Motiv Kmotra &scaron;el pro m\u011b do pozad&iacute;, ale po p\u0159e\u010dten&iacute; si pl&aacute;nuju toto kultovn&iacute; d&iacute;lo pustit a t\u011b&scaron;&iacute;m se, a\u017e v&nbsp;n\u011bm budu hledat nejr\u016fzn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; popisovan&eacute; zaj&iacute;mavosti.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kniha za\u010d&iacute;n&aacute; &uacute;vodem a zamy&scaron;len&iacute;m nad italskou sp&iacute;\u017e&iacute;, kde <a title=\"Liliana Battleov&aacute;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/autor\/liliana-battleova\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #1b3f75;\"><strong>Liliana Battleov&aacute;<\/strong><\/span><\/a> p\u0159edstavuje hlavn&iacute; suroviny. U\u017e na tomto m&iacute;st\u011b m\u011b zaujal jej&iacute; styl, kde nap\u0159&iacute;klad u olivov&eacute;ho oleje vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee \u0159ada recept\u016f v&nbsp;knize nespecifikuje p\u0159esn&eacute; mno\u017estv&iacute; oleje, proto\u017ee \u017e&aacute;dn&yacute; Ital neodm\u011b\u0159uje. &bdquo;<em>Italsk&aacute; kuchyn\u011b pracuje s&nbsp;chut&iacute; instinktivn\u011b. Z&nbsp;t\u011bstovin m\u011b zaujala nap\u0159&iacute;klad Pasta e fagioli s&nbsp;pancettou a fazolemi, t\u011bstoviny podle Sonnyho Corleona (zn&aacute;m&eacute; jako pasta arrabiata), orrechiette s&nbsp;brokolic&iacute; a klob&aacute;skami nebo manicotti. A za zm&iacute;nku rozhodn\u011b stoj&iacute; t\u011bstoviny s&nbsp;vodkou, kde vodka podle autorky dod&aacute;v&aacute; om&aacute;\u010dce sladkost a smetan\u011b \u0159&iacute;z. Pat\u0159&iacute; tam jen mal&eacute; mno\u017estv&iacute;, ale m&aacute; mocn&yacute; &uacute;\u010dinek. Co se t&yacute;\u010de dezert\u016f, tak m&aacute;m v&nbsp;pl&aacute;nu mandlov&eacute; su&scaron;enky a tak&eacute; kol&aacute;\u010d s&nbsp;olivov&yacute;m olejem a pomeran\u010dem.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jeliko\u017e se jedn&aacute; o italskou kucha\u0159ku, nemohla jsem vynechat a rovnou vyzkou&scaron;et pizzu. K&nbsp;p\u0159&iacute;prav\u011b t\u011bsta byla pot\u0159eba voda, cukr, s\u016fl, su&scaron;en&eacute; dro\u017ed&iacute; a olivov&yacute; olej, povrch jsme pokryli raj\u010datovou om&aacute;\u010dkou, mozzarellou a bazalkou a v&yacute;sledek st&aacute;l opravdu za to, i kdy\u017e p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t\u011b ji mus&iacute;me vyt&aacute;hnout z&nbsp;trouby o n\u011bco d\u0159&iacute;ve. S&nbsp;t\u011bstem se dob\u0159e pracovalo, bylo k\u0159upav&eacute; a rozhodn\u011b si jej p\u0159ep&iacute;&scaron;u do sv&eacute;ho z&aacute;pisn&iacute;ku s&nbsp;recepty. Dost \u010dasto se toti\u017e jen sna\u017e&iacute; sv&eacute;st na jejich popularit\u011b a jejich kvalita pokulh&aacute;v&aacute;. To v&scaron;ak v&nbsp;tomto p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b rozhodn\u011b neplat&iacute;! Kucha\u0159ka je velmi dob\u0159e zpracovan&aacute; a je z&nbsp;n&iacute; patrn&aacute; v&aacute;&scaron;e\u0148 jak pro film, tak pro va\u0159en&iacute; a oboje je dob\u0159e vyv&aacute;\u017eeno. Moc se mi tady toto propojen&iacute; l&iacute;b&iacute; a jsem si jist&aacute;, \u017ee se na film pod&iacute;v&aacute;m a kniha mi u toho bude sekundovat. Nav&iacute;c neskon\u010d&iacute; v&nbsp;knihovn\u011b, ale budu ji m&iacute;t po ruce v&nbsp;kuchyni a experimentovat.
