M\u011bla jste vodu r&aacute;da ji\u017e od d\u011btstv&iacute;?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na z&aacute;kladn&iacute; &scaron;kole jsem z&aacute;vodn\u011b plavala, m\u016fj hlavn&iacute; styl ale byly prsa. V osmn&aacute;cti jsem se pak za\u010dala v\u011bnovat meditaci a stala jsem se \u010dlenkou Sri Chinmoy Marathon Teamu. Meditace u\u010d&iacute; \u010dlov\u011bka d&iacute;vat se hloub\u011bji dovnit\u0159, objevit v sob\u011b skrytou energii, skryt&yacute; po<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"\/Content\/Images\/uploaded\/bernardova.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" title=\"\">tenci&aacute;l. D&iacute;ky meditaci jsem se znovu za\u010dala sportu v&iacute;c v\u011bnovat, cht\u011bla jsem poznat, jak&eacute; jsou moje hranice. Zjistila jsem toti\u017e, \u017ee mysl se n&aacute;m sna\u017e&iacute; \u0159&iacute;kat, co dok&aacute;\u017eeme a co nedok&aacute;\u017eeme, a kdy\u017e s n&iacute; um&iacute;me pracovat, dok&aacute;\u017eeme ji zti&scaron;it, hranice toho, co dok&aacute;\u017eeme, se nesm&iacute;rn\u011b zv\u011bt&scaron;&iacute;. Mottem na&scaron;eho odd&iacute;lu je sebep\u0159ekon&aacute;n&iacute;, zlep&scaron;ov&aacute;n&iacute; sebe sama, a o to se sna\u017e&iacute;m a p\u0159in&aacute;&scaron;&iacute; mi to v \u017eivot\u011b hodn\u011b radosti.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Letos m&aacute;te za sebou p\u0159eplav&aacute;n&iacute; Gibraltaru, takov&yacute; v&yacute;kon jist\u011b vy\u017eaduje hodn\u011b tr&eacute;ninku. Jak si najdete p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en&eacute;m zam\u011bstn&aacute;n&iacute; na n\u011bco takov&eacute;ho \u010das a s&iacute;lu?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u0158&iacute;k&aacute; se, \u017ee m&aacute;me \u010das na to, na co si ho ud\u011bl&aacute;me. Bu\u010f si m\u016f\u017eeme sednout k televizi, nebo m\u016f\u017eeme j&iacute;t na tr&eacute;nink. Ne v\u017edycky se v&aacute;m chce, ale potom se c&iacute;t&iacute;te dob\u0159e a jste r&aacute;di, \u017ee jste &scaron;li. Hlavn&iacute; je inspirace a c&iacute;l. M&iacute;t sen a pak postupn\u011b pracovat na jeho uskute\u010dn\u011bn&iacute;. To \u010dlov\u011bku dod&aacute; chu\u0165 a s&iacute;lu. A vnit\u0159n&iacute; spokojenost, kterou nicned\u011bl&aacute;n&iacute;m nez&iacute;sk&aacute;me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">P\u0159ekl&aacute;d&aacute;te a r&aacute;da \u010dtete. Jak&eacute; \u017e&aacute;nry v&aacute;s oslovuj&iacute;?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">M&aacute;m r&aacute;da duchovn&iacute; literaturu, kn&iacute;\u017eky o sportu, dobrodru\u017en&eacute; kn&iacute;\u017eky. Kn&iacute;\u017eky, kter&eacute; mi roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159&iacute; pohled na sv\u011bt, na sebe sama. A potom kn&iacute;\u017eky, kter&eacute; \u010dlov\u011bka tak vt&aacute;hnou do d\u011bje, \u017ee p\u0159ejede t\u0159eba i n\u011bkolik zast&aacute;vek. Pak je to &uacute;\u017easn&eacute; odreagov&aacute;n&iacute; od ka\u017edodenn&iacute;ch starost&iacute;. Kdy\u017e jsem zjistila, \u017ee v angli\u010dtin\u011b vy&scaron;la kn&iacute;\u017eka Sport a meditace, hned jsem ji cht\u011bla p\u0159ekl&aacute;dat. Sport i meditace jsou ned&iacute;lnou sou\u010d&aacute;st&iacute; m&eacute;ho \u017eivota. Navz&aacute;jem se dopl\u0148uj&iacute; a pom&aacute;haj&iacute; si. Pomoc&iacute; meditace je \u010dlov\u011bk vyrovnan\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, pozitivn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, pracuje na sob\u011b, tak\u017ee m&aacute; m&eacute;n\u011b strachu, nejistoty a tak podobn\u011b. To mu samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pom&aacute;h&aacute; nejen ve sportu, ale tak&eacute; v b\u011b\u017en&eacute;m \u017eivot\u011b. A naopak, kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk pravideln\u011b sportuje, obzvl&aacute;&scaron;\u0165 pokud se v\u011bnuje vytrvalostn&iacute;m sport\u016fm jako j&aacute;, v&iacute;c pozn&aacute;v&aacute; s&aacute;m sebe, u\u010d&iacute; se p\u0159ekon&aacute;vat p\u0159ek&aacute;\u017eky, pro\u010di&scaron;\u0165uje pro\u010di&scaron;\u0165uje to mysl i t\u011blo, \u010dlov\u011bk je zdrav\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, u\u010d&iacute; se trp\u011blivosti. To se potom hod&iacute; nejen pro meditaci, ale v \u017eivot\u011b celkov\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">D&aacute; se n\u011bjak skloubit plav&aacute;n&iacute; a \u010dten&iacute; knih?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">P\u0159i plav&aacute;n&iacute; se daj&iacute; poslouchat audioknihy! Obzvl&aacute;&scaron;\u0165 kdy\u017e pot\u0159ebujete n\u011bkter&yacute; den tr&eacute;novat n\u011bkolik hodin v kuse J Jinak ke \u010dten&iacute; vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;m ka\u017edou volnou chvilku, hodn\u011b cestuji, to je v\u017edy v&yacute;born&aacute; p\u0159&iacute;le\u017eitost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bylo t\u011b\u017ek&eacute; p\u0159eplavat kan&aacute;l La Manche, nebojsou i n\u011bjak&eacute; n&aacute;ro\u010dn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; vzd&aacute;lenosti?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u0158&iacute;k&aacute; se, \u017ee co je Everest pro horolezce, to je kan&aacute;l La Manche pro plavce. Vy\u017eadovalo to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b fyzick&yacute; tr&eacute;nink a otu\u017eov&aacute;n&iacute;, ale tak&eacute; ment&aacute;ln&iacute;, vnit\u0159n&iacute; tr&eacute;nink, aby \u010dlov\u011bk nevzdal p\u0159i prvn&iacute; p\u0159ek&aacute;\u017ece. Do c&iacute;le doraz&iacute; ten, kdo se nevzd&aacute;. V den, kdy jsem plavala, se o p\u0159eplavbu pokou&scaron;elo celkem 13 plavc\u016f. Podm&iacute;nky nakonec nebyly &uacute;pln\u011b ide&aacute;ln&iacute;, tak\u017ee doplavali jen \u010dty\u0159i. Ur\u010dit\u011b jsem m\u011bla velikou v&yacute;hodu v tom, \u017ee medituji. P\u0159esto\u017ee jsem m\u011bla prvn&iacute;ch p\u011bt hodin mo\u0159skou nemoc, ani m\u011b nenapadlo toho nechat a vyl&eacute;zt na lo\u010f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hodn\u011b se usm&iacute;v&aacute;te &ndash; m&aacute;te na to n\u011bjak&yacute; sv\u016fj recept?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sna\u017e&iacute;m se br&aacute;t ka\u017ed&yacute; den jako nepopsan&yacute; list v knize m&eacute;ho \u017eivota &ndash; z&aacute;le\u017e&iacute; na mn\u011b, \u010d&iacute;m ho pop&iacute;&scaron;u a jestli se mi pak kniha bude l&iacute;bit.
