Mysl&iacute;m si, \u017ee v\u011bt&scaron;ina ano, jeliko\u017e se o jeho p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bhu mluv&iacute; nap\u0159&iacute;\u010d cel&yacute;m Facebookem. Mn\u011b B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010de Toma doporu\u010dila moje sestra. Myslela si, \u017ee by m\u011b jeho knihy&nbsp;a recepty mohly namotivovat k nov&eacute;mu \u017eivotn&iacute;mu stylu. Nav&iacute;c v\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee nem&aacute;m r&aacute;da zdlouhav&eacute; va\u0159en&iacute; p\u0159es t&yacute;den. <\/p>\n<p>Mus&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bh B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010de m\u011b jen utvrdil v tom, \u017ee <strong>pokud nechcete, nic nedok&aacute;\u017eete<\/strong>. Je jen na n&aacute;s, abychom si uv\u011bdomili, \u017ee v&scaron;e, co d\u011bl&aacute;me, nen&iacute; jen kv\u016fli&nbsp;hubnut&iacute;, ale jde tak&eacute; o sn&iacute;\u017een&iacute; zdravotn&iacute;ch rizik, kter&eacute; &scaron;patn&aacute; j&iacute;dla p\u0159in&aacute;&scaron;&iacute;. \u0158&iacute;k&aacute; se, \u017ee zdrav&iacute; je jen jedno a z&aacute;le\u017e&iacute; jen na n&aacute;s, zda se chceme do\u017e&iacute;t 150 let nebo um\u0159&iacute;t na infarkt ve 40. <\/p>\n<p>V&nbsp;It&aacute;lii existuje vesnice, kde se lid&eacute; \u017eiv&iacute; rybami, p\u011bstuj&iacute; vlastn&iacute; ovoce a zeleninu, prost\u011b \u017eije se tak, jak se u n&aacute;s na vesnic&iacute;ch \u017eilo v minulosti, a sv\u011bte div se, jejich pr\u016fm\u011brn&yacute; v\u011bk je 100 let. Jsou st&aacute;le vit&aacute;ln&iacute; a nav&iacute;c stres tam neexistuje. Ale to jsem trochu odbo\u010dila. Cht\u011bla jsem v&aacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee i m\u011b B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010d Tom nau\u010dil <strong>nahrazovat jednoduch&eacute; cukry medem, ban&aacute;nem, ag&aacute;vov&yacute;m sirupem<\/strong>. A<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>kdy\u017e \u010dokol&aacute;du, tak jen opravdovou vysokoprocentn&iacute; \u010dokol&aacute;du. Pokud m&aacute;te chu\u0165 na sladk&eacute;, d&aacute; se v&scaron;e \u0159e&scaron;it skv\u011blou zdravou rychlovkou.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010divo ano, ale jen celozrnn&eacute; (pe\u010divo jsem nahradila \u017eitn&yacute;mi chleby) a nav&iacute;c oby\u010dejnou mouku u m\u011b doma nenajdete. <strong>Tvaroh<\/strong>, kter&yacute; obsahuje hodn\u011b b&iacute;lkovin, a <strong>zeleninov&eacute; sal&aacute;ty<\/strong> se staly <strong>ned&iacute;lnou sou\u010d&aacute;st&iacute; m&eacute; stravy<\/strong>. Mus&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee tip od sestry zafungoval a j&aacute; se za\u010dala zaj&iacute;mat o <strong>nov&yacute; \u017eivotn&iacute; styl<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>T\u011b&scaron;ila jsem se na dal&scaron;&iacute; knihu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/autor\/mgr-tomas-kosacik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010de Toma<\/a>, kterou napsal se svou&nbsp;p\u0159&iacute;telkyn&iacute; (pzn.red. dnes ji\u017e man\u017eelkou) Luci&iacute;. V prvn&iacute;m d&iacute;le m\u011b zaujal jeho p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bh, kter&yacute; v knize popisuje a mnoho variant pomaz&aacute;nek s \u017eitn&yacute;m chlebem. Tato&nbsp;kniha m\u011b nau\u010dila, \u017ee <strong>mlsat se d&aacute; zdrav\u011b<\/strong>, sn&iacute;dan\u011b se daj&iacute; p\u0159ipravit b\u011bhem chv&iacute;le, a \u017ee i pizza m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t zdrav&aacute;. <\/p>\n<p>Druh&aacute; kniha <strong><a href=\"\/Kniha\/rychlovky-brichace-toma\">Rychlovky a chu\u0165ovky B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010de Toma<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;je u\u017e v&iacute;ce propracovan\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, najdete tam v&iacute;ce rozmanit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ch recept\u016f a dal&scaron;&iacute; n&aacute;pady.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jedin&eacute;, co mi vad&iacute;, je to, \u017ee se nikdy nevlezu do \u010dasu, kterou B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010d uv&aacute;d&iacute; u ka\u017ed&eacute;ho receptu. A tak&eacute; to, \u017ee n\u011bkter&aacute; j&iacute;dla se p\u0159ipravuj&iacute;&nbsp;v mikrovlnce. J&aacute; jsem odp\u016frce &bdquo;rychlooh\u0159&iacute;va\u010dek&ldquo;. Mus&iacute;m upozornit tak&eacute; na to, \u017ee n\u011bkter&eacute; sva\u010dinky jsou su&scaron;&scaron;&iacute;, ale zase se daj&iacute; j&iacute;st jako p\u0159&iacute;loha k b&iacute;l&eacute;mu jogurtu nebo tvarohu. <strong>V&yacute;born&eacute; jsou muffiny<\/strong> na r\u016fzn&eacute; zp\u016fsoby a obl&iacute;bila jsem si i <strong>slan&yacute; muffin<\/strong>, kter&yacute; zachutnal i m&eacute;mu p\u0159&iacute;teli. <\/p>\n<p>Po druh&eacute; knize Tom&aacute;&scaron;e Kosa\u010d&iacute;ka, jsem se t\u011b&scaron;ila na dal&scaron;&iacute;. Po otev\u0159en&iacute; knihy <a href=\"\/Kniha\/brichac-tom-a-lucie\">B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010d Tom a Lucie &#8211; tajemstv&iacute; na&scaron;&iacute; kuchyn\u011b<\/a>&nbsp;jsem natrefila na <strong>recepty z d&yacute;n\u011b<\/strong>. Na na&scaron;&iacute; zahr&aacute;dce toti\u017e vyr\u016fst&aacute; mnoho d&yacute;n&iacute; Hokaido a j&aacute; st&aacute;le \u0159e&scaron;ila, co s nimi. Zava\u0159it, nezava\u0159it? P\u0159i psan&iacute; t&eacute;hle recenze jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee recepty z d&yacute;n\u011b vyzkou&scaron;&iacute;m.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dd6808;\"><strong>D&yacute;\u0148ov&aacute; om&aacute;\u010dka s bramborem, respektive s t\u011bstovinami<br \/><\/strong><\/span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 10px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"307\" height=\"172\" title=\"\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Doba, kterou str&aacute;v&iacute;te u va\u0159en&iacute;&nbsp;t&eacute;to om&aacute;\u010dky s p\u0159&iacute;lohou je 30 minut a pot\u0159ebujete b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn&eacute; suroviny.<\/p>\n<p> <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">P\u016fvodn&iacute; om&aacute;\u010dka je s bramborem, ale m\u011bla jsem chu\u0165 na t\u011bstoviny, tak\u017ee jsem si v men&scaron;&iacute;m hrnci uva\u0159ila semolinov&eacute; t\u011bstoviny. D&yacute;ni s mrkv&iacute; jsem si nastrouhala na hrubo, cibuli jsem osma\u017eila na m&aacute;sle a v&scaron;e pak restovala. Postupovala jsem p\u0159esn\u011b dle receptu od Toma a Lucky. Jakmile jsem v&scaron;e podusila, vlo\u017eila zb&yacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute; suroviny, tak se mi om&aacute;\u010dka zd&aacute;la tro&scaron;ku m&aacute;lo zahu&scaron;t\u011bn&aacute;, proto jsem se rozhodla, \u017ee ji <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right; margin: 10px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"283\" height=\"160\" title=\"\">rozmixuji. M\u011bla jsem pravdu, om&aacute;\u010dka se zahustila je&scaron;t\u011b v&iacute;ce a to i bez p\u0159id&aacute;n&iacute; mouky, ale n&eacute; a n&eacute; ji dochutit (nebo sp&iacute;&scaron;e dle receptu tak asi m\u011bla chutnat, proto\u017ee jsem postupovala p\u0159esn\u011b, jak bylo ps&aacute;no). <\/p>\n<p>Na dal&scaron;&iacute; p&aacute;nvi\u010dce jsem si orestovala vep\u0159ovou kotletu (i kdy\u017e m\u011blo b&yacute;t ku\u0159ec&iacute; maso) a doufala jsem, \u017ee spole\u010dn\u011b s masem bude om&aacute;\u010dka lep&scaron;&iacute;. Bohu\u017eel mus&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee mi om&aacute;\u010dka nechutnala, ale to bude asi t&iacute;m, \u017ee d&yacute;ni moc nemus&iacute;m.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 10px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"120\" title=\"\">Dal&scaron;&iacute; den jsem vyzkou&scaron;ela d&yacute;\u0148ovou pol&eacute;vku a mus&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee <strong>kombinace kokosov&eacute;ho ml&eacute;ka a d&yacute;n\u011b je skv\u011bl&aacute;<\/strong>. Pol&eacute;vka m&aacute; n&aacute;dech exotiky, a to se mi l&iacute;b&iacute;. Zbylo mi kokosov&eacute; ml&eacute;ko a v knize jsem hledala recept, ve kter&eacute;m bych ho pou\u017eila.&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 10px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"192\" height=\"341\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na&scaron;la jsem <span style=\"color: #dd6808;\"><strong>ban&aacute;nov&yacute; chia pudink s ovocem<\/strong><\/span>. <br \/>Recept jednoduch&yacute;, velmi rychl&yacute; a hlavn\u011b neskute\u010dn\u011b chutn&yacute; a zdrav&yacute;. J&aacute; jsem si ovocn&eacute; pyr&eacute; vytvo\u0159ila z ban&aacute;nu a broskve. Jeliko\u017e jsem nem\u011bla malou ozdobnou skleni\u010dku, pou\u017eila jsem vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute;. Tuhle rychlovku doporu\u010duji v&scaron;em, co maj&iacute; r&aacute;di chia sem&iacute;nka a kokos. V&aacute;\u017en\u011b jsem si pochutnala.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dal&scaron;&iacute; den jsem dostala chu\u0165 na recept, kter&yacute; d\u011blal Tom s Luckou a naz&yacute;v&aacute; se <strong>N&aacute;&scaron; Pad Thai<\/strong>. M&aacute;m r&aacute;da exotickou kuchyni. Je sv\u011b\u017e&iacute;, lehce straviteln&aacute; a hlavn\u011b se po n&iacute; nec&iacute;t&iacute;te unaveni, t\u0159eba jako po tradi\u010dn&iacute; sv&iacute;\u010dkov&eacute; (Tom s Luckou ale p\u0159i&scaron;li na to, jak ze sv&iacute;\u010dkov&eacute; ud\u011blat zdravou stravu). <\/p>\n<p>Pro p\u0159&iacute;pravu Pad Thai pot\u0159ebujete tofu, r&yacute;\u017eov&eacute; nudle, vejce, limetku, \u010desnek, mungo kl&iacute;\u010dky, s&oacute;jovou om&aacute;\u010dku, med, chilli a drcen&eacute; ara&scaron;&iacute;dy. J&aacute; jsem si do pokrmu p\u0159idala je&scaron;t\u011b jarn&iacute; cibulku a na pl&aacute;tky nakr&aacute;jenou mrkev. Naopak mi chyb&iacute; mungo kl&iacute;\u010dky, proto\u017ee je fakt nem&aacute;m r&aacute;da. J&iacute;dlo bylo dle o\u010dek&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; skv\u011bl&eacute;, ale zase ta doba va\u0159en&iacute;. Op\u011bt jsem ji o dost p\u0159ekro\u010dila a 20 minut mi bohu\u017eel nesta\u010dilo. Dejte si tak&eacute; pozor na to, jak&eacute; r&yacute;\u017eov&eacute; nudle kupujete. Doporu\u010duji zaj&iacute;t p\u0159&iacute;mo do vietnamsk&eacute; kuchyn\u011b, kde tyto nudle prod&aacute;vaj&iacute;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"197\" title=\"\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" title=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jeliko\u017e m&aacute;m r&aacute;da tvaroh, zaujal m\u011b <strong>termix&iacute;k<\/strong>, kter&yacute; byl <strong>na p\u0159&iacute;pravu velmi jednoduch&yacute;<\/strong>. Pot\u0159ebujete tvaroh, citr&oacute;n, kakao, ban&aacute;n. V&scaron;e sm&iacute;ch&aacute;te a d&aacute;te do muffinu. J&aacute; ho doplnila je&scaron;t\u011b o vla&scaron;sk&eacute; o\u0159echy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" title=\"\"><br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pro recenzi jsem si je&scaron;t\u011b vybrala <strong>v&aacute;no\u010dn&iacute; cukrov&iacute; a to kokosov&aacute; srd&iacute;\u010dka<\/strong>. Formi\u010dku na srd&iacute;\u010dka ale nem&aacute;m, tak jsem ud\u011blala kole\u010dka. Kole\u010dka upe\u010dete bez hladk&eacute; mouky, jen s ovesn&yacute;mi vlo\u010dkami, &scaron;paldovou moukou, m&aacute;slem, vejcem, kokosem, ml&eacute;kem, kakaem, medem a sko\u0159ic&iacute;, a kr&eacute;m na spojen&iacute; vytvo\u0159&iacute;te z tvarohu, kokosu a medu. Kole\u010dka pe\u010dete cca 11 minut, vyt&aacute;hnete je a jsou tvrd&aacute; jako beton. Nicm&eacute;n\u011b do druh&eacute;ho dne zm\u011bknou. Na kole\u010dk&aacute;ch si pochutnaly kamar&aacute;dky a mus&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee jim tato zdrav&aacute; varianta cukrov&iacute; moc vyhovovala.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" title=\"\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">U\u017e se t\u011b&scaron;&iacute;m, a\u017e vyzkou&scaron;&iacute;m dal&scaron;&iacute; recepty, jako <strong>\u010dokol&aacute;dov&eacute; marok&aacute;nky<\/strong>, <strong>nepe\u010den&yacute; dort z tvarohu<\/strong> <strong>a \u010dokol&aacute;dy<\/strong>, <strong>ara&scaron;&iacute;dov&eacute; mini\u0159&iacute;ze\u010dky <\/strong>atd.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">V knize najdete tak&eacute; slavnostn&iacute; menu, \u0159adu dal&scaron;&iacute;ch tip\u016f a trik\u016f, jak va\u0159it zdrav\u011b a hlavn\u011b tipy na zdrav&eacute; v&aacute;no\u010dn&iacute; cukrov&iacute;. Jedin&eacute; co mi v knize chyb&iacute;, abych mohla hubnout, je p\u0159esn&yacute; j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek na t&yacute;den, tak aby byl vyv&aacute;\u017een&yacute;. Uv&iacute;tala bych n&aacute;kupn&iacute; seznam na t&yacute;den, abych v\u011bd\u011bla, co v&scaron;e koupit a nemusela si to zdlouhav\u011b p\u0159episovat. T\u0159eba se toho do\u010dk&aacute;me v dal&scaron;&iacute; knize, ve kter&eacute; by mohli ze v&scaron;ech recept\u016f z 1 &ndash; 3. d&iacute;lu knihy vytvo\u0159it j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek na cel&yacute; rok.
