A tak n\u011bjak tomu osud cht\u011bl, \u017ee m\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b na silvestra chytil akutn\u011b \u017elu\u010dn&iacute;k, podstoupila jsem operaci a nyn&iacute; jsem na \u017elu\u010dn&iacute;kov&eacute; diet\u011b. Tzn. co nejm&eacute;n\u011b tuku, neko\u0159enit a nej&iacute;st nad&yacute;mav&eacute; potraviny. Postupn\u011b u\u017e p\u0159ech&aacute;z&iacute;m na norm&aacute;ln&iacute; stravu, ale chci t&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee nyn&iacute; je p\u011bt kilo dole a s touto novou kucha\u0159kou jsem dostala podn\u011bt ke zdrav&eacute;mu va\u0159en&iacute;.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jsem z n&iacute; nad&scaron;en&aacute; a t\u011b&scaron;&iacute;m se, a\u017e najedu na va\u0159en&iacute; bez omezen&iacute;, ale ve zdrav\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;m rytmu, co\u017e mi tato kniha umo\u017e\u0148uje. V pr&aacute;ci nem&aacute;me j&iacute;delnu, a tak si nos&iacute;m ob\u011bdy z domu. Uv&iacute;tala jsem syst&eacute;m t\u011bchto recept\u016f, \u017ee va\u0159&iacute;m na dva dny, ale pest\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Je tu n\u011bkolik recept\u016f na vhodn&eacute; sn&iacute;dan\u011b a sva\u010diny. Ji\u017e z d\u0159&iacute;v\u011bj&scaron;ka mi na sva\u010diny vyhovuj&iacute; pol&iacute;vky. Toho se budu dr\u017eet i nad&aacute;le. D&aacute;le tu m&aacute;me 19 variac&iacute; na dva dny, kdy vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;me spole\u010dn&eacute; ingredience na v&iacute;ce pokrm\u016f. Bramborov&yacute; n&aacute;&scaron;up obsahuje tyto recepty: du&scaron;en&aacute; mrkev s m&aacute;slov&yacute;mi bramborami, poctiv&aacute; brambora\u010dka, zape\u010den&eacute; brambory s houbami a jako bonus je tu mrkvov&aacute; pomaz&aacute;nka. Brambory jsem uva\u0159ila pro recept s mrkv&iacute; a zape\u010den&eacute;. Mrkev jsem vyu\u017eila i do pomaz&aacute;nky. Zeleninov&yacute; z&aacute;klad jsem pou\u017eila do pol&iacute;vky a do zape\u010den&yacute;ch brambor. Uva\u0159ila jsem to v&scaron;e za hodinu a patn&aacute;ct minut. M&aacute;m z toho dva ob\u011bdy a dv\u011b ve\u010de\u0159e a pomaz&aacute;nku na sn&iacute;dani, kterou jsem namazala na proteinov&yacute; toust. Nejv&iacute;c m\u011b p\u0159ekvapila pomaz&aacute;nka, proto\u017ee takto jsem ji je&scaron;t\u011b ned\u011blala. A je v&yacute;born&aacute;. Ostatn&iacute; recepty mi taky moc chutnaly, ale u\u017e jsem tu chu\u0165 znala, tak\u017ee jsem v\u011bd\u011bla, co z toho asi bude.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Na za\u010d&aacute;tku ka\u017ed&eacute; variace je rozpis, co v&scaron;echno pot\u0159ebujete nakoupit, co\u017e je super. Je to uleh\u010den&iacute; pr&aacute;ce s psan&iacute;m n&aacute;kupn&iacute;ho seznamu. Jela jsem podle receptu a t\u0159eba v&iacute;m, \u017ee p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t\u011b d&aacute;m v&iacute;ce mrkve, proto\u017ee mi trochu pochyb\u011bla. Netrklo m\u011b, \u017ee mus&iacute;m br&aacute;t v potaz i velikost. Ale jinak mi tento styl va\u0159en&iacute; vyhovuje a t\u011b&scaron;&iacute;m se na &uacute;nor, kdy m&aacute;m v pl&aacute;nu va\u0159it dle t&eacute;to knihy. V\u011b\u0159&iacute;m, \u017ee va\u0159en&iacute; je jednodu&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; a tak&eacute; zdrav\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;. P\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety jsem podle jeho pl\u00e1nu na 29 dn\u00ed zhubla za dva m\u011bs\u00edce 10 kg. Byla jsem fakt sama se sebou spokojen\u00e1.
