V roce 1993 za\u010dal podnikat v mezin&aacute;rodn&iacute;m obchodu. Z Braz&iacute;lie dov&aacute;\u017eel obuv, pak se stal prvn&iacute;m dovozcem brazilsk&eacute;ho v&iacute;na do Evropy. V letech 2004&ndash;2007 absolvoval kurzy va\u0159en&iacute; v hotelu Radisson SAS Alcron pod veden&iacute;m Ji\u0159&iacute;ho &Scaron;tifta a na obchodn&iacute;ch zahrani\u010dn&iacute;ch cest&aacute;ch se seznamoval se sv\u011btovou gastronomi&iacute; a navazoval styky s restaurat&eacute;ry a kucha\u0159i cel&eacute;ho sv\u011bta. V roce 2008 zalo\u017eil Pra\u017esk&yacute; kulin&aacute;\u0159sk&yacute; institut &ndash; presti\u017en&iacute; &scaron;kolu va\u0159en&iacute; PRAK UL. Je \u017eenat&yacute; a m&aacute; dv\u011b dcery Terezu a Kate\u0159inu.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Va&scaron;e nov&aacute; kniha Klenoty klasick&eacute; evropsk&eacute; kuchyn\u011b p\u0159in&aacute;&scaron;&iacute; recepty ze 17 zem&iacute; Evropy. Kter&eacute; z nich jste m\u011bl mo\u017enost osobn\u011b nav&scaron;t&iacute;vit a jak v&aacute;m tam chutnalo?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nav&scaron;t&iacute;vil jsem pochopiteln\u011b v&scaron;echny a dodnes je&scaron;t\u011b n\u011bkter&eacute; nav&scaron;t\u011bvuji. Nen&iacute; jednoduch&eacute; odpov\u011bd\u011bt, ve kter&eacute; zemi mi nejv&iacute;ce chutnalo. Vr&aacute;t&iacute;m-li se v&scaron;ak ke sv&eacute; posledn&iacute; knize, sna\u017eili jsme se zachytit absolutn&iacute; klasiku, kter&aacute; p\u0159ekro\u010dila st&iacute;n sv&eacute; zem\u011b a dobyla sv\u011bt, mo\u017en&aacute; pr&aacute;v\u011b i d&iacute;ky sv&eacute; jednoduchosti a spr&aacute;vn&eacute;mu v&yacute;b\u011bru surovin, kter&eacute; ani dodnes nejsou nahrazov&aacute;ny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Do\u010dk&aacute;me se od v&aacute;s v budoucnu knihy recept\u016f z jin&yacute;ch kontinent\u016f?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bylo by &scaron;koda, kdyby ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">M&aacute;te u\u017e n\u011bco v pl&aacute;nu?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">M&aacute;m rozd\u011blanou knihu, na kter&eacute; pracujeme ji\u017e skoro rok a p\u016fjde-li v&scaron;echno dob\u0159e, p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t&iacute; rok spat\u0159&iacute; sv\u011btlo sv\u011bta.
