Recept z hrn&iacute;\u010dkov&eacute; kucha\u0159ky na n\u011bjak&yacute; jable\u010dno \u010dokol&aacute;dov&yacute; dort. Korpus se srazil, nevyb\u011bhl. Poleva byla \u0159&iacute;dk&aacute; a z dortu stekla. Od t&eacute; doby nem&aacute;m r&aacute;d hrn&iacute;\u010dkov&eacute; va\u0159en&iacute; a v&aacute;\u017e&iacute;m to v&scaron;echno s p\u0159esnost&iacute; na gramy. Kdy\u017e chcete m&iacute;t kvalitn&iacute; a konzistentn&iacute; v&yacute;sledek, mus&iacute;te spr&aacute;vn\u011b v&aacute;\u017eit.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Vystudoval jste nejd\u0159&iacute;ve gymn&aacute;zium, pro\u010d ne rovnou obor, kam v&aacute;s to t&aacute;hlo?<\/strong><br \/><\/span>M\u011b to v\u017edycky t&aacute;hlo k pe\u010den&iacute;, ale moji rodi\u010de byli p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den&iacute; o tom, \u017ee bych se m\u011bl st&aacute;t u\u010ditelem. Proto tato &scaron;kola. Pravdou je, \u017ee jsem po gymn&aacute;ziu jeden rok u\u010dil na z&aacute;kladn&iacute; um\u011bleck&eacute; &scaron;kole v Pot&scaron;t&aacute;t\u011b, ale hned potom jsem se vydal do sv\u011bta, do Prahy, kde jsem 3 roky pracoval jako cukr&aacute;\u0159. V t&eacute;to dob\u011b jsem si dod\u011blal vy&uacute;\u010dn&iacute; listy v oboru kucha\u0159 a pot&eacute; cukr&aacute;\u0159, a za\u010dal studovat d&aacute;lkov\u011b vysokou &scaron;kolu hotelovou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Pracoval jste pro jednoho z&nbsp;nejlep&scaron;&iacute;ch zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b, kter&yacute; pat\u0159&iacute; do TOP 100. P\u0159esto jste dal v&yacute;pov\u011b\u010f, a nav&iacute;c ve chv&iacute;li, kdy v&aacute;s \u010dekalo pov&yacute;&scaron;en&iacute;. Pro\u010d?<\/strong><br \/><\/span>Harrods byl spln\u011bn&yacute; sen. \u017d&aacute;dn&eacute; limity. \u017divot v luxusu a pr&aacute;ce, kter&aacute; byla za odm\u011bnu. N&aacute;dhern&yacute; a velmi talentovan&yacute; t&yacute;m, se kter&yacute;m jsem z&iacute;skal ka\u017ed&eacute; ocen\u011bn&iacute;, kter&eacute; bylo kolem. Pr&aacute;ce sn\u016f. \u0158&iacute;k&aacute; se, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk by m\u011bl v nejlep&scaron;&iacute;m p\u0159estat. P\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t&iacute; rok m&aacute;m kulatiny. U\u017e d&aacute;vno v&iacute;m, \u017ee v\u010das odej&iacute;t je v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; um\u011bn&iacute; ne\u017e v\u010das p\u0159ij&iacute;t.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Nep\u0159epadla v&aacute;s od t&eacute; doby n\u011bkdy touha vr&aacute;tit se do Lond&yacute;na?<\/strong><br \/><\/span><span class=\"s2\">V\u016fbec ne. Dnes, kdy\u017e sleduju zpr&aacute;vy \u010di \u010dtu m&iacute;stn&iacute; i tamn&iacute; tisk, tak si \u0159&iacute;k&aacute;m, \u017ee jsem nohy na ramena opravdu vzal v\u010das. Ofici&aacute;ln\u011b jsem odch&aacute;zel na ro\u010dn&iacute; sabatickou dovolenou, kterou jsem cht\u011bl str&aacute;vit (a taky str&aacute;vil) v Indii. Z roku se staly dva a j&aacute; se zp\u011bt nevr&aacute;til. Nebyl d\u016fvod. A nen&iacute;.&nbsp;<br \/><\/span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>N\u011bjak&yacute; \u010das jste tedy str&aacute;vil v&nbsp;Indii. Pro\u010d zrovna tam, co v&aacute;s na t&eacute;to zemi l&aacute;kalo?&nbsp;<\/strong><br \/><\/span><span class=\"s2\">M\u016fj b&yacute;val&yacute; pod\u0159&iacute;zen&yacute; a velmi dobr&yacute; kamar&aacute;d, p\u0159&iacute;tel Sahil, se svou man\u017eelkou otev\u0159eli v Hyderabadu evropskou cukr&aacute;rnu. Z Lond&yacute;na jsem Sahila couchoval a jeho firma rostla. Kdy\u017e byl \u010das na expanzi, p\u0159izval m\u011b ke spolupr&aacute;ci. V jeho zemi jsem do t&eacute; doby n\u011bkolikr&aacute;t pracovn\u011b byl, a tak rozhodnuti se tam p\u0159est\u011bhovat bylo rychl&eacute; a jasn&eacute;. Tu zemi, se v&scaron;&iacute;m co nab&iacute;z&iacute;, miluju. \u0158&iacute;k&aacute; se, \u017ee Indie v&aacute;m ned&aacute; to, co chcete, ale to, co pot\u0159ebujete. V&scaron;em, co si tady na cokoliv st\u011b\u017euj&iacute;, bych dal jednosm\u011brnou letenku a a\u0165 si na zp&aacute;te\u010dn&iacute; cestu vyd\u011blaj&iacute; pr&aacute;v\u011b tam.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Doto\u010dil jste druhou \u0159adu po\u0159adu <a title=\"Pe\u010de cel&aacute; zem\u011b\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/pece-cela-zeme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pe\u010de cel&aacute; zem\u011b<\/a>. Nov&iacute; sout\u011b\u017e&iacute;c&iacute; byli jin&iacute; ne\u017e v prvn&iacute; \u0159ad\u011b; u\u017e v\u011bd\u011bli, do \u010deho jdou. Tak&eacute; si nemohli nev&scaron;imnout, kam v&iacute;t\u011bzka minul&eacute; \u0159ady&nbsp;<a title=\"Petra Burianov&aacute;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/autor\/petra-burianova\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Petra Burianov&aacute;<\/a>&nbsp;za ten rok a p\u016fl do&scaron;la. V ka\u017ed&eacute;m d&iacute;lu si spole\u010dn\u011b p\u0159iprav&iacute;me 3 recepty, jeden je v\u017edy t\u011b\u017e&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e ty ostatn&iacute;, ale v&scaron;echny jsou zvl&aacute;dnuteln&eacute; pro d\u011bti. Nemohu nezm&iacute;nit, \u017ee sc&eacute;n&aacute;\u0159e psala Zorka Jandov&aacute;, kter&aacute; tak&eacute; ztv&aacute;rnila postavu loutky Bublaniny. A mysl&iacute;m, \u017ee to mezi n&aacute;mi p\u0159&iacute;jemn\u011b jisk\u0159ilo. A hrozn\u011b si j&iacute; v&aacute;\u017e&iacute;m, je neuv\u011b\u0159iteln&yacute; profesion&aacute;l a tak&eacute; legenda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Te\u010f&nbsp;ke knih&aacute;m. V t&eacute; knize jsem se &uacute;pln\u011b obna\u017eil. Vznikla n&aacute;dhern&aacute; symbi&oacute;za, kter&aacute; vy&uacute;stila ve velmi jedine\u010dnou knihu. <strong>30 dort\u016f<\/strong>, kolem <strong>250 recept\u016f<\/strong> a asi <strong>300 fotografi&iacute;<\/strong>. Nic n&aacute;m nebr&aacute;n&iacute; v tom nam&iacute;chat si korpus z jednoho dortu s kr&eacute;mem z druh&eacute;ho a zdobit pomoc&iacute; dekorace z dortu t\u0159et&iacute;ho&hellip; Nese m\u016fj nezam\u011bniteln&yacute; rukopis, kter&yacute; v t&eacute;to knize byl zachycen pr&aacute;v\u011b d&iacute;ky Marii a Mark&eacute;t\u011b. Nem\u016f\u017eu nezm&iacute;nit a tak&eacute; pod\u011bkovat Albatrosu za d\u016fv\u011bru ve mn\u011b, za svobodu, kterou mi d&aacute;v&aacute; v m&eacute; pr&aacute;ci a za to, \u017ee sn&aacute;&scaron;&iacute; moji pali\u010datost a tvrdohlavost.
