Proto jsem knihu <a title=\"Modern&iacute; \u010desk&aacute; cukra\u0159ina\" href=\"https:\/\/www.knihcentrum.cz\/moderni-ceska-cukrarina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #1b3f75;\"><strong>Modern&iacute; \u010desk&aacute; cukra\u0159ina<\/strong><\/span><\/a> vzala jako v&yacute;zvu, cht\u011bla jsem se nau\u010dit i slo\u017eit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; recepty.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V knize najdete <strong>47 recept\u016f<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">U ka\u017ed&eacute;ho z nich je napsan&yacute; men&scaron;&iacute; &uacute;vod, <strong>stupe\u0148 obt&iacute;\u017enosti<\/strong> a <strong>\u010dasov&aacute; n&aacute;ro\u010dnost<\/strong>. Recept je rozd\u011blen do <strong>3 krok\u016f<\/strong>. V ka\u017ed&eacute;m&nbsp;kroku najdete ingredience a postupy. Kroky se rozd\u011bluj&iacute; na <strong>t\u011bsto<\/strong>, <strong>kr&eacute;m<\/strong> a <strong>zdoben&iacute;<\/strong>.&nbsp;Postupy recept\u016f jsou velmi stru\u010dn&eacute; a dopln\u011bn&eacute; fotografiemi. Jako velk&aacute; v&yacute;hoda mi p\u0159ijde m&iacute;t v&nbsp;knize vyfocen&yacute; i postup dezertu. Ve vyh\u0159&aacute;t&eacute; troub\u011b upe\u010deme p\u0159i 170 &deg;C dozlatova.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>&bdquo;Pekla jsem to p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 minut.&ldquo;<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingredience na d\u017eem<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">300 g oloupan&eacute;ho kiwi<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">30 g \u010derstv&eacute;ho nastrouhan&eacute;ho z&aacute;zvoru<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">160 g cukru krupice<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">30 g citronov&eacute;ho d\u017eusu<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kiwi pokr&aacute;j&iacute;me na drobn&eacute; kostky a s&nbsp;ostatn&iacute;mi ingrediencemi sva\u0159&iacute;me za ob\u010dasn&eacute;ho m&iacute;ch&aacute;n&iacute; na 10 &deg;C. Nech&aacute;me vychladnout.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingredience na dozdoben&iacute;<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">80 g b&iacute;l&eacute; \u010dokol&aacute;dy<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">40 g ho\u0159k&eacute; \u010dokol&aacute;dy<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>POSTUP<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V&scaron;echny p\u0159&iacute;sady by m\u011bly b&yacute;t sp&iacute;&scaron;e o teplot\u011b kolem 20 &deg;C. Hotov&eacute; t\u011bsto je hladk&eacute;, ale pevn&eacute;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">T\u011bsto m\u016f\u017eeme ihned rozv&aacute;let na pe\u010dic&iacute; pap&iacute;r, kter&yacute; jsme \u010d&aacute;ste\u010dn\u011b pomou\u010dnili, na tlou&scaron;\u0165ku asi 5 mm. Upe\u010deme na plechu ve vyh\u0159&aacute;t&eacute; troub\u011b, a je&scaron;t\u011b za tepla rozd\u011bl&iacute;me na poloviny.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">P\u0159ipraven&yacute; d\u017eem rozet\u0159eme na polovinu upe\u010deme placky. Nevynech&aacute;me zejm&eacute;na rohy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Druhou polovinu upe\u010den&eacute;ho t\u011bsta p\u0159iklop&iacute;me na prvn&iacute; pot\u0159enou d\u017eemem, zat&iacute;\u017e&iacute;me a nech&aacute;me nejl&eacute;pe do druh&eacute;ho dne rozle\u017eet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Druh&yacute; den na \u0159ez rozet\u0159eme rozpu&scaron;t\u011bnou b&iacute;lou \u010dokol&aacute;du a na n&iacute; vytvo\u0159&iacute;me mramor pomoc&iacute; ho\u0159k&eacute; \u010dokol&aacute;dy. Rozv&aacute;lela jsem ho p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b na 5 mm. Docela m\u011b zasko\u010dilo, \u017ee v&nbsp;kn&iacute;\u017ece nikde nebyla doba pe\u010den&iacute; korpusu. Po\u0159&aacute;d jsem troubu kontrolovala, a\u0165 se mi korpus nesp&aacute;l&iacute;. Nakonec jsem pekla p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 minut.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Po upe\u010den&iacute; jsem okam\u017eit\u011b t\u011bsto rozkrojila nap\u016fl. Na prvn&iacute; polovinu jsem namazala kiwi d\u017eem a p\u0159iklopila druhou polovinou. T\u011bsto se mi drolilo. Doporu\u010duji ud\u011blat men&scaron;&iacute; placku na men&scaron;&iacute; plech, a\u0165 se to hezky p\u0159eklop&iacute;. Kdy\u017e V&aacute;m korpus poprask&aacute;, v\u016fbec to nevad&iacute;. Druh&yacute; den to zalijete \u010dokol&aacute;dou a nikdo nic nepozn&aacute; \ud83d\ude00<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Do d\u017eemu bych p\u0159idala v&iacute;ce kiwi, a\u0165 je to sv\u011b\u017eej&scaron;&iacute;. Citronov&yacute; d\u017eus jsem nahradila \u010derstv\u011b vyma\u010dkanou citronovou &scaron;\u0165&aacute;vou.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dezert celkov\u011b chutnal skv\u011ble. Dala jsem vyzkou&scaron;et i kamar&aacute;dk&aacute;m a dezert chv&aacute;lily. Budu se k&nbsp;tomu receptu vracet, dezert se osv\u011bd\u010dil.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ur\u010dit\u011b tento dezert doporu\u010duji!<br \/><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Za 14 dn&iacute; m&aacute; br&aacute;cha narozeniny, tak se chyst&aacute;m podle t&eacute;to kucha\u0159ky up&eacute;ct <strong>pa\u0159&iacute;\u017esk&yacute; dort<\/strong>.
