Jako vegan (p\u0159es 20 let) k&nbsp;tomu m&aacute; co \u0159&iacute;ct. Pat\u0159&iacute; z&aacute;rove\u0148 k&nbsp;t\u011bm, kdo si jak v&nbsp;r\u016fzn&yacute;ch diskus&iacute;ch, tak ve sv&eacute; publikaci neberou serv&iacute;tky ani s&nbsp;vegany, kte\u0159&iacute; sv&eacute; v\u011bdomosti zakl&aacute;daj&iacute; na sporn&yacute;ch skute\u010dnostech. Tak jako ve v&scaron;ech sf&eacute;r&aacute;ch, i mezi vegany koluj&iacute; rozmanit&eacute; m&yacute;ty. Nap\u0159&iacute;klad to, \u017ee m&aacute;k je dostate\u010dn&yacute;m zdrojem v&aacute;pn&iacute;ku. Toto a dal&scaron;&iacute; v\u011bci Houdek uv&aacute;d&iacute; na pravou m&iacute;ru. P\u0159edkl&aacute;d&aacute; ucelen&yacute; p\u0159ehled <a title=\"Jak na veganstv&iacute;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/jak-na-veganstvi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Jak na veganstv&iacute;<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Poj\u010fme si pro po\u0159&aacute;dek odcitovat definici: <em>&bdquo;Veganstv&iacute; je zp\u016fsob \u017eivota, jeho\u017e snahou je v&nbsp;co nejv\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; mo\u017en&eacute; a praktikovateln&eacute; m&iacute;\u0159e vylou\u010dit v&scaron;echny formy vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; zv&iacute;\u0159at a krutosti p&aacute;chan&eacute; na zv&iacute;\u0159atech kv\u016fli j&iacute;dlu, oble\u010den&iacute; nebo jak&eacute;mukoli jin&eacute;mu &uacute;\u010delu.&ldquo;<\/em> (s. 172)<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nejedn&aacute; se tedy pouze o j&iacute;dlo, jak je chybn\u011b pova\u017eov&aacute;no. K&nbsp;veganstv&iacute; v&aacute;s mohou p\u0159im\u011bt r\u016fzn&eacute; d\u016fvody. Existuj&iacute; v&scaron;ak t\u0159i, kter&eacute; by m\u011bly b&yacute;t pil&iacute;\u0159i: etika, ekologie a zdrav&iacute;. Autor n&aacute;s pon\u011bkud vtipn\u011b seznamuje se za\u010d&aacute;tky sv&eacute;ho p\u0159echodu na nov&yacute; \u017eivotn&iacute; styl. D&aacute;le n&aacute;m p\u0159edkl&aacute;d&aacute; Velkou p\u011btku &ndash; tak pojmenoval z&aacute;kladn&iacute; pravidla vegansk&eacute; stravy. Aby na&scaron;e t\u011blo prosperovalo a nic mu nechyb\u011blo, m\u011bli bychom ve sv&eacute;m j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dku dodr\u017eovat ur\u010dit&eacute; z&aacute;sady. Nejde o nic extr&eacute;mn&iacute;ho, naopak. Jde o to j&iacute;st pest\u0159e. Ka\u017edodenn&iacute; strava by m\u011bla b&yacute;t dostate\u010dn\u011b velk&aacute;, slo\u017een&aacute; z&nbsp;r\u016fzn&yacute;ch druh\u016f zeleniny a ovoce, o\u0159ech\u016f, sem&iacute;nek, lu&scaron;t\u011bnin a obilovin. Houdek na tuto pas&aacute;\u017e klade d\u016fraz a ve zbytku knihy na ni mnohokr&aacute;t odkazuje.&nbsp;Co by m\u011blo zazn&iacute;t, je, \u017ee se jedn&aacute; o <em>\u010desk&eacute;ho <\/em>autora, tud&iacute;\u017e jsou doporu\u010den&iacute; ohledn\u011b stravy zam\u011b\u0159ena na rostlinn\u011b se stravuj&iacute;c&iacute; pr&aacute;v\u011b v&nbsp;\u010desk&eacute;m prost\u0159ed&iacute;. Houdek rovn\u011b\u017e nezapom&iacute;n&aacute; zd\u016fraz\u0148ovat lok&aacute;ln&iacute; potraviny. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pod&iacute;ly r\u016fzn&yacute;ch rostlinn&yacute;ch \u017eivin\/vitam&iacute;n\u016f objektivn\u011b srovn&aacute;v&aacute; s&nbsp;t\u011bmi \u017eivo\u010di&scaron;n&yacute;mi. Kapitola o vitam&iacute;nech a miner&aacute;lech je rozs&aacute;hl&aacute;. Rozeb&iacute;r&aacute; ka\u017ed&yacute; vitam&iacute;n jednotliv\u011b &ndash; jakou &uacute;lohu sehr&aacute;v&aacute;, projevy nedostatku, d&aacute;vkov&aacute;n&iacute;, v&nbsp;jak&yacute;ch potravin&aacute;ch je najdeme, p\u0159&iacute;padn\u011b \u010d&iacute;m suplementovat.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a title=\"Jak na veganstv&iacute;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/jak-na-veganstvi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #1b3f75;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 375px; float: left; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 10px;\" src=\"\/content\/images\/uploaded\/IMG_20201117_130213.jpg\" width=\"NaN\" height=\"auto\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">Houdek<\/strong><\/span><\/a> se p\u0159ev&aacute;\u017en\u011b v\u011bnuje strav\u011b (mezi co\u017e nyn&iacute; pro zjednodu&scaron;en&iacute; zapo\u010d&iacute;t&aacute;m i vitam&iacute;ny a p\u0159&iacute;padn&eacute; suplementy). Daleko men&scaron;&iacute; prostor je pak v\u011bnov&aacute;n dal&scaron;&iacute;m prvk\u016fm veganstv&iacute; &ndash; v&yacute;b\u011bru kosmetiky, oble\u010den&iacute;, postoji k&nbsp;cirkus\u016fm a mno\u017e&iacute;rn&aacute;m. V&nbsp;t&eacute;to posledn&iacute; souvislosti mne zaujala bravurn\u011b vyj&aacute;d\u0159en&aacute; v\u011bta: <em>&bdquo;\u010cesko je n&aacute;rod pejska\u0159\u016f a &scaron;kudlil\u016f v&nbsp;jednom.&ldquo;<\/em> (s. 173) Lep&scaron;&iacute; koment&aacute;\u0159, nav&iacute;c tak stru\u010dn&yacute;, m&iacute;\u0159&iacute;c&iacute; na byznys t&yacute;kaj&iacute;c&iacute; se dom&aacute;c&iacute;ch mazl&iacute;\u010dk\u016f jsem ji\u017e dlouho ne\u010detla.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kniha je opat\u0159ena pozn&aacute;mkov&yacute;m apar&aacute;tem, kter&yacute; je uveden p\u0159&iacute;mo pod textem a podrobn\u011bji tak&eacute; na konci knihy. Cen&iacute;m si pozn&aacute;mek uveden&yacute;ch p\u0159&iacute;mo pod textem, proto\u017ee jsou-li a\u017e na konci, t&eacute;m\u011b\u0159 nikdy k&nbsp;nim nelistuji. Houdek si na apar&aacute;tu velmi zakl&aacute;d&aacute;, je pro n\u011bj d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; odk&aacute;zat se na podlo\u017een&aacute; fakta. Veganstv&iacute; je toti\u017e n\u011bco, co v&nbsp;lidech vzbuzuje pochybnosti. I proto je dobrou vizitkou, \u017ee kniha pro&scaron;la kritick&yacute;m pro\u010dten&iacute;m dvou l&eacute;ka\u0159\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ti, kdo vy\u0159adili \u017eivo\u010di&scaron;n&eacute; produkty ze sv&eacute;ho j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dku (maso, ml&eacute;ko, ml&eacute;\u010dn&eacute; v&yacute;robky, vejce, med) a ze sv&eacute;ho &scaron;atn&iacute;ku, popt&aacute;vaj&iacute; v&yacute;robky (kosmetiku, drogerii) netestovan&eacute; na zv&iacute;\u0159atech, tak u\u010dinili prim&aacute;rn\u011b kv\u016fli zv&iacute;\u0159at\u016fm. Se st&aacute;le se vyv&iacute;jej&iacute;c&iacute;mi technologiemi a p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m s&nbsp;d\u016frazem na to vyt\u011b\u017eit ze v&scaron;eho co nejv&iacute;ce za nejm&eacute;n\u011b pen\u011bz se ten &bdquo;p\u0159&iacute;rodn&iacute;&ldquo; aspekt u\u017e d&aacute;vno vytratil. Je to p\u0159&iacute;roda, \u0159&iacute;kaj&iacute; n\u011bkte\u0159&iacute;. Opak je v&scaron;ak pravdou. Miliardy zv&iacute;\u0159at \u017eij&iacute; sv&eacute; kr&aacute;tk&eacute; \u017eivoty v&nbsp;hororu. To jsou v&scaron;ak v\u011bci, kter&eacute; si m\u016f\u017ee kdokoli naj&iacute;t na internetu. Jen p\u0159ed t&iacute;m nesm&iacute; zav&iacute;rat o\u010di. Houdek s&aacute;m za\u017eil &eacute;ru, kdy bylo t\u011b\u017ek&eacute; dostat se k&nbsp;informac&iacute;m. Ale c&iacute;lev\u011bdom\u011b &scaron;el za t&iacute;m, co ho zaj&iacute;malo.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O \u010dem kniha je, kdy\u017e to shrnu obecn\u011b? O tom, abyste ned\u011blali p\u0159i tomto \u017eivotn&iacute;m stylu n\u011bco &scaron;patn\u011b. Ne, nejde o \u017e&aacute;dnou diktaturu. P\u0159i ka\u017ed&eacute;m stylu stravov&aacute;n&iacute; m\u016f\u017eeme chybovat, a proto je lep&scaron;&iacute; se omyl\u016fm vyhnout a prosperovat. A komu ji doporu\u010d&iacute;m?<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">I dlouholet&iacute; vegani mohou v&nbsp;knize objevit n\u011bco nov&eacute;ho.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">T\u011bm, kdo s&nbsp;rostlinnou stravou za\u010d&iacute;naj&iacute;, kniha v&yacute;razn\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">P\u0159edn\u011b t\u011bm, kdo se stravuj&iacute; konven\u010dn\u011b a v\u016f\u010di vegan\u016fm maj&iacute; v&yacute;tky v podob\u011b zkreslen&yacute;ch informac&iacute; z&iacute;skan&yacute;ch z&nbsp;m&eacute;di&iacute;. Pro takov&eacute; bude p\u0159ekvapen&iacute;m i to, \u017ee veganstv&iacute; nen&iacute; jen o strav\u011b.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kniha by se m\u011bla dostat do rukou v&scaron;em rodi\u010d\u016fm a prarodi\u010d\u016fm, kte\u0159&iacute; se strachuj&iacute; o sv&eacute; potomky v tom&nbsp;ohledu, aby jim n\u011bco nechyb\u011blo a zdravotn\u011b nestr&aacute;dali. Mnohdy je to v&scaron;ak naopak a vegani vid&iacute;, \u017ee neduhy jejich p\u0159&iacute;buzn&yacute;ch by se daly \u0159e&scaron;it\/um&iacute;rnit &uacute;pravou stravy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tato publikace nen&iacute; pouze a jen pro vegany, ale naopak pro v&scaron;echny, kte\u0159&iacute; cht\u011bj&iacute;, aby strava dod&aacute;vala jejich t\u011blu u\u017eitek.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>B\u011bhem p&aacute;r t&yacute;dn\u016f u\u017e m&aacute;m titul <strong><a title=\"Jak na veganstv&iacute;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/jak-na-veganstvi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jak na veganstv&iacute;<\/a><\/strong> \u0159&aacute;dn\u011b &bdquo;ochmatan&yacute;&ldquo; a bude je&scaron;t\u011b v&iacute;ce, proto\u017ee m&aacute;m v&nbsp;pl&aacute;nu se k&nbsp;n\u011bmu vracet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Autor: Radka<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rostlinn\u00e1 strava se v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edc dere do pop\u0159ed\u00ed.
