Nikdy jsem nev\u011b\u0159il tomu, jak je n&aacute;ro\u010dn&eacute; formulovat slo\u017eit&eacute; v\u011bci jednoduch&yacute;m zp\u016fsobem&hellip;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">V jedn&eacute; ze sv&yacute;ch knih p&iacute;&scaron;ete, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u011bnit informace v genech. To je jist\u011b pro mnoh&eacute; &scaron;okuj&iacute;c&iacute; tvrzen&iacute;. M\u016f\u017eete jej podlo\u017eit n\u011bjak&yacute;m p\u0159&iacute;kladem z praxe, kdy se opravdu n\u011bkomu poda\u0159ilo p\u0159eprogramovat bun\u011b\u010dnou pam\u011b\u0165?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jakmile jsem za\u010dal experimentovat s p\u016fsty, p\u0159i&scaron;el jsem do kontaktu s mnoha zaj&iacute;mav&yacute;mi lidmi s bohat&yacute;mi zku&scaron;enostmi v t&eacute;to oblasti. P\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovali m\u011b, \u017ee je mo\u017en&eacute; pomoc&iacute; spr&aacute;vn&yacute;ch technik vyl&eacute;\u010dit jakoukoli chorobu. Proto\u017ee se cel&yacute; \u017eivot zab&yacute;v&aacute;m l&eacute;\u010debnou v&yacute;\u017eivou, nedalo mi sp&aacute;t, jak je mo\u017en&eacute; l&eacute;\u010dit nejen j&iacute;dlem, ale i jeho absenc&iacute;. Zaj&iacute;mav&eacute; je, \u017ee tyto postn&iacute; techniky jsou zn&aacute;my u\u017e po dlouh&aacute; tis&iacute;cilet&iacute;, nejedn&aacute; se tedy o \u017e&aacute;dnou novinku. Po n\u011bkolika letech praxe jsem si tato odv&aacute;\u017en&aacute; tvrzen&iacute; ov\u011b\u0159il na stovk&aacute;ch klient\u016f. Proto\u017ee jsem racion&aacute;ln\u011b uva\u017euj&iacute;c&iacute; \u010dlov\u011bk, p&aacute;tral jsem po d\u016fvodech, jak je mo\u017en&eacute;, \u017ee tyto v\u011bci funguj&iacute;. V devades&aacute;t&yacute;ch letech jsem vystudoval p\u0159&iacute;rodov\u011bdeckou fakultu, kde n&aacute;s u\u010dili, \u017ee informace zak&oacute;dovan&eacute; v genech maj&iacute; hlavn&iacute; slovo, kter&eacute; p\u0159edur\u010duje chov&aacute;n&iacute; na&scaron;eho t\u011bla. O p&aacute;r let pozd\u011bji se ale objevil nov&yacute; v\u011bdn&iacute; obor zvan&yacute; epigenetika. Ten studuje vliv prost\u0159ed&iacute;, ve kter&eacute;m se dlouhodob\u011b&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">nach&aacute;z&iacute;me, na zm\u011bny ve fungov&aacute;n&iacute; \u017eiv&yacute;ch organism\u016f. Nap\u0159&iacute;klad dnes m&aacute;me seri&oacute;zn\u011b v\u011bdecky potvrzeno, \u017ee pobyt ve zne\u010di&scaron;t\u011bn&eacute;m \u017eivotn&iacute;m prost\u0159ed&iacute; m&aacute; velk&yacute; vliv na vznik zhoubn&yacute;ch onemocn\u011bn&iacute;, a to i v p\u0159&iacute;padech, kdy nejsme touto chorobou geneticky zat&iacute;\u017eeni. To znamen&aacute;, \u017ee prost\u0159ed&iacute; ur\u010dit&yacute;m zp\u016fsobem p\u0159episuje informace, kter&eacute; si neseme v genech. Tot&eacute;\u017e plat&iacute; i v p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b v\u011bdom&eacute;ho p\u0159eprogramov&aacute;n&iacute; genetick&eacute;ho k&oacute;du. Je pot\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee krom\u011b fyzick&eacute;ho t\u011bla disponujeme je&scaron;t\u011b vlastn&iacute; mysl&iacute;. Mysl je n\u011bco, co prostupuje cel&yacute;m t\u011blem, vytv&aacute;\u0159&iacute; tedy ur\u010dit&eacute; prost\u0159ed&iacute;, ve kter&eacute;m se t\u011blo nach&aacute;z&iacute;. A proto\u017ee ka\u017ed&yacute; z n&aacute;s produkuje my&scaron;lenky, kter&eacute; \u0159&iacute;d&iacute; na&scaron;e chov&aacute;n&iacute;, je jasn&eacute;, \u017ee&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">konkr&eacute;tn&iacute;mi informacemi vypln&iacute;me prostor vlastn&iacute; mysli, kter&yacute; mus&iacute; ovlivnit i fungov&aacute;n&iacute; jednotliv&yacute;ch bun\u011bk t\u011bla nesouc&iacute;ch genetick&eacute; informace. S t\u011bmito faktory nap\u0159&iacute;klad velmi &uacute;sp\u011b&scaron;n\u011b pracuje dal&scaron;&iacute; v\u011bdn&iacute; obor naz&yacute;van&yacute; psychosomatika. P\u016fsty nab&iacute;z&iacute; ide&aacute;ln&iacute; prostor pro systematickou pr&aacute;ci t&iacute;mto sm\u011brem &ndash; vynech&aacute;n&iacute;m j&iacute;dla z&iacute;sk&aacute;me spoustu \u010dasu nav&iacute;c, kter&yacute; m\u016f\u017eeme vyplnit v\u011bdom&yacute;m programov&aacute;n&iacute;m mysli. Nav&iacute;c t\u011blo nen&iacute; zat&iacute;\u017eeno procesem tr&aacute;ven&iacute;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">potravy, kter&yacute; je velmi velk&yacute;m &bdquo;\u017eroutem&ldquo; energie. Tuto u&scaron;et\u0159enou energii tak m\u016f\u017eeme investovat do proces\u016f p\u0159eprogramov&aacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute;ch chov&aacute;n&iacute; t\u011bla. M\u011bl jsem mo\u017enost sledovat vyl&eacute;\u010den&iacute; chorob, nad kter&yacute;mi modern&iacute; medic&iacute;na zlomila h\u016fl &ndash; r\u016fzn&yacute;ch zhoubn&yacute;ch onemocn\u011bn&iacute;, cukrovky, celiakie&hellip;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Zm&iacute;nil jste se o nevhodn&yacute;ch ml&eacute;\u010dn&yacute;ch v&yacute;robc&iacute;ch &ndash; co si pod t&iacute;mto m&aacute;me p\u0159edstavit? V&scaron;ude se tvrd&iacute;, \u017ee jsou pro na&scaron;e zdrav&iacute; d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;. Znamen&aacute; to, \u017ee je vhodn&eacute; se n\u011bkter&yacute;m vyh&yacute;bat?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Z&aacute;le\u017e&iacute; na tom, z jak&eacute;ho &uacute;hlu pohledu se na ml&eacute;\u010dn&eacute; produkty d&iacute;v&aacute;me. V\u011bt&scaron;inou v&scaron;ak d\u011bti chod&iacute; na ob\u011bdy ve &scaron;kole, kde na to rodi\u010de nemohou dohl&eacute;dnout. Zab&yacute;val jste se n\u011bkdy ot&aacute;zkou zdrav&eacute;ho stravov&aacute;n&iacute; ve &scaron;kol&aacute;ch?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tento probl&eacute;m \u0159e&scaron;&iacute;me v kurzech se studenty neust&aacute;le. Faktem je, \u017ee &scaron;kolky jsou \u0159&iacute;zeny syst&eacute;mem s ur\u010dit&yacute;mi pravidly, kter&aacute; se velmi obt&iacute;\u017en\u011b m\u011bn&iacute;. M&aacute;m ale velkou radost z toho, \u017ee se objevuj&iacute; nad&scaron;enci, kte\u0159&iacute; se rozhodnou j&iacute;t hlavou proti zdi a hledaj&iacute; cesty, jak zm\u011bnit ty nejz&aacute;va\u017en\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; probl&eacute;my ve stravov&aacute;n&iacute;. Mezi n\u011b pat\u0159&iacute; naprosto nevhodn&eacute; za\u0159azov&aacute;n&iacute; nekvalitn&iacute;ch ml&eacute;\u010dn&yacute;ch v&yacute;robk\u016f, konzumace slazen&yacute;ch n&aacute;poj\u016f a nedostatek zeleniny. I p\u0159esto, \u017ee problematika zdrav&eacute;ho stravov&aacute;n&iacute; je podstatn\u011b slo\u017eit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; a p\u0159esahuje r&aacute;mec v&yacute;&scaron;e zm&iacute;n\u011bn&yacute;ch doporu\u010den&iacute;, i tyto mal&eacute; zm\u011bny um&iacute; ovlivnit zdrav&iacute; d\u011bt&iacute; naprosto z&aacute;sadn&iacute;m zp\u016fsobem. Nav&iacute;c sledujeme zaj&iacute;mav&yacute; trend, kdy si veden&iacute; n\u011bkter&yacute;ch mate\u0159sk&yacute;ch &scaron;kol za\u010d&iacute;n&aacute; uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee strava m&aacute; vliv na zdrav&iacute; d\u011bt&iacute;, a kdy\u017e tyto zm\u011bny zavedou, v&yacute;razn\u011b t&iacute;m omez&iacute; vznik nachlazen&iacute; a r\u016fzn&yacute;ch vir&oacute;z. S t&iacute;m se poj&iacute; doch&aacute;zka, na kterou se v&aacute;\u017ee ekonomick&aacute; situace&hellip; V\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; probl&eacute;m je bohu\u017eel ve &scaron;kol&aacute;ch, kde krom\u011b z&aacute;vodn&iacute;ho stravov&aacute;n&iacute; ohro\u017euj&iacute; na&scaron;e ratolesti i automaty se sladkostmi.
