Doporu\u010dila byste na&scaron;im \u010dten&aacute;\u0159\u016fm n\u011bjak&eacute; potraviny, kter&eacute; by v tomto obdob&iacute; nem\u011bly chyb\u011bt v ka\u017edodenn&iacute;m j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dku?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nie som z&aacute;stancom \u017eiadn&yacute;ch extr&eacute;mov. To znamen&aacute;, ochladzovanie vnutorn&eacute;ho prostredia v hor&uacute;\u010davach pod&aacute;van&iacute;m \u013eadov&yacute;ch n&aacute;pojov, alebo v chladnom po\u010das&iacute; prij&iacute;man&iacute;m hor&uacute;cich jed&aacute;l. V zime by som ur\u010dite nekonzumovala citrusov&eacute; plody, ak&yacute;mi s&uacute; mandarinky a pomaran\u010de a z nich pripraven&eacute; \u010derstv&eacute; &scaron;\u0165avy a d\u017e&uacute;sy. Tieto toti\u017e sl&uacute;\u017eia na ochladenie organizmu v subtropick&yacute;ch a tropick&yacute;ch p&aacute;smach, kde s&uacute; 45 stup\u0148ov&eacute; teploty. Vitam&iacute;n C si do tela vieme doplni\u0165 aj z kyslej kapusty, ktor&aacute; je s&uacute;\u010dastne aj vynikaj&uacute;cim zdrojom laktobacilov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Reklamy n&aacute;s s&iacute;ce nav&aacute;dzaj&uacute; na konzumovanie r&ocirc;znych dovozov&yacute;ch jogurtov, ktor&eacute; s&uacute; &uacute;dajne pln&eacute; probiotickej kult&uacute;ry, ale pr&aacute;ve t&yacute;m by som sa v zime vyhla, preto\u017ee ochladzuj&uacute; organizmus, a a\u017e tak&eacute; z&aacute;zra\u010dn&eacute; nie s&uacute; ani pre na&scaron; \u010drevn&yacute; trakt. \u010co sa t&yacute;ka zahrievaj&uacute;cich potravin, tak by som doporu\u010dila koz&iacute; syr, hust&eacute; zeleninov&eacute; polievky ochuten&eacute; &scaron;tip\u013eav&yacute;m koren&iacute;m, \u010dili koren&iacute;m, alebo papri\u010dkami, z&aacute;zvorov&yacute;m kore\u0148om, &scaron;koricou. \u010ealej by som doporu\u010dila konzum&aacute;ciu pokrmov pripraven&yacute;ch z kr&uacute;pov, hrachu, r&yacute;\u017ee. Zahrej&uacute; v&aacute;s aj jedl&aacute; z morsk&yacute;ch r&yacute;b. Vynikaj&uacute;cim n&aacute;pojom, ktor&yacute; zahreje, chut&iacute;, pomo\u017ee zv&yacute;&scaron;i\u0165 pitn&yacute; re\u017eim a m&aacute; lipotropn&yacute; &uacute;\u010dinok, je n&aacute;poj pripraven&yacute; z nastr&uacute;han&eacute;ho z&aacute;zvorov&eacute;ho kore\u0148a, &scaron;tipky mletej &scaron;korice, &scaron;tavy z citr&oacute;nu, ochuten&yacute; medom. Sn&aacute;\u010f u\u017e nie je potrebn&eacute; opakova\u0165, \u017ee med by sa mal prid&aacute;va\u0165 tesne pred pit&iacute;m, preto\u017ee ak ho d&aacute;me do hor&uacute;cej vody, men&iacute; sa jeho &uacute;\u010dinok. Ni\u010dia sa enz&yacute;my v mede, a st&aacute;va sa toxick&yacute;m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A co o V&aacute;noc&iacute;ch? To jsou stoly pln&eacute; l&aacute;kav&yacute;ch dobrot, zejm&eacute;na cukrov&iacute;. Jak odolat o sv&aacute;tc&iacute;ch nezdrav&eacute;mu p\u0159ej&iacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; se?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ak by \u013eudia po\u010das roka jedli tak, ako to doporu\u010dujem v knih&aacute;ch, mohli by si nieko\u013ekokr&aacute;t v roku dopria\u0165 to, na \u010do maj&uacute; chu\u0165 chu\u0165ov&eacute; bunky bez strachu z priberania. Ale ked\u017ee je to tak, ako to u n&aacute;s je, v mojej novej knihe som pripravila vzorov&yacute; viano\u010dn&yacute; jed&aacute;lni\u010dek, a je tam aj variant pre vegetari&aacute;nov. Tak\u017ee prejedanie ur\u010dite nehroz&iacute;, a ak &aacute;no, tak to konzumentom neubl&iacute;\u017ei. S&uacute; tam aj zdrav&eacute; kol&aacute;\u010de, aj ke\u010f ja osobne nech&aacute;pem \u013eud&iacute;, ktor&iacute; nevedia \u017ei\u0165 bez sladkosti a in&yacute;ch dobr&ocirc;t. Ve\u010f Vianoce by mali by\u0165 sviatkom rodiny, bl&iacute;zkosti jej \u010dlenov, u\u017e&iacute;vania si spolo\u010dn&yacute;ch chv&iacute;\u013e, a nie lahodenia a podriadenia sa dikt&aacute;tu chu\u0165ov&yacute;ch buniek :).
