No a dohadujte se pak s \u017eivotem otrkan&yacute;m d\u011bdou \u010di babi, \u017ee se vlastn\u011b m&yacute;l&iacute;. Na&scaron;t\u011bst&iacute; tomu tak je jen pouze ve v&yacute;jime\u010dn&yacute;ch p\u0159&iacute;padech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ony se ty stravovac&iacute; n&aacute;vyky rovn\u011b\u017e r\u016fzn&iacute; nejen mezi jedinci v dan&eacute; zemi, ale hlavn\u011b od st&aacute;tu ke st&aacute;tu, od kultury ke kultu\u0159e. Co je pro jednoho zaru\u010den&yacute;m receptem na dlouh&yacute; a zdrav&yacute; \u017eivot, pro druh&eacute;ho m\u016f\u017ee zna\u010dit nep\u0159ekro\u010ditelnou bari&eacute;ru. Rozd&iacute;ln&eacute; postoje za\u017eijeme tak&eacute; u t\u011bch, kdo v \u017eivot\u011b j&iacute;dlem str&aacute;dali, a\u010d u\u017e t\u0159eba vlivem v&aacute;lky, hladomorem, \u010di ztr&aacute;tou po\u017eitku z d\u016fvodu nejr\u016fzn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ch nemoc&iacute;, kter&eacute; si \u010dlov\u011bk t\u0159eba ani s&aacute;m nep\u0159ivodil.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O tom, jak to dopadlo se &scaron;pen&aacute;tem, v&iacute;me v&scaron;ichni. Vzpom&iacute;n&aacute;m, kdy do n&aacute;s ve &scaron;koln&iacute; j&iacute;deln\u011b cpali tuto nevzhlednou zelenou &bdquo;bryndu&ldquo; horem dolem. Brrr. N&aacute;sledn&aacute; v\u011bdeck&aacute; zji&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute; n&aacute;s, mlad&scaron;&iacute; generaci, rozesm&aacute;la a &scaron;pen&aacute;t hnedle skoro vymizel z pravideln&eacute; nab&iacute;dky j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dku. Nebudu zast&iacute;rat, \u017ee ve sv&eacute;m dosp\u011bl&eacute;m v\u011bku &scaron;pen&aacute;t naopak miluji, stejn\u011b jako je tomu u spousty jin&yacute;ch pokrm\u016f, kter&eacute; jsem jako d&iacute;tko &scaron;kolou povinn&eacute; odm&iacute;tala poz\u0159&iacute;t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dal&scaron;&iacute;m kamenem &uacute;razu jsou vitam&iacute;ny a miner&aacute;ly v podob\u011b dopl\u0148k\u016f k pestr&eacute; strav\u011b. Taky do v&aacute;s po litrech lili ryb&iacute; olej?&nbsp;A co teprve rady typu &ndash; po j&iacute;dle se nesm&iacute; sportovat \u010di pracovat, m\u011blo by se odpo\u010d&iacute;vat. V tom je mi mil&yacute; p\u0159&iacute;stup ji\u017eansk&yacute;ch zem&iacute; se svou pravideln&iacute; odpoledn&iacute; siestou. Nev&iacute;m pro\u010d se zam\u011bstnavatel tolik br&aacute;n&iacute; po\u0159&iacute;dit sv&yacute;m zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm pohodln&eacute; sofa k tolik pot\u0159ebn&eacute;mu poob\u011bdov&eacute;mu odpo\u010dinku  .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Je pravdou, \u017ee s n&aacute;stupem pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan&yacute;ch potravin pozorujeme strm&yacute; n&aacute;r\u016fst obezity, alergi&iacute; na j&iacute;dlo a diabetu. Studium potravin a zdrav&eacute; v&yacute;\u017eivy je mlad&yacute;m v\u011bdn&iacute;m oborem a mnoz&iacute; mu st&aacute;le moc ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159uj&iacute;. Autor knihy, v\u011bdec <a title=\"Tim Spector\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/autor\/tim-spector\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #1b3f75;\"><strong>Tim Spector<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, by lidem r&aacute;d touto knihou alespo\u0148 tro&scaron;ku otev\u0159el o\u010di. Nevyh&yacute;b&aacute; se ani fenom&eacute;nu jm&eacute;nem lepek, \u010di tolik nen&aacute;vid\u011bn&eacute;mu p\u0159&iacute;sunu a v&yacute;deji kalori&iacute;. Dost otev\u0159en\u011b mluv&iacute; o nel&iacute;tostn&eacute;m po\u017e&iacute;r&aacute;n&iacute; mal&yacute;ch lok&aacute;ln&iacute;ch bio firem s jasn\u011b uchopiteln&yacute;mi etick&yacute;mi z&aacute;sadami nadn&aacute;rodn&iacute;mi spole\u010dnostmi s milionov&yacute;mi rozpo\u010dty. Prozrazuje neuv\u011b\u0159itelnou sprostotu politick&eacute;ho lobbingu, zad&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; &bdquo;prvot\u0159&iacute;dn&iacute;ch&ldquo; v\u011bdeck&yacute;ch v&yacute;zkum\u016f a kdo z jejich zkreslen&yacute;ch v&yacute;sledk\u016f nakonec t\u011b\u017e&iacute;. Jak to vlastn\u011b vypad&aacute;, kdy\u017e se potraviny a jejich vliv na lidsk&eacute; zdrav&iacute; zkoumaj&iacute;? Jak n&aacute;s dok&aacute;\u017e&iacute; m&eacute;dia pobl&aacute;znit p\u0159evratn&yacute;m objevem nov&eacute; superpotraviny? Av&scaron;ak na druhou stranu mus&iacute;m rovn\u011b\u017e dodat, \u017ee se pr&aacute;v\u011b u stravov&aacute;n&iacute; \u0159&iacute;d&iacute;m pravidlem: v&scaron;eho moc &scaron;kod&iacute;. V\u016fbec nejnebezpe\u010dn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;m m&yacute;tem o j&iacute;dle je p\u0159edstava, \u017ee jsme v&scaron;ichni identick&eacute; stroje a na potraviny reagujeme stejn\u011b. Nic nen&iacute; d&aacute;l pravd\u011b, a proto i ve&scaron;ker&aacute; n&aacute;rodn&iacute; doporu\u010den&iacute; ohledn\u011b stravov&aacute;n&iacute; jsou vlastn\u011b scestn&aacute;. Nav&iacute;c, jak je mo\u017en&eacute;, \u017ee co je na jednom konci sv\u011bta br&aacute;no jako zdrav&iacute; prosp\u011b&scaron;n&eacute;, je na opa\u010dn&eacute;m horizontu naopak zdrav&iacute; &scaron;kodliv&eacute;? Jak&aacute;koli detailn&iacute; plo&scaron;n&aacute; v&yacute;\u017eivov&aacute; doporu\u010den&iacute; a dietn&iacute; pl&aacute;ny navr\u017een&eacute; pro v&scaron;echny se proto ukazuj&iacute; jako nelogick&eacute; a vadn&eacute;. Na z&aacute;v\u011br tedy m\u016f\u017eeme dodat, \u017ee neexistuje nic jako univerz&aacute;ln&iacute; zp\u016fsob stravov&aacute;n&iacute; vhodn&yacute; pro ka\u017ed&eacute;ho z n&aacute;s. Ke v&scaron;emu, zejm&eacute;na pak u toho, co j&iacute;me a pijeme, mus&iacute;me p\u0159istupovat zodpov\u011bdn\u011b a st\u0159&iacute;dm\u011b. Nakonec si na&scaron;e t\u011blo stejn\u011b samo \u0159ekne, co pot\u0159ebuje, co mu chyb&iacute;. Jen je pot\u0159eba u toho, co poz\u0159eme p\u0159em&yacute;&scaron;let, uva\u017eovat a pokud je to v tu danou chv&iacute;li mo\u017en&eacute;, vybrat si zdrav\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; variantu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kniha <a title=\"M&yacute;ty na tal&iacute;\u0159i\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/myty-na-taliri\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #1b3f75;\"><strong>M&yacute;ty na tal&iacute;\u0159i<\/strong><\/span><\/a> je bezvadn&aacute;. Dostalo se mi neuv\u011b\u0159iteln&eacute;ho mno\u017estv&iacute; u\u017eite\u010dn&yacute;ch informac&iacute;. Pozn&aacute;mky, kter&eacute; jsem si u \u010dten&iacute; vedla, vydaly na jeden cel&yacute; &scaron;koln&iacute; se&scaron;it. Autor se nesna\u017e&iacute; \u010dten&aacute;\u0159e o n\u011b\u010dem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovat, naopak, nahl&iacute;\u017e&iacute; na dan&yacute; probl&eacute;m z obou &uacute;hl\u016f pohled\u016f, jak odp\u016frc\u016f, tak p\u0159&iacute;znivc\u016f. Nakonec d&aacute;v&aacute; \u010dten&aacute;\u0159i jasn\u011b najevo, \u017ee kone\u010dn&eacute; rozhodnut&iacute; je jen v jeho ruk&aacute;ch.
