Sama jsem typ \u010dlov\u011bka, kter&yacute; m&aacute; rad v\u011bci p\u0159esn\u011b tak, jak je na n\u011b zvykl&yacute;, a co se recept\u016f t&yacute;\u010de, tak t&iacute;m tuplem. Nap\u0159&iacute;klad takovou v&aacute;no\u010dku u\u017e l&eacute;ta pe\u010du podle rodinn&eacute;ho recepu. Letos se mi ov&scaron;em dostala pod ruku nov&aacute; kniha od vyhl&aacute;&scaron;en&eacute; cukr&aacute;\u0159ky Ivety Fabe&scaron;ov&eacute; s kr&aacute;sn&yacute;m n&aacute;zvem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/vse-svatecni\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">V&scaron;e sv&aacute;te\u010dn&iacute;<\/a>. D\u0159&iacute;ve ne\u017e jsem knihu prolistovala, jsem si byla jist&aacute;, \u017ee recepty budou b&aacute;je\u010dn&eacute;, budou se mi na n\u011b sb&iacute;hat sliny, ale budou p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; n&aacute;ro\u010dn&eacute; na v&yacute;robu nebo budou finan\u010dn\u011b ne&uacute;nosn&eacute;. Mile m\u011b p\u0159ekvapilo, \u017ee opak je pravdou. Poj\u010fme se na to pod&iacute;vat.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"max-width: undefinedpx;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/vse-svatecni\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V&scaron;e sv&aacute;te\u010dn&iacute;<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">. Takto se jmenuje nov&aacute; kniha cukr&aacute;\u0159ky Ivety Fabe&scaron;ov&eacute;. Kniha obsahuje na 40 tradi\u010dn&iacute;ch recept\u016f a v&yacute;b\u011br je opravdu &scaron;irok&yacute; &ndash; cukrov&iacute;, dorty, dezerty, lik&eacute;ry nebo jin&eacute; sladk&eacute; pe\u010divo. Kniha nav&iacute;c obsahuje nejr\u016fzn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; postupy a n&aacute;vody. Nyn&iacute; si snadno porad&iacute;te s&nbsp;pleten&iacute;m v&aacute;no\u010dky, um&iacute;ch&aacute;n&iacute;m kr&eacute;mu nebo v&yacute;b\u011brem polevy. Mimo jin&eacute; kniha obsahuje kr&aacute;sn\u011b zpracovan&yacute; nov&yacute; p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bh Werichovy vily, kter&aacute; je nyn&iacute; pokladnic&iacute; tohoto nejlep&scaron;&iacute;ho cukrov&iacute;. Vra\u0165me se ale zp&aacute;tky k&nbsp;pe\u010den&iacute;. Ka\u017ed&yacute; recept obsahuje hned na za\u010d&aacute;tku d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; informace, jako je doba p\u0159&iacute;pravy, doba pe\u010den&iacute;, po\u010det kus\u016f z&nbsp;d&aacute;vky nebo jin&eacute; d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; informace, jako je nap\u0159&iacute;klad doba tuhnut&iacute;. N&aacute;sleduje v&yacute;pis ingredienc&iacute; a postup p\u0159&iacute;pravy. Co se ingredienc&iacute; t&yacute;\u010de, tak jsem a\u017e na v&yacute;jimky nenarazila na n\u011bco, co by se nedalo sehnat v b\u011b\u017en&eacute;m supermarketu. Ale dost bylo \u0159e\u010d&iacute;. Poj\u010fme se na tuto kucha\u0159ku pod&iacute;vat v praxi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #ff6600;\"><strong>1. Citronov&aacute; b&aacute;bovka v pod&aacute;n&iacute; Terky<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Zpo\u010d&aacute;tku jsem nev\u011bd\u011bla, do kter&eacute;ho receptu se pustit d\u0159&iacute;ve, ale jeliko\u017e jsem &bdquo;b&aacute;bovkomil&ldquo;, volba byla jasn&aacute;. Mus&iacute;m se p\u0159iznat, \u017ee kdy\u017e jsem si p\u0159e\u010detla recept na citronovou b&aacute;bovku poprv&eacute;, n\u011bco mi tam nesed\u011blo. Pro jistotu jsem si ho p\u0159e\u010detla je&scaron;t\u011b 3x. Ne proto, \u017ee by byl slo\u017eit&yacute;, ale proto, \u017ee mezi ingrediencemi nebyl napsan&yacute; \u017e&aacute;dn&yacute; tuk. B&aacute;bovek jsem pekla nespo\u010det, ale v&nbsp;ka\u017ed&eacute; bylo alespo\u0148 kousek m&aacute;sla nebo trocha oleje. Kdy\u017e jsem se ujistila, \u017ee \u010dtu spr&aacute;vn\u011b, dodala jsem si odvahy a pustila se do toho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 344px; float: right;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/img_20221116_194435_optimized-001.jpg\" width=\"34.4%\" height=\"auto\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><strong>Ingredience:<br \/><\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">210 g cukru krupice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5 vajec<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u017eloutek<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">k\u016fra z 1\/2 citr&oacute;nu<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&scaron;\u0165&aacute;va z 1 citr&oacute;nu<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">125 g polohrub&eacute; mouky<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">20 g m&aacute;sla (pouze na vymaz&aacute;n&iacute; formy)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">10 g strouhanky na vysyp&aacute;n&iacute; formy<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">mou\u010dkov&yacute; cukr na posyp&aacute;n&iacute;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Postup:<br \/><\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 227px; border-width: 10px; float: right; margin: 10px 30px 10px 30px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/IMG_20221116_213121-001.jpg\" width=\"22.7%\" height=\"auto\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">P\u0159&iacute;prava byla naprosto jednoduch&aacute;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. V&scaron;echny ingredience (krom\u011b mouky) jsem sm&iacute;chala dohromady a n&aacute;sledn\u011b na hork&eacute; l&aacute;zni proh\u0159&aacute;la a\u017e do rozpu&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute; cukru. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Pot&eacute; jsem t\u011bsto st&aacute;hla z hork&eacute; l&aacute;zn\u011b a &scaron;lehala tak dlouho, dokud t\u011bsto neschladlo zp\u011bt na pokojovou teplotu a neprom\u011bnilo se v tuhou p\u011bnu. (<em>Pozn.: Pokud m&aacute;te kuchy\u0148sk&yacute; robot, stejn\u011b jako j&aacute;, tak to budete m&iacute;t o moc jednodu&scaron;&scaron;&iacute;. T\u011bsto se toti\u017e &scaron;lehalo cca 10 minut v kuse.)&nbsp;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. Do kr&aacute;sn\u011b vy&scaron;lehan&eacute; p\u011bny jsem lehce vm&iacute;chala mouku.Takto p\u0159ipraven&eacute; t\u011bsto jsem dala do p\u0159edeh\u0159&aacute;t&eacute; trouby a pekla cca 40 minut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4. Po upe\u010den&iacute; jsem b&aacute;bovku vyklopila z formy a posypala mou\u010dkov&yacute;m cukrem. <em>(Pozn.: B&aacute;bovka z formy vysko\u010dila &uacute;pln\u011b sama. Par&aacute;da.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/statics.teams.cdn.office.net\/evergreen-assets\/personal-expressions\/v2\/assets\/emoticons\/hearteyes\/default\/20_f.png?v=v23\" alt=\"Srd&iacute;\u010dka v o\u010d&iacute;ch\" width=\"20px\" height=\"20px\" aria-label=\"Srd&iacute;\u010dka v o\u010d&iacute;ch\" title=\"\">)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Te\u010f u\u017e sta\u010dilo jenom po\u010dkat, a\u017e b&aacute;bovka vychladne. Citronov&aacute; v\u016fn\u011b mi ov&scaron;em nedala a j&aacute; se do b&aacute;bovky musela pustit je&scaron;t\u011b za tepla&hellip;. A v&yacute;sledek? Slovy m&eacute;ho man\u017eela:&nbsp;&bdquo;M\u0148am.&#8220;&nbsp; A j&aacute; nem\u016f\u017eu hodnotit jinak. V \u017eivot\u011b jsem nejedla tak nad&yacute;chanou a chutnou b&aacute;bovku. Pokud jde m&iacute;t &bdquo;nebe na jazyku&#8220;, tak dnes u\u017e v&iacute;m, jak by chutnalo. V\u016fni a chu\u0165 v&aacute;m tady bohu\u017eel nep\u0159id&aacute;m, ale alespo\u0148 pot\u011b&scaron;&iacute;m va&scaron;e o\u010di a na\u017ehav&iacute;m chu\u0165ov&eacute; bu\u0148ky.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">&nbsp;2. Lan&yacute;\u017ee v pod&aacute;ni Lucky<\/span><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pokud pat\u0159&iacute;te mezi milovn&iacute;ky \u010dokol&aacute;dy, pak va&scaron;e chu\u0165ov&eacute; poh&aacute;rky jist\u011b tento recept uspokoj&iacute;. \u010cokol&aacute;dov&eacute; kuli\u010dky, kter&eacute; se v&aacute;m rozplynou na jazyku, nebudete cht&iacute;t p\u0159estat j&iacute;st. J&aacute; osobn\u011b jsem si recept vybrala pr&aacute;v\u011b z&nbsp;tohoto d\u016fvodu a za sebe m\u016f\u017eu \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee rozhodn\u011b nelituji. P\u0159&iacute;prava je sice d&iacute;ky 2hodinov&eacute;mu chlazen&iacute; malinko zdlouhav\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, ale v&yacute;sledek stoj&iacute; rozhodn\u011b za to.<\/p>\n<p> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Po\u010det porc&iacute;: 20 ks (J&aacute; ud\u011blala 37)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>P\u0159&iacute;prava: <\/strong>30 minut<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Chlazen&iacute;: <\/strong>2 hodiny<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingredience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 vanilkov&yacute; lusk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">200 g smetany ke &scaron;leh&aacute;n&iacute; (min. 33%)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">200 g ho\u0159k&eacute; \u010dokol&aacute;dy (min. 70%)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">80 g m&aacute;sla pokojov&eacute; teploty<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kokos na obalen&iacute;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Postup:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>1. Vanilkov&yacute; lusk jsem roz\u0159&iacute;zla a vy&scaron;kr&aacute;bala sem&iacute;nka. Do hrnce jsem si nalila smetanu, p\u0159idala jsem sem&iacute;nka s&nbsp;luskem a spole\u010dn\u011b zah\u0159&iacute;vala na 60 &deg;C. Pot&eacute; jsem nechala vyluhovat 30 minut, vanilkov&yacute; lusk jsem odstranila a smetanu op\u011bt zah\u0159&aacute;la na 60 &deg;C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Do m&iacute;sy jsem si nal&aacute;mala \u010dokol&aacute;du a p\u0159elila j&iacute; teplou smetanou. Pomoc&iacute; ponorn&eacute;ho mix&eacute;ru jsem v&scaron;e promixovala. P\u0159idala jsem m&aacute;slo a op\u011bt promixovala dohladka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. Hotovou sm\u011bs jsem p\u0159elila do formy o velikosti 18&#215;18 cm a dala jsem ji vychladit do lednice na cca 2 hodiny. Pot&eacute; jsem kr&aacute;jela kosti\u010dky o velikosti 2&#215;2 cm a z&nbsp;nich jsem tvo\u0159ila kuli\u010dky, kter&eacute; jsem n&aacute;sledn\u011b obalovala v&nbsp;kokosu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Pozn&aacute;mka na z&aacute;v\u011br.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">S&nbsp;hmotou se mi pracovalo zpo\u010d&aacute;tku dost &scaron;patn\u011b, ale po p&aacute;r kuli\u010dk&aacute;ch jsem si na&scaron;la syst&eacute;m a pak u\u017e &scaron;lo v&scaron;e jako po m&aacute;sle.
