Provede v&aacute;s taky makrobiotikou, Ajurv&eacute;dou, Raw stravov&aacute;n&iacute;m, d\u011btskou stravou, superpotravinami, ml&eacute;\u010dn&yacute;mi v&yacute;robky, margar&iacute;ny, n&aacute;poji, pohybem.
