Jen\u017ee, co kdy\u017e pat\u0159&iacute;me mezi jedince, kte\u0159&iacute; s&nbsp;n&aacute;valy strachu bojuj&iacute; za ka\u017ed&eacute; situace, i t&eacute;, kter&aacute; si stres v\u016fbec ne\u017e&aacute;d&aacute;? Z&aacute;chvaty paniky a &uacute;zkostn&eacute; poruchy jsou bub&aacute;kem, se kter&yacute;m se v&nbsp;r\u016fzn&eacute; m&iacute;\u0159e setk&aacute; b\u011bhem sv&eacute;ho \u017eivota asi ka\u017ed&yacute; z n&aacute;s. Jsou lid&eacute;, kte\u0159&iacute; v&iacute;, jak si s&nbsp;takov&yacute;mi nep\u0159&iacute;jemn&yacute;mi projevy poradit, jsou takov&iacute;, kte\u0159&iacute; s&nbsp;t\u011bmito projevy um&iacute; pracovat a pak jsou tu bohu\u017eel ti, kte\u0159&iacute; si s&nbsp;nimi nev&iacute; rady. Existuje v\u016fbec proti siln&yacute;m panick&yacute;m z&aacute;chvat\u016fm l&eacute;k?<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sama jsem roky s&nbsp;m&iacute;rn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;mi projevy panick&eacute; ataky trp\u011bla jako k\u016f\u0148 &ndash; &scaron;kola, pr&aacute;ce, osobn&iacute; \u017eivot. Ale \u010dasem jsem se se strachem nau\u010dila pracovat. V&scaron;e se na n&aacute;s hrne, term&iacute;ny tla\u010d&iacute;, &scaron;&eacute;f m&aacute; mizernou n&aacute;ladu, nest&iacute;h&aacute;me, a to se na n&aacute;s psychicky i fyzicky odr&aacute;\u017e&iacute;. M&aacute;me pocit, \u017ee n&aacute;rok\u016fm nesta\u010d&iacute;me \u010delit, a proto se c&iacute;t&iacute;me v&nbsp;ohro\u017een&iacute;. Jen\u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; si uv\u011bdomit, zda je dan&aacute; situace opravdu tak striktn&iacute;, aby nabour&aacute;vala na&scaron;i \u017eivotn&iacute; harmonii. Pokud nejde o \u017eivot, jde o nic! A a\u0165 to zn&iacute; sebe divn\u011bji, j&aacute; se touto mantrou za\u010dala p\u0159ed n\u011bjakou dobou \u0159&iacute;dit a sv\u011bte div se, ona funguje!<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pokud v&scaron;ak st&aacute;le hled&aacute;te cestu z&nbsp;kolob\u011bhu &uacute;zkosti ven a nechcete nebo nem\u016f\u017eete vyhledat odbornou pomoc, pak je tato kn&iacute;\u017eka dobr&yacute;m prost\u0159edkem, jak se nad v\u011bcmi zamyslet, ur\u010dit, jak&eacute; situace v&nbsp;n&aacute;s dan&yacute; strach vyvol&aacute;vaj&iacute; a jak s&nbsp;negativn&iacute;mi projevy &uacute;zkosti pracovat.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a title=\"Mil&yacute; strachu, dr\u017e u\u017e hubu!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/mily-strachu-drz-uz-hubu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 355px; float: left; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 10px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/Mily-strachu---foto-k-recenzi.jpg\" width=\"NaN\" height=\"auto\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/a>Nap\u0159&iacute;klad na fyzick&eacute; &uacute;rovni je toho spousta, co m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat pro to, abychom obnovili sv\u016fj vnit\u0159n&iacute; klid. A proto\u017ee mezi mozkem a t\u011blem doch&aacute;z&iacute; k&nbsp;interakci, m&aacute; to uklid\u0148uj&iacute;c&iacute; vliv i na na&scaron;e my&scaron;lenky a pocity.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; je si \u0159&iacute;ci, \u017ee strach je jen pocit. Jeho &uacute;kolem je n&aacute;s chr&aacute;nit p\u0159ed nebezpe\u010d&iacute;m, upozornit na hrozby, vyhl&aacute;sit poplach, a proto je jeho n&aacute;stup tak rychl&yacute;, dokonce mnohem rychlej&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e samotn&yacute; racion&aacute;ln&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;stup. Publikace z&aacute;jemc\u016fm porad&iacute;, jak ho m\u016f\u017eou na emo\u010dn&iacute; &uacute;rovni &uacute;sp\u011b&scaron;n\u011b zkrotit.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nastavme si mysl na pozitivn&iacute; relaci, nehloubejme tolik nad &scaron;patn&yacute;mi v&yacute;sledky, katastrofick&yacute;mi ud&aacute;lostmi a dramatick&yacute;mi \u017eivotn&iacute;mi zvraty. Podobn&eacute; emoce n&aacute;m berou pot\u0159ebnou energii, nut&iacute; na&scaron;e t\u011blo spo\u010d&iacute;vat v neust&aacute;l&eacute;m nap\u011bt&iacute;, a to n&aacute;m zbyte\u010dn\u011b zt\u011b\u017euje \u017eivot.
