sama, j&aacute; sama&ldquo; a sna\u017eila jsem se sama chystat ve\u010de\u0159e. Ve sv&eacute; v&aacute;&scaron;ni pro j&iacute;dlo jsem bohu\u017eel nebyla doma podporov&aacute;na. U\u017e na z&aacute;kladn&iacute; &scaron;kole jsem cht\u011bla b&yacute;t kucha\u0159kou, ale m&iacute; vysoko&scaron;kolsky vzd\u011blan&iacute; rodi\u010de mi to neschvalovali, a tak jsem musela j&iacute;t na gymn&aacute;zium. Pr&yacute; a\u017e vystuduji vysokou &scaron;kolu, a\u0165 si d\u011bl&aacute;m, co chci. Z kucha\u0159ky tehdy se&scaron;lo, gymn&aacute;zium a n&aacute;sledn\u011b i vysokou &scaron;kolu jsem zd&aacute;rn\u011b dokon\u010dila a postupem \u010dasu jsem se vypracovala a\u017e na \u0159editelku firmy s 50 zam\u011bstnanci. V t&eacute; dob\u011b jsem \u010das ani energii va\u0159it nem\u011bla, ale nakonec jsem se k va\u0159en&iacute; vr&aacute;t<\/span>ila v D&aacute;nsku.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Co v&aacute;s zavedlo do D&aacute;nska?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jezdila jsem tam za partnerem, kter&yacute; v D&aacute;nsku pracoval. Doj&iacute;\u017ed\u011bn&iacute; jsem musela sladit s n&aacute;ro\u010dnou mana\u017eerskou prac&iacute;, nav&iacute;c jsem vozila v&aacute;\u017en\u011b nemocnou maminku na terapie. Maminka se na&scaron;t\u011bst&iacute; uzdravila, ale j&aacute; jsem &uacute;pln\u011b &bdquo;vyho\u0159ela&ldquo;. Musela jsem si \u0159&iacute;ct &bdquo;dost&ldquo;, jinak bych skon\u010dila zdravotn\u011b i psychicky velice &scaron;patn\u011b! Zdrav&iacute; m&aacute;m jen jedno. Tak jsem odjela za partnerem do D&aacute;nska s t&iacute;m, \u017ee si chvilku vydechnu a pomalu se rozmysl&iacute;m, co bude d&aacute;l a kter&yacute;m sm\u011brem se budu pracovn\u011b ub&iacute;rat. Byla jsem pevn\u011b p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dena, \u017ee v D&aacute;nsku je&scaron;t\u011b n\u011bjakou dobu z\u016fstaneme. S partnerem jsme pl&aacute;novali p&aacute;r t&yacute;dn\u016f, nakonec z toho byly t\u0159i roky. Celou dobu se na m\u011b obraceli b&yacute;val&iacute; klienti s nab&iacute;dkami, kter&eacute; se t&yacute;kaly spolupr&aacute;ce, tak jsem navrhla zkusit pr&aacute;ci na d&aacute;lku online a jednou m\u011bs&iacute;\u010dn\u011b jezdit do \u010cR na pracovn&iacute; sch\u016fzky. A ono to vy&scaron;lo a fungovalo ke spokojenosti v&scaron;ech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u017dili jsme tedy v D&aacute;nsku, kde neexistuje \u010desk&yacute; chleba a nechod&iacute; se tam na men&iacute;\u010dka jako u n&aacute;s, a tak jsem za\u010dala v&iacute;ce p&eacute;ct a va\u0159it a vr&aacute;tila se ke sv&eacute; v&aacute;&scaron;ni. Svoje v&yacute;tvory jsem za\u010dala sd&iacute;let na Facebooku a kamar&aacute;dky se za\u010daly pt&aacute;t na recepty a postupy. Kdy\u017e jsem vysv\u011btlovala b\u011bhem dne asi des&aacute;t&eacute;mu \u010dlov\u011bku, jak jsem ten chleba upekla, tak m\u011b m\u016fj partner pob&iacute;dl, a\u0165 si ud\u011bl&aacute;m sv\u016fj blog. P\u016fvodn\u011b jsem odm&iacute;tala, \u017ee to nebude nikoho zaj&iacute;mat&hellip; In\u017een&yacute;rka, kter&aacute; va\u0159&iacute;! Ale nakonec jsem to zkusila a n&aacute;pad se uchytil. Postupn\u011b p\u0159ib&yacute;vali dal&scaron;&iacute; a dal&scaron;&iacute; fanou&scaron;ci na Facebooku a Instagramu, pravideln\u011b va\u0159&iacute;m v televizn&iacute;ch po\u0159adech, jsem&nbsp;redaktorkou ve food \u010dasopisu a pro velk&eacute; firmy chyst&aacute;m recepty z jejich produkt\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Va&scaron;e kucha\u0159ka m&aacute; v podn&aacute;zvu &bdquo;s radost&iacute; a bez stresu&ldquo;. To zn&iacute; hezky a nal&aacute;k&aacute; to ty, kte\u0159&iacute; va\u0159it neum&iacute;&hellip;<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Spousta lid&iacute; neva\u0159&iacute;, proto\u017ee se boj&iacute;, \u017ee to nezvl&aacute;dnou, \u017ee je to t\u011b\u017ek&eacute; a slo\u017eit&eacute;, nebo proto\u017ee nemaj&iacute; \u010das. Sama m&aacute;m m&aacute;lo \u010dasu, ale bav&iacute; m\u011b va\u0159it a dom&aacute;c&iacute; j&iacute;dlo miluji. Z toho vych&aacute;z&iacute; i moje va\u0159en&iacute;, a tedy i kucha\u0159ka. Recepty jsou opravdu rychl&eacute;, z n\u011bkolika z&aacute;kladn&iacute;ch surovin, kter&eacute; jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn&eacute;, v\u011bt&scaron;ina pokrm\u016f je hotov&aacute; do 30 minut. Recepty pot\u011b&scaron;&iacute; i kucha\u0159e za\u010d&aacute;te\u010dn&iacute;ky, kte\u0159&iacute; se nebudou u p\u0159&iacute;pravy stresovat, proto\u017ee tam nejsou slo\u017eit&eacute; dlouh&eacute; postupy, jak se m&aacute; co po jednom restovat, \u017ee se mus&iacute; n\u011bco nakr&aacute;jet na milimetrov&eacute; kousky apod. Na &bdquo;kucha\u0159sk&aacute; um\u011bleck&aacute; d&iacute;la&ldquo; si m&aacute; \u010dlov\u011bk zaj&iacute;t do restaurace, a ne se s nimi tr&aacute;pit a stresovat doma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>V knize jste myslela nejen na milovn&iacute;ky masa, ale i na vegetari&aacute;ny, bezlepk&aacute;\u0159e a tak&eacute; ty, kte\u0159&iacute; preferuj&iacute; va\u0159en&iacute; bez lakt&oacute;zy.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ano, je to tak. V dne&scaron;n&iacute; dob\u011b m&aacute; bohu\u017eel mnoho lid&iacute; n\u011bjakou intoleranci, tak jsem cht\u011bla myslet i na n\u011b a uk&aacute;zat, \u017ee i b\u011b\u017en&eacute; recepty se daj&iacute; p\u0159ipravit v dan&eacute;m proveden&iacute;. Kr&eacute;mov&aacute; pol&eacute;vka nebo om&aacute;\u010dka nemus&iacute; b&yacute;t za ka\u017edou cenu zahu&scaron;t\u011bna spoustou mouky a buchty lze ud\u011blat i bez ml&eacute;ka, a \u010dlov\u011bk to ani nepozn&aacute;.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>Svoji kucha\u0159ku jsem koncipovala tak, \u017ee je rozd\u011blen&aacute; na sn&iacute;dan\u011b, pol&eacute;vky, hlavn&iacute; j&iacute;dla, oslavy apod. D&aacute;le je v n&iacute; mo\u017en&eacute; orientovat se podle toho, jakou ingredienci recept neobsahuje, aby lid&eacute;, kte\u0159&iacute; maj&iacute; specifick&eacute; intolerance, rychle na&scaron;li vhodn&yacute; recept. U ka\u017ed&eacute;ho receptu jsou piktogramy, kter&eacute; tyto specifikace popisuj&iacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>V \u010dem je va&scaron;e kucha\u0159ka v&yacute;jime\u010dn&aacute;, co ji odli&scaron;uje od ostatn&iacute;ch na trhu?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Knihu bych sp&iacute;&scaron;e nazvala &bdquo;kucha\u0159sk&yacute;m den&iacute;kem&ldquo;. U ka\u017ed&eacute;ho receptu je nejen fotka v&yacute;sledn&eacute;ho receptu, ale kr&aacute;tk&eacute; pov&iacute;d&aacute;n&iacute;, pro\u010d jsem pr&aacute;v\u011b tento recept vybrala, \u010d&iacute;m je jedine\u010dn&yacute; nebo se kter&yacute;m okam\u017eikem m&eacute;ho \u017eivota je spojen&yacute;. Sou\u010d&aacute;st&iacute; jsou i fotky jednotliv&yacute;ch ingredienc&iacute;, detailn&iacute; postup v\u010detn\u011b rad, jak si va\u0159en&iacute; uleh\u010dit nebo urychlit. Ka\u017ed&yacute; recept m&aacute; i kolonku &bdquo;n\u011bco nav&iacute;c&ldquo;, kde se dozv&iacute;te, jak m\u016f\u017eete recept ozvl&aacute;&scaron;tnit nebo \u010d&iacute;m obm\u011bnit ingredience, aby v&aacute;m vznikly dal&scaron;&iacute; nov&eacute; varianty. Nechyb&iacute; ani QR k&oacute;d, po jeho\u017e na\u010dten&iacute; se v&aacute;m uk&aacute;\u017ee p\u0159esn&yacute; seznam ingredienc&iacute; v receptu jako n&aacute;kupn&iacute; seznam, abyste si ho nemuseli slo\u017eit\u011b p\u0159episovat. U ka\u017ed&eacute;ho receptu je i zaj&iacute;mavost o dan&eacute;m j&iacute;dle nebo hlavn&iacute; ingredienci, a tak si m\u016f\u017eete se str&aacute;vn&iacute;ky u stolu zahr&aacute;t &bdquo;FOOD HRU&ldquo;, kdo uh&aacute;dne danou zaj&iacute;mavost o j&iacute;dle, kter&eacute; pr&aacute;v\u011b j&iacute;.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Na z&aacute;v\u011br bych je&scaron;t\u011b cht\u011bla vyzdvihnout, \u017ee kucha\u0159ka je v krou\u017ekov&eacute; vazb\u011b z d\u016fvodu prakti\u010dnosti, aby se v&aacute;m p\u0159i va\u0159en&iacute; nezav&iacute;rala a &scaron;la p\u011bkn\u011b op\u0159&iacute;t t\u0159eba o kuchy\u0148skou linku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>M&aacute;te sv\u016fj foodblog a spousta fanou&scaron;k\u016f v&aacute;s sleduje i na soci&aacute;ln&iacute;ch s&iacute;t&iacute;ch. Jak moc jsou pro v&aacute;s d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ono vlastn\u011b v&scaron;echno na soci&aacute;ln&iacute;ch s&iacute;t&iacute;ch vzniklo. Moje dal&scaron;&iacute; aktivity v televizi, \u010dasopise nebo moje nov&aacute; kucha\u0159ka u\u017e jsou takov&aacute; t\u0159e&scaron;ni\u010dka na dortu. Kdybych nem\u011bla svoje fanou&scaron;ky a jejich denn&iacute; zp\u011btnou vazbu na soci&aacute;ln&iacute;ch s&iacute;t&iacute;ch, tak bych nebyla tam, kde jsem. Oni jsou pro m\u011b hnac&iacute;m motorem a motivac&iacute;. D&iacute;ky nim v&iacute;m, \u017ee to m&aacute; smysl, \u017ee je inspiruji a \u017ee podle m\u011b va\u0159&iacute;. Je &uacute;\u017easn&eacute;, kdy\u017e mi t\u0159eba \u010dty\u0159icetilet&aacute; pan&iacute; nap&iacute;&scaron;e, \u017ee se d&iacute;ky m&eacute;mu receptu poprv&eacute; v \u017eivot\u011b odv&aacute;\u017eila up&eacute;ct ka\u010denu, kter&aacute; cel&eacute; rodin\u011b chutnala. Nebo \u017ee recepty na v&iacute;kendov&eacute; brunche inspirovaly jinou rodinu, aby za\u010dala spole\u010dn\u011b v ned\u011bli sn&iacute;dat a u\u017e&iacute;vat si poklidn&eacute; r&aacute;no. Tak\u017ee moji fanou&scaron;ci mi dod&aacute;vaj&iacute; energii a moc jim d\u011bkuji za podporu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Jak se zvl&aacute;d&aacute;te v\u011bnovat sv&eacute;mu zam\u011bstn&aacute;n&iacute; a z&aacute;rove\u0148 &bdquo;druh&eacute; pr&aacute;ci&ldquo; foodblogerky?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Je to n&aacute;ro\u010dn&eacute;, posledn&iacute;ch p\u011bt let pracuji t&eacute;m\u011b\u0159 nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b, nebyla jsem v\u016fbec na dovolen&eacute;, a p\u0159itom jsem st&aacute;le online. Va\u0159&iacute;m s v&aacute;&scaron;n&iacute;, ale miluji tak&eacute; svou pr&aacute;ci, kterou nechci opustit. Na&scaron;t\u011bst&iacute; mohu pracovat na voln&eacute; noze, tak\u017ee si sv\u016fj \u010das pl&aacute;nuji sama. Na druhou stranu to mnohdy dopad&aacute; tak, \u017ee je&scaron;t\u011b v sobotu o p\u016flnoci chyst&aacute;m obchodn&iacute; a marketingov&eacute; strategie pro klienty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Co bylo va&scaron;&iacute; prvn&iacute; vstupenkou do m&eacute;di&iacute;? Oslovil v&aacute;s n\u011bkdo?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jsem ambasadorkou Kitchenaidu, co\u017e jsou americk&eacute; kuchy\u0148sk&eacute; roboty s mnohaletou tradic&iacute;, a pr&aacute;v\u011b tento m\u016fj klient m\u011b p\u0159ed t\u0159emi lety doporu\u010dil do Sn&iacute;dan\u011b s Novou, kdy\u017e v televizi hledali nov&eacute; tv&aacute;\u0159e. L&iacute;bilo se jim, \u017ee d\u011bl&aacute;m jednoduch&eacute; recepty, kter&eacute; se daj&iacute; zvl&aacute;dnout do t\u0159iceti minut a z b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn&yacute;ch surovin.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dnes m&aacute;m ji\u017e absolutn\u011b volnou ruku a m\u016f\u017eu p\u0159ed kamerami va\u0159it, co chci. Moje kreativita a prakti\u010dnost se jim l&iacute;b&iacute;. Dostala jsem i nab&iacute;dku, abych vystupovala ka\u017ed&yacute; t&yacute;den, ale jsem z Brna a Sn&iacute;dan\u011b s Novou se nat&aacute;\u010d&iacute; v Praze na Barrandov\u011b. Doj&iacute;\u017ed\u011bt ka\u017ed&yacute; t&yacute;den do Prahy pro m\u011b znamen&aacute; vst&aacute;vat ve dv\u011b r&aacute;no a vyrazit s nava\u0159en&yacute;mi recepty sm\u011br Praha, abych tam nejpozd\u011bji v 5 hodin r&aacute;no byla. Proto\u017ee mus&iacute;m zvl&aacute;dat i svou n&aacute;ro\u010dnou pr&aacute;ci, tak to opravdu moment&aacute;ln\u011b \u010dast\u011bji nejde. Na&scaron;t\u011bst&iacute; mohu rozd&aacute;vat svoji kucha\u0159skou radost i v po\u0159adech \u010cesk&eacute; televize Brno, tedy bl&iacute;\u017ee k domovu. Doch&aacute;z&iacute;m do Dobr&eacute;ho r&aacute;na na \u010cT2 a po\u0159adu Sama doma na \u010cT1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Jak&eacute; je va&scaron;e nejobl&iacute;ben\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; j&iacute;dlo a co byste si nap\u0159&iacute;klad nikdy nedala?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">U\u017e od mala m&aacute;m r&aacute;da pe\u010denou ka\u010denu se zel&iacute;m. Kdy\u017e je&scaron;t\u011b \u017eila babi\u010dka, tak jsme k n&iacute; v\u017edy chodili na sv. Martina (to m\u011bla toti\u017e narozeniny), kdy ji pekla, tak\u017ee j&aacute; v t&eacute;to tradici pokra\u010duji a pe\u010du ji i na svoje narozeniny v dubnu. U n&aacute;s se v\u017edy pe\u010de ka\u010dena, nikoliv husa, jak b&yacute;v&aacute; na Martina zvykem. Nikdy asi nesn&iacute;m &uacute;st\u0159ici &ndash; sna\u017eila jsem se o to mnohokr&aacute;t, ale bohu\u017eel ten odpor nikdy nep\u0159ekon&aacute;m. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Vy&scaron;la v&aacute;m kniha. Co m&aacute;te v pl&aacute;nu do budoucna? Nel&aacute;k&aacute; v&aacute;s t\u0159eba vlastn&iacute; bistro nebo n\u011bco podobn&eacute;ho?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">K&eacute;\u017e by den m\u011bl v&iacute;ce ne\u017e 24 hodin a j&aacute; jsem si mohla otev\u0159&iacute;t n\u011bjak&eacute; mal&eacute; &uacute;tuln&eacute; bistro, kde by se lid&eacute; c&iacute;tili jako doma a mohli si d&aacute;t brunch do pozdn&iacute;ch odpoledn&iacute;ch hodin a ve\u010der sklenku prosseca a n\u011bjak&eacute; tapas. Moment&aacute;ln\u011b mi ale pr&aacute;ce a aktivity spojen&eacute; s va\u0159en&iacute;m zab&iacute;raj&iacute; ve&scaron;ker&yacute; \u010das, tak\u017ee sen z\u016fst&aacute;v&aacute; jen snem. Ale jak se \u0159&iacute;k&aacute;, &bdquo;nikdy ne\u0159&iacute;kej nikdy&ldquo;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ob\u010das si odsko\u010d&iacute;m do n\u011bjak&eacute;ho bistra, kdy\u017e m\u011b n\u011bkdo oslov&iacute;, a v\u011bt&scaron;inou tam o v&iacute;kendu va\u0159&iacute;m svoje menu. Tak si alespo\u0148 \u010d&aacute;ste\u010dn\u011b pln&iacute;m tento tajn&yacute; sen.
