Ano, to v&scaron;e m\u016f\u017eete za\u017e&iacute;t vy, kte\u0159&iacute; chcete zhubnout, pokud se vyd&aacute;te stejnou cestou jako <strong>Tom&aacute;&scaron; Kosa\u010d&iacute;k<\/strong>. Tomu se za rok <strong>poda\u0159ilo shodit 27 kilogram\u016f<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Od 13 let jste byl tlou&scaron;t&iacute;k. Takto jste to vydr\u017eel 16 let. Co bylo prvn&iacute;m impulsem ke zm\u011bn\u011b?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mus&iacute;m se p\u0159iznat, \u017ee s&aacute;m nev&iacute;m, jak jsem to vydr\u017eel. St\u0159&iacute;daly se u m\u011b obdob&iacute;, kdy jsem vypadal &scaron;patn\u011b a hodn\u011b &scaron;patn\u011b. Sna\u017eil jsem se vyb&iacute;rat voln\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; oble\u010den&iacute;, abych tak zakryl to, za co se styd&iacute;m. Ale ten pocit ho\u0159kosti, \u017ee se za sebe styd&iacute;m, ve mn\u011b byl po\u0159&aacute;d. Pravdou je, \u017ee jsem se nau\u010dil velmi slu&scaron;n\u011b zatahovat b\u0159icho a mysl&iacute;m, \u017ee t&iacute;m ka\u017edodenn&iacute;m tr&eacute;ninkem jsem se v tom stal opravdu expertem (sm&iacute;ch). Ten prvotn&iacute; impuls p\u0159i&scaron;el ve chv&iacute;li, kdy jsem si naplno za\u010dal uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee m\u011b nadv&aacute;ha velmi omezuje v \u017eivot\u011b. Ob\u010dasn&eacute; srandi\u010dky ze strany kamar&aacute;d\u016f o m&eacute;m b\u0159i&scaron;e mi taky moc nep\u0159idaly. A moje sebev\u011bdom&iacute; bylo na bod\u011b nula. Taky jsem si st&aacute;le v&iacute;ce uv\u011bdomoval, \u017ee nem&aacute;m je&scaron;t\u011b ani 30 let, a p\u0159esto se zad&yacute;ch&aacute;v&aacute;m do schod\u016f, neust&aacute;le se pot&iacute;m, a za\u010dal jsem se b&aacute;t i zdravotn&iacute;ch komplikac&iacute;. V&scaron;e se ve mn\u011b tehdy tak nahrnulo, \u017ee jsem u\u017e necht\u011bl d&aacute;le \u017e&iacute;t v t&eacute; nespokojenosti a byl jsem ochotn&yacute; pro zm\u011bnu postavy ud\u011blat cokoliv. To byl pro m\u011b impuls, \u017ee to opravdu mus&iacute;m dok&aacute;zat.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">V dob\u011b, kdy<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"\/Content\/Images\/uploaded\/tomaskosacik1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" title=\"\"> jste hubnul, jste pro\u010d&iacute;tal tak&eacute; spoustu knih. M\u016f\u017eete jmenovat tu, kter&aacute; pro v&aacute;s byla nejp\u0159&iacute;nosn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ned&aacute; se \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee by m\u011b n\u011bjak&aacute; kniha p\u0159&iacute;mo ovlivnila a vy\u010detl bych v n&iacute; postup. S&aacute;m se zaj&iacute;m&aacute;m sp&iacute;&scaron;e o nau\u010dnou a motiva\u010dn&iacute; literaturu. Z t&eacute;to oblasti m&aacute;m r&aacute;d knihy Iva Tomana. Kniha Motivace zven\u010d&iacute; je jako smrad vystihuje p\u0159esn\u011b to, co je nejen pro hubnut&iacute; nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;. Zjistit, \u017ee jedin&yacute;, kdo m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit v&aacute;&scaron; \u017eivot, jste jen VY sami. M\u016f\u017eete dostat ten nejlep&scaron;&iacute; j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek na hubnut&iacute;, ale pokud se jim sami nebudete cht&iacute;t \u0159&iacute;dit, tak se nic nezm\u011bn&iacute;.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">V \u010dem spo\u010d&iacute;v&aacute; va&scaron;e dieta? \u010c&iacute;m se li&scaron;&iacute; od jin&yacute;ch diet, kter&yacute;ch je cel&aacute; \u0159ada?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">J&aacute; jsem z&aacute;sadn&iacute;m odp\u016frcem v&scaron;ech diet. Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk &scaron;patn\u011b j&iacute; a potom za\u010dne je&scaron;t\u011b s dietou, tak se t\u011blo naprosto sekne. T&iacute;m se m\u016f\u017ee rozhodit metabolismus na dlouh&eacute; m\u011bs&iacute;ce nebo roky. A to byl i m\u016fj p\u0159&iacute;pad. Proto vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;m princip, kdy t\u011blu d&aacute;v&aacute;m p\u0159&iacute;sun v&scaron;ech \u017eivin a ono nem&aacute; d\u016fvod dr\u017eet tuk. P\u0159irozen\u011b se ho tak za\u010dne zbavovat a je&scaron;t\u011b se dob\u0159e naj&iacute;m. Proto se mnoho lid&iacute; div&iacute;, kolik toho mus&iacute; sn&iacute;st a p\u0159esto hubnout. Na&scaron;e t\u011blo toti\u017e funguje jako dokonal&yacute; stroj. Kdy\u017e mu n\u011bco ned&aacute;v&aacute;me, tak si vytv&aacute;\u0159&iacute; i z toho m&aacute;la z&aacute;soby. A to v podob\u011b tuku! Kdy\u017e mu naopak d&aacute;me v&scaron;e, tak si z&aacute;soby na hor&scaron;&iacute; \u010dasy nemus&iacute; dr\u017eet a tuku se zbavuje. T&iacute;mto principem se mi poda\u0159ilo zhubnout a v&aacute;hu si udr\u017eet bez JOJO efektu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nyn&iacute; jste s&aacute;m autorem knihy. Jak&eacute; na ni m&aacute;te ohlasy?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pro m\u011b samotn&eacute;ho je tro&scaron;ku p\u0159ekvapen&iacute;m, \u017ee jsem autorem knihy (sm&iacute;ch). Kn&iacute;\u017eka vznikla toti\u017e velmi spont&aacute;nn\u011b. M&aacute;m velkou z&aacute;kladnu fanou&scaron;k\u016f na Facebooku a ti se m\u011b u\u017e p\u0159es rok ptali, jestli se nechyst&aacute;m vydat kn&iacute;\u017eku. Cht\u011bli informace nejen p\u0159es internet, ale m\u011bli z&aacute;jem si p\u0159e\u010d&iacute;st m\u016fj p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bh, postupy a recepty i v textov&eacute; form\u011b. Proto jsem se rozhodl, \u017ee sep&iacute;&scaron;u v&scaron;e do podoby ebooku. Jen\u017ee ebook p\u0159ece jen nen&iacute; ti&scaron;t\u011bn&aacute; forma, a proto vznikla na ja\u0159e tohoto roku m&aacute; kniha. Ohlasy m&aacute;m velmi pozitivn&iacute;. Sna\u017eil jsem se vynechat v&scaron;echny zbyte\u010dnosti, slo\u017eit&eacute; pojmy, pou\u010dky a ud\u011blat knihu co nejjednodu&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; i co se t&yacute;k&aacute; recept\u016f. Cht\u011bl jsem hlavn\u011b, aby m\u016fj p\u0159&iacute;stup ke zm\u011bn\u011b postavy pochopil opravdu ka\u017ed&yacute;. To moji \u010dten&aacute;\u0159i nejv&iacute;ce oce\u0148uj&iacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jak&aacute; byla nejv\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; chyba, kter&eacute; jste se p\u0159i hubnut&iacute; dopustil?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nejv\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; chybou bylo, \u017ee jsem to cht\u011bl n\u011bkolikr&aacute;t vzd&aacute;t. Prost\u011b se mi v&aacute;ha n\u011bkolikr&aacute;t zastavila a j&aacute; m\u011bl pocit, \u017ee to nezvl&aacute;dnu. V t\u011bch chv&iacute;l&iacute;ch jsem zkusil i n&iacute;zkosacharidovou dietu a ta m\u011b rozhodila na n\u011bkolik m\u011bs&iacute;c\u016f. Neb&yacute;t t&eacute;to chyby, tak jsem se zbavil 27 kg d\u0159&iacute;ve ne\u017e za rok. Ale pr&aacute;v\u011b d&iacute;ky t&eacute;to zku&scaron;enosti jsem si aspo\u0148 na sob\u011b vyzkou&scaron;el i cesty, kter&eacute; nikam nevedou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u0158&iacute;k&aacute;te si B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010d Tom, pod t&iacute;mto jm&eacute;nem jste i na Facebooku. Kdo to vymyslel?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tehdy jsme na to p\u0159i&scaron;li s p\u0159&iacute;telkyn&iacute;. Cht\u011bl jsem si vytvo\u0159it n\u011bjakou web str&aacute;nku, kterou bych m\u011bl jako pam&aacute;tn&iacute;k m&eacute; tlust&eacute; postavy, kter&aacute; se stane minulost&iacute;, a z&aacute;rove\u0148 jako motivaci pro ostatn&iacute;. Taky jsem si cht\u011bl ze sebe ud\u011blat tro&scaron;ku srandu.
