P\u0159i jedn&eacute; konzultaci mi vypr&aacute;v\u011bla sv\u016fj p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bh a j&aacute; \u0159&iacute;kal, \u017ee by bylo fajn, kdyby to m\u011bli mo\u017enost sly&scaron;et i rodi\u010de jin&yacute;ch d\u011bt&iacute;. A tak jsme se domluvili na t&eacute;to publikaci, p\u0159ivzali Ivu a za\u010dali pracovat.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: S&nbsp;P&aacute;jou m\u011b sezn&aacute;mil Marian pot&eacute;, co mi nab&iacute;dnul spolupod&iacute;let se na knize, kter&aacute; se prost\u0159ednictv&iacute;m jej&iacute;ho p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bhu zam&yacute;&scaron;l&iacute; nad problematikou poruch p\u0159&iacute;jmu potravy. Po\u017e&aacute;dal mne o pohled psychologa\/psychoterapeuta na danou problematiku. Za m\u011b mohu \u0159&iacute;ci, \u017ee se mi s&nbsp;ob\u011bma pracovalo velmi dob\u0159e a na&scaron;e spolupr&aacute;ce m\u011b obohatila.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>PH<\/strong>: Za m\u011b byla spolupr&aacute;ce skv\u011bl&aacute; ze v&scaron;ech stran. Debaty nad t&eacute;maty s Marianem byly velmi obohacuj&iacute;c&iacute; a spolupr&aacute;ce s Ivou mi dala mnoho cenn&yacute;ch zku&scaron;enost&iacute; z psychologick&eacute; praxe. Mimo jin&eacute; mi to velmi pomohlo p\u0159i dokon\u010den&iacute; m&eacute; studijn&iacute; cesty.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jak je kniha koncipovan&aacute; a kter&yacute;m \u010dten&aacute;\u0159\u016fm je p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m ur\u010dena?<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>MJ<\/strong>: P&aacute;te\u0159&iacute; knihy je re&aacute;ln&yacute; p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bh Pavl&iacute;ny, kter&yacute; je zasazen&yacute; do &scaron;ir&scaron;&iacute;ch souvislost&iacute; z hlediska dne&scaron;n&iacute;ch psychick&yacute;ch probl&eacute;m\u016f, p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m ml&aacute;de\u017ee s&nbsp;edukativn&iacute;m koment&aacute;\u0159em.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: Kniha nen&iacute; koncipovan&aacute; ani jako u\u010debnice ani jako odborn&aacute; terapeutick&aacute; p\u0159&iacute;ru\u010dka. Jde sp&iacute;&scaron;e o zamy&scaron;len&iacute; se nad n\u011bkter&yacute;mi aktu&aacute;ln&iacute;mi ot&aacute;zkami, kter&eacute; souvisej&iacute; se sou\u010dasn&yacute;m \u017eivotn&iacute;m stylem. Je ur\u010dena v&scaron;em dosp\u011bl&yacute;m, kte\u0159&iacute; se jak&yacute;mkoli zp\u016fsobem pod&iacute;lej&iacute; na v&yacute;chov\u011b \u010di veden&iacute; d\u011bt&iacute; a dosp&iacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute;ch. Tedy zejm&eacute;na rodi\u010d\u016fm, pedagog\u016fm, tren&eacute;r\u016fm \u010di vychovatel\u016fm. Ale domn&iacute;v&aacute;m se, \u017ee zaj&iacute;mav&aacute; m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t i pro v&scaron;echny ostatn&iacute;.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jak je podle v&aacute;s pro v&yacute;voj \u010dlov\u011bka d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; sebepozn&aacute;n&iacute;? Bylo by podle v&aacute;s dobr&eacute;, kdyby se ve &scaron;kol&aacute;ch zavedl nov&yacute; p\u0159edm\u011bt, kter&yacute; by se touto problematikou&nbsp;zab&yacute;val?&nbsp;<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>MJ<\/strong>: Na&scaron;&iacute;m nejbli\u017e&scaron;&iacute;m domovem je na&scaron;e t\u011blo, mysl a du&scaron;e. A dokud s&nbsp;n&iacute;m chceme b&yacute;t v&nbsp;souladu, neubli\u017eovat mu, naopak ho kultivovat, rozv&iacute;jet \u010di zdokonalovat nebo se o n\u011bj dob\u0159e starat, m\u011bli bychom ho co nejl&eacute;pe poznat, tak\u017ee sebepozn&aacute;n&iacute; je pro mne d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute;m, nikdy nekon\u010d&iacute;c&iacute;m procesem. Nejen proto si mysl&iacute;m, \u017ee by bylo velmi prosp\u011b&scaron;n&eacute; takov&yacute;to p\u0159edm\u011bt ve &scaron;kol&aacute;ch m&iacute;t.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>PH<\/strong>: Za m\u011b je sebepozn&aacute;n&iacute; z&aacute;kladn&iacute; n&aacute;stroj pro to, aby jedinec naplnil sv&eacute; potenci&aacute;ly, dok&aacute;zal r\u016fst a pracovat jak na sob\u011b, tak i s ostatn&iacute;mi, a byl jednodu&scaron;e spokojen&yacute;. Tak\u017ee kdyby se toto t&eacute;ma za\u0159adilo do osnov ji\u017e v mlad&eacute;m &scaron;koln&iacute;m v\u011bku, mysl&iacute;m si, \u017ee by to mohlo pomoci n&aacute;sleduj&iacute;c&iacute; generaci ke zlep&scaron;en&iacute; kvality \u017eivota i subjektivn&iacute;ch sv\u011bt\u016f.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>MJ<\/strong>: Mimo jin&eacute; v\u011b\u0159&iacute;m, \u017ee dlouho to nebude trvat a nov&yacute; p\u0159edm\u011bt bude na sv\u011bt\u011b. Nejt\u011b\u017e&scaron;&iacute; je se shodnout na tom, co v&scaron;e a v&nbsp;jak&eacute;m ro\u010dn&iacute;ku by m\u011bl zahrnovat.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: Za sebe se domn&iacute;v&aacute;m, \u017ee bez sebepozn&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; je zdrav&yacute; v&yacute;voj \u010dlov\u011bka v&nbsp;podstat\u011b nemo\u017en&yacute;. Pova\u017euji ho za nezbytnou sou\u010d&aacute;st \u017eivota, proto\u017ee jedin\u011b pokud zn&aacute;me sami sebe, m\u016f\u017eeme se kvalitn\u011b vztahovat k&nbsp;druh&yacute;m a ke sv\u011btu. B&yacute;t d&iacute;ky tomu se sebou a sv&yacute;m \u017eivotem spokojen&iacute;. Ale jako p\u0159edm\u011bt na &scaron;kol&aacute;ch? Rozhodn\u011b ne. V&iacute;te, mrz&iacute; m\u011b, \u017ee dnes m&aacute;me hodn\u011b tendence p\u0159ehazovat zodpov\u011bdnost na jin&eacute;. Na &scaron;kolu, na instituce a podobn\u011b. D&iacute;t\u011b samo o sob\u011b je zv&iacute;dav&eacute; a zaj&iacute;m&aacute; se i o sebe. A prim&aacute;rn\u011b se u\u010d&iacute; n&aacute;podobou. Pokud budeme jako dosp\u011bl&iacute; schopni sebereflexe a sebepozn&aacute;van&iacute; pro n&aacute;s bude b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d&aacute;st&iacute; \u017eivota, nau\u010d&iacute;me to na&scaron;e d\u011bti zcela p\u0159irozen\u011b. A to je to, co se dnes hodn\u011b vytr&aacute;c&iacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>O kolik se v posledn&iacute;ch letech zv&yacute;&scaron;il po\u010det psychicky nemocn&yacute;ch jedinc\u016f, p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m mezi d\u011btmi a mladistv&yacute;mi? A kter&eacute; poruchy pat\u0159&iacute; mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;?&nbsp;<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: Nedovedu v&aacute;m odpov\u011bd\u011bt v&nbsp;procentech, nicm&eacute;n\u011b se jedn&aacute; o zv&yacute;&scaron;en&iacute; skute\u010dn&eacute; dramatick&eacute;. A to pr&aacute;v\u011b mezi d\u011btmi a mladistv&yacute;mi. Dnes v&nbsp;m&eacute; ambulanci tvo\u0159&iacute; ji\u017e t&eacute;m\u011b\u0159 polovinu v&scaron;ech klient\u016f. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se objevuj&iacute; poruchy &uacute;zkostn&eacute;, s&nbsp;nimi\u017e souvis&iacute; sebepo&scaron;kozov&aacute;n&iacute; i poruchy p\u0159&iacute;jmu potravy, kter&yacute;m je v\u011bnov&aacute;na tato kniha. Jako dal&scaron;&iacute; n&aacute;sleduje deprese, ztr&aacute;ta smyslu a sebevra\u017eedn&eacute; &uacute;vahy.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Je n\u011bjak&aacute; nad\u011bje, \u017ee se tento fakt obr&aacute;t&iacute;? Vid&iacute;te n\u011bjak&eacute; \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute;, jak sn&iacute;\u017eit po\u010det nar\u016fstaj&iacute;c&iacute;ch du&scaron;evn&iacute;ch onemocn\u011bn&iacute;? Dne&scaron;n&iacute; doba tomu moc nenahr&aacute;v&aacute;.<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>MJ<\/strong>: Jednozna\u010dn\u011b nad\u011bje ur\u010dit\u011b je. Jednou z&nbsp;cest je hled&aacute;n&iacute; harmonie, o kter&eacute; ji\u017e mluvil Paracelsus: &bdquo;Jed nen&iacute; o l&aacute;tce ale o mno\u017estv&iacute;&ldquo;. Bohu\u017eel sou\u010dasn&aacute; velmi v&yacute;konov&aacute; spole\u010dnost je naopak zam\u011b\u0159en&aacute; na neust&aacute;lou honbu za &bdquo;rekordy&ldquo; ve v&scaron;ech sm\u011brech, za jakousi idealizovanou, ale nere&aacute;lnou dokonalost&iacute;.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: Nad\u011bje je v\u017edycky. Alespo\u0148 j&aacute; v&nbsp;to douf&aacute;m. Ale je pravdou, \u017ee dne&scaron;n&iacute; doba nahr&aacute;v&aacute; sp&iacute;&scaron;e opaku. Netrouf&aacute;m si d&aacute;vat n&aacute;vody na \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute;. Dle m&eacute;ho n&aacute;zoru je pot\u0159eba hodn\u011b osv\u011bty, kter&aacute; je dlouhodob\u011b nedostate\u010dn&aacute;, i kdy\u017e posledn&iacute; dobou se ji\u017e bl&yacute;sk&aacute; na lep&scaron;&iacute; \u010dasy. Je to p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m n&aacute;vrat k&nbsp;takov&yacute;m hodnot&aacute;m, jak&yacute;mi jsou l&aacute;ska, tolerance, pokora. A tak&eacute; zmi\u0148ovan&eacute; sebepozn&aacute;n&iacute;. Bez pozn&aacute;n&iacute; toho, kdo jsme, nelze b&yacute;t skute\u010dn\u011b &scaron;\u0165astn&yacute;, a to v&nbsp;dlouhodob&eacute;m d\u016fsledku vznik poruch podporuje.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pro zdrav&yacute; psychick&yacute; v&yacute;voj je d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; i spr&aacute;vn&eacute; stravov&aacute;n&iacute;. Zab&yacute;v&aacute;te se v knize i touto problematikou?<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>PH<\/strong>: V&yacute;\u017eiva je oblast, kter&aacute; by si zaslou\u017eila minim&aacute;ln\u011b jednou samostatnou knihu, tak\u017ee do hloubky se v&yacute;\u017eivou nezab&yacute;v&aacute;me. Dot&yacute;k&aacute;me se j&iacute; pouze okrajov\u011b, a to v oblastech, kter&eacute; souvis&iacute; s patologick&yacute;m vztahem k potrav\u011b.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: V&nbsp;knize \u010dten&aacute;\u0159 nenajde konkr&eacute;tn&iacute; n&aacute;vody na zdrav&eacute; stravov&aacute;n&iacute;, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je tomuto t&eacute;matu v\u011bnov&aacute;na ur\u010dit&aacute; pozornost. Op\u011bt sp&iacute;&scaron;e v&nbsp;rovin\u011b &uacute;vah o tom, co je a co nen&iacute; spr&aacute;vn&eacute; stravovan&iacute; a jak si ten sv\u016fj spr&aacute;vn&yacute; zp\u016fsob naj&iacute;t.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Te\u010f ke sportu. \u010casto se v n\u011bm zapom&iacute;n&aacute; na emoce a pocity kv\u016fli tlaku na v&yacute;kon, a to ze strany rodi\u010d\u016f nebo tren&eacute;r\u016f. Jakou radu pro tyto dosp\u011bl&aacute;ky m&aacute;te?<br \/><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>PH<\/strong>: Obecn\u011b jsme v dob\u011b, kter&aacute; je hodn\u011b v&yacute;konov&aacute; a na emoce &bdquo;nen&iacute; \u010das&rdquo;. Pen&iacute;ze a blahobyt jsou m\u011b\u0159&iacute;tkem &uacute;sp\u011bchu. Jen ta pr&aacute;ce, kter&aacute; je vid\u011bt, je &uacute;ctyhodn&aacute;. Jen\u017ee to, co za n&iacute; stoj&iacute;, u\u017e nikdo vid\u011bt nechce.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Konkr&eacute;tn\u011b ve sportu pak dominuj&iacute; dva typy rodi\u010d\u016f. Prvn&iacute; typ jsou takzvan&iacute; &bdquo;tenisov&iacute; rodi\u010de&rdquo;, kte\u0159&iacute; si prost\u0159ednictv&iacute;m potomk\u016f pln&iacute; sv&eacute; nenapln\u011bn&eacute; c&iacute;le. Druhou polaritou jsou rodi\u010de, kte\u0159&iacute; vztah ke sportu nemaj&iacute;, a tak jedin&yacute;m parametrem, kter&yacute;m m\u011b\u0159&iacute; to, jestli se jim investice do d&iacute;t\u011bte vyplat&iacute;, jsou v&yacute;sledky. V&scaron;imn\u011bme si, \u017ee v obou p\u0159&iacute;padech je spole\u010dn&yacute;m rysem c&iacute;lov&aacute; polo\u017eka nebo ur\u010dit&yacute; post. Nicm&eacute;n\u011b, chce dan&yacute; c&iacute;l i sportovec? Co m&aacute; d&iacute;t\u011b na sv&eacute; discipl&iacute;n\u011b konkr&eacute;tn\u011b r&aacute;do? Jak se c&iacute;t&iacute;? To jsou ot&aacute;zky, kter&eacute; nejsou ze stran rodi\u010d\u016f ani tren&eacute;r\u016f tak \u010dast&eacute;.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Probl&eacute;my se tak obvykle vyskytuj&iacute; v samotn&eacute; komunikaci, vztahu k \u010dinnosti a vz&aacute;jemn&eacute;mu respektu mezi sportovcem a jeho okol&iacute;m. Zam\u011b\u0159en&iacute; na tyto oblasti je v&scaron;ak kl&iacute;\u010dov&eacute; pro dosp&iacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute; sportovce na za\u010d&aacute;tku jejich kari&eacute;ry a m\u011blo by b&yacute;t zahrnuto do tr&eacute;ninkov&yacute;ch rozhovor\u016f. Tyto oblasti mohou toti\u017e podpo\u0159it nejen spr&aacute;vn&yacute; rozvoj sportovn&iacute;ch kompetenc&iacute;, ale tak&eacute; vztah \u010di mor&aacute;ln\u011b voln&iacute; vlastnosti mlad&eacute;ho sportovce.&nbsp;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: Doporu\u010dila bych si p\u0159e\u010d&iacute;st si tuto knihu.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A co kdy\u017e kv\u016fli v&yacute;konu na mlad&eacute; sportovce netla\u010d&iacute; rodi\u010de ani tren&eacute;\u0159i, ale oni sami na sebe?&nbsp;<br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>IF<\/strong>: V&iacute;te, tohle tak &uacute;pln\u011b nen&iacute; mo\u017en&eacute;. \u017d&aacute;dn&eacute; d&iacute;t\u011b se nenarod&iacute; s&nbsp;t&iacute;m, \u017ee by se na sebe m\u011blo nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en&eacute; n&aacute;roky \u010di na sebe vyv&iacute;jelo velk&yacute; tlak. M\u016f\u017ee se to tak jevit, kdy\u017e rodi\u010de ani tren&eacute;r nepo\u017eaduj&iacute; v&yacute;kon, a d&iacute;t\u011b p\u0159esto st&aacute;le nen&iacute; spokojeno. Ale za t&iacute;mto jedn&aacute;n&iacute;m d&iacute;t\u011bte je v\u017edy n\u011bco, co k&nbsp;tomu jeho vzorci chov&aacute;n&iacute; vedlo. \u010casto to m&aacute; p\u016fvod v ran&eacute;m d\u011btstv&iacute;. Pokud je tento tlak nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en&yacute;, je v\u017edy dobr&eacute; vyhledat odbornou pomoc.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>PH<\/strong>: J&aacute; bych Ivu doplnila a vnesla pohled ze samotn&eacute; str&aacute;nky sportu. \u010cinnost, kter&aacute; je vykon&aacute;v&aacute;na na ur\u010dit&eacute; &uacute;rovni, vy\u017eaduje ur\u010ditou discipl&iacute;nu, sebezap\u0159en&iacute; a takzvanou spokojenou nespokojenost. D&iacute;ky n&iacute; se \u010dlov\u011bk chce neust&aacute;le zlep&scaron;ovat a posouvat d&aacute;l. Nicm&eacute;n\u011b je pot\u0159eba si zde stanovit ur\u010dit&eacute; hranice. Zp\u011bt se dost&aacute;v&aacute;me k v&yacute;&scaron;e zmi\u0148ovan&eacute;mu sebepozn&aacute;n&iacute;. Kdy\u017e zn&aacute; \u010dlov\u011bk s&aacute;m sebe, dok&aacute;\u017ee poznat zdrav&eacute; meze a kontrolovat sv&eacute; chov&aacute;n&iacute;. Pokud je jedinec p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron;n&yacute;m perfekcionistou, m\u016f\u017ee si kl&aacute;st&nbsp;neadekv&aacute;tn&iacute; po\u017eadavky na sebe sama. V takov&eacute;m p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; si stanovit pravidla pro hodnocen&iacute; v&yacute;konu. V praxi to znamen&aacute;, \u017ee tren&eacute;r by m\u011bl hr&aacute;t hlavn&iacute; roli p\u0159i hodnocen&iacute; podan&yacute;ch v&yacute;kon\u016f a m\u011bl by proch&aacute;zet se sportovcem cel&yacute;m kontinu&aacute;ln&iacute;m procesem, aby na z&aacute;klad\u011b toho mohl posuzovat v&yacute;sledky objektivn\u011bji.
