D&iacute;ky sv&yacute;m zku&scaron;enostem z&iacute;skala n&aacute;vod na fyzickou i du&scaron;evn&iacute; vitalitu a mimo jin&eacute; tak&eacute; p\u0159ehled, co se d\u011bje s \u017eenami v&scaron;ude na sv\u011bt\u011b, jak o sebe pe\u010duj&iacute; a jak&eacute; maj&iacute; n&aacute;zory na st&aacute;rnut&iacute;. Tak\u017ee jsem se rozhodla, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u011b mohou \u010d&iacute;st a nemus&iacute; nikam chodit, abych jim objasnila velice zaj&iacute;mavou teorii bioidentick&yacute;ch hormon\u016f, kter&eacute; um&iacute; rozhodn\u011b zlep&scaron;it \u017eivot. Anebo abych jim dala jen o nich v\u011bd\u011bt pro p\u0159&iacute;pad, kdy\u017e u\u017e se nec&iacute;t&iacute; jako d\u0159&iacute;ve,&ldquo; vysv\u011btlila autorka p\u016fvod knihy.<\/p>\n<p>Kniha je zam\u011b\u0159ena na \u017eeny ve zral&eacute;m v\u011bku, v\u011bnuje se ot&aacute;zk&aacute;m, jak elegantn\u011b st&aacute;rnout a zachovat si kr&aacute;su a pru\u017enost do pozdn&iacute;ho v\u011bku. Zam\u011b\u0159uje se na j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek, \u017eivotn&iacute; styl, l&iacute;\u010den&iacute;, cvi\u010den&iacute; a na psychickou pohodu \u017een.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co pro v&aacute;s bylo tou hlavn&iacute; motivac&iacute;, aby tato kr&aacute;sn&aacute; kniha vznikla?<\/strong><br \/>J&aacute; jsem p\u0159em&yacute;&scaron;lela, jak bych mohla vytvo\u0159it osv\u011btu v&scaron;em d&aacute;m&aacute;m v \u010cesk&eacute; republice, ohledn\u011b toho, jak se o sebe starat. Nejd\u0159&iacute;ve jsem po\u0159&aacute;dala sezen&iacute;, pozd\u011bji jsme se domluvili na knize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se li&scaron;&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;stup ke st&aacute;rnut&iacute; u \u017een v Americe a v \u010cesk&eacute; republice?<\/strong><br \/>Nechci \u0159&iacute;kat, \u017ee \u017eeny v Americe to maj&iacute; lep&scaron;&iacute;, ale ten v&yacute;zkum je tam v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; a \u017eeny v Americe chod&iacute; do obchodu s lupama a studuj&iacute;, co v&scaron;e v dan&yacute;ch krabi\u010dk&aacute;ch opravdu je. \u017deny tam cvi\u010d&iacute;, chod&iacute; do fitka, my jsme na tom l&eacute;pe zase geneticky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vy jste emigrovala z \u010ceskoslovenska nejprve do Rakouska. Jak&eacute; tam byly podm&iacute;nky?<\/strong><br \/>Byl to kemp, kde jsme p\u0159ijeli, svl&eacute;kli n&aacute;s do naha, zrentgenovali. Tam jsem byla rok a p\u016fl, pak jsem se dostala do Kanady. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kter&yacute; moment ve sv&eacute;m \u017eivot\u011b \u010di kari&eacute;\u0159e byste ozna\u010dila za ten kl&iacute;\u010dov&yacute;?<\/strong><br \/>J&aacute; si mysl&iacute;m, \u017ee Olympijsk&eacute; hry v Barcelon\u011b, kde jsem se sezn&aacute;mila s C&eacute;line Dion a spole\u010dn\u011b jsme se za\u010daly u\u010dit anglicky. Tohle n&aacute;s sbl&iacute;\u017eilo a pracovaly jsme spolu osm let. Tohle byl asi kl&iacute;\u010dov&yacute; moment. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Co je podle v&aacute;s nejt\u011b\u017e&scaron;&iacute; na pr&aacute;ci s t\u011bmito hv\u011bzdami?<\/strong><br \/>\u0158&iacute;kat si, \u017ee je to taky \u010dlov\u011bk. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak&eacute; je va&scaron;e pojet&iacute; toho, co nebo kdo je kr&aacute;sn&yacute;?<\/strong><br \/>Je v\u011bk, kdy \u017eena mus&iacute; b&yacute;t kr&aacute;sn&aacute;, aby byla milov&aacute;na, a pak p\u0159ijde v\u011bk, kdy mus&iacute; b&yacute;t milov&aacute;na, aby byla kr&aacute;sn&aacute;. Kdy\u017e m&aacute;te n\u011bkoho, kdo v&aacute;s miluje, tak v&aacute;s to rozz&aacute;\u0159&iacute;, pokud ne, tak zvadnete. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Co pat\u0159&iacute; mezi nejv\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; urychlova\u010de st&aacute;rnut&iacute;?<\/strong><br \/>M\u011bli bychom omezit kalorie, chodit do schod\u016f, v&iacute;ce cvi\u010dit. Najd\u011bte si sport, kter&yacute; v&aacute;s bav&iacute;, nemus&iacute;te pravideln\u011b chodit zrovna do fitka. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;, co j&iacute;me. V z&aacute;sadit&eacute;m organismu se chorob&aacute;m nel&iacute;b&iacute;. Z&aacute;sadit&eacute; je ovoce, zelenina, \u010do\u010dka, hr&aacute;ch a podobn\u011b. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Co byla va&scaron;e profese p\u0159ed t&iacute;m, ne\u017e jste emigrovala do Rakouska?<\/strong><br \/>J&aacute; ani nev&iacute;m. J&aacute; jsem vystudovala ekonomickou &scaron;kolu, kde m\u011b u\u010dili jazyky, kter&eacute; mi v\u016fbec ne&scaron;ly. Tak\u017ee jsem byla ekonomka. Maminka mal&iacute;\u0159ka, tat&iacute;nek pracoval jako st\u0159iha\u010d v televizi. Cht\u011bla jsem b&yacute;t here\u010dka, ale tat&iacute;nek si to nep\u0159&aacute;l. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Co si osobn\u011b mysl&iacute;te o kosmetice zna\u010dek Avon a Oriflame?<\/strong><br \/>Ka\u017ed&aacute; kosmetika m&aacute; n\u011bco zvl&aacute;&scaron;tn&iacute;ho a speci&aacute;ln&iacute;ho. Ka\u017ed&aacute; kosmetika m&aacute; n\u011bco do sebe, dokonce i j&aacute; m&aacute;m svou kosmetiku. Je to o tom, \u017ee si ka\u017ed&yacute; mus&iacute; vybrat takovou kosmetiku, kter&aacute; mu vyhovuje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V knize rad&iacute;te, jak nest&aacute;rnout. Posledn&iacute; dobou se hodn\u011b mluv&iacute; o syndromu vyho\u0159en&iacute;, jak s t&iacute;m bojovat?<\/strong><br \/>To je ten stres, o kter&eacute;m jsme mluvili. Stres pot\u0159ebuje fyzikou n&aacute;mahu nebo meditaci. Meditovat neum&iacute;m, nejsem schopna si sednout a vy\u010distit my&scaron;lenky. Pokud to neum&iacute;te taky, za\u010dn\u011bte t\u0159eba b\u011bhat kolem bar&aacute;ku. Jakmile m&aacute;te fyzickou n&aacute;mahu, uvol\u0148uj&iacute; se hormony a navozuj&iacute; n&aacute;m dobrou n&aacute;ladu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na \u010dem moment&aacute;ln\u011b pracujete a co p\u0159ipravujete?<\/strong><br \/>P\u0159ipravuji anti age di&aacute;\u0159 a tam budou v&scaron;echny v\u011bci, kter&eacute; jsem nedostala do knihy.
