M\u016f\u017eete se \u010dten&aacute;\u0159\u016fm p\u0159edstavit?<\/strong> <br \/>Jsem \u017eena, kterou \u017eivot doslova dokopal <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">k tomu, co d\u011bl&aacute;m. Odv&aacute;l m\u011b &uacute;pln\u011b jin&yacute;m sm\u011brem, ne\u017e jsem d\u011blala&hellip; Jako ka\u017ed&yacute; zast&aacute;v&aacute;m mnoho \u017eivotn&iacute;ch rol&iacute;. Jsem matka, dcera, podnikatelka, studentka, cestovatelka, terapeutka, tren&eacute;rka, lektorka a poradkyn\u011b&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">v oblasti zdrav&iacute; a t\u011bla. M\u016fj \u017eivot je bohat&yacute;, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a to do slova a do p&iacute;smene v dobr&eacute;m i &scaron;patn&eacute;m slova smyslu. Kdybych m\u011bla vypsat cel&yacute; sv\u016fj \u017eivotn&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;b\u011bh do dne&scaron;n&iacute;ho dne, kam m\u011b \u017eivot zav&aacute;l profesn\u011b, soukrom\u011b, zem\u011bpisn\u011b <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a co v&scaron;e jsem pro\u017eila a p\u0159e\u017eila, bylo by to na dal&scaron;&iacute; knihu. Moj&iacute; v&aacute;&scaron;n&iacute; byla posledn&iacute;ch osmn&aacute;ct let pr&aacute;ce v cestovn&iacute;m ruchu. Cestov&aacute;n&iacute;, potk&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; lid&iacute; nejr\u016fzn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ch mentalit a n&aacute;rodnost&iacute;. Pozorovala jsem zm\u011bny nejen u n&aacute;s, ale po cel&eacute;m sv\u011bt\u011b. Nez&aacute;le\u017eelo na tom, v jak&eacute; zemi jsem se nach&aacute;zela, jak&eacute; n&aacute;bo\u017eenstv&iacute; \u010di politika tam p\u0159evl&aacute;dala, zm\u011bny se toti\u017e t&yacute;kaly &uacute;pln\u011b v&scaron;eho, v\u010detn\u011b zdrav&iacute; obyvatel. A tak jako st&aacute;ty proch&aacute;zely vzestupy a p&aacute;dy, tak <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">i m\u016fj osobn&iacute; i profesn&iacute; \u017eivot jich zaznamenal <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u0159adu. Obli\u010dejovou j&oacute;gu cvi\u010d&iacute;m od roku 2006 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a k tomu jsem v na&scaron;em centru Selavis p\u0159idala hirudoterapii, funk\u010dn&iacute; cvi\u010den&iacute; se zdravotn&iacute;m zam\u011b\u0159en&iacute;m, zdrav&aacute; z&aacute;da &ndash; SM syst&eacute;m, hormon&aacute;ln&iacute; cvi\u010den&iacute;. <br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Kdy a kde jste se s obli\u010dejovou j&oacute;gou setkala poprv&eacute;?<\/strong> <br \/>Byla to velik&aacute; n&aacute;hoda, kter&aacute; asi nakonec n&aacute;hodou nebyla. Zhruba 10 let jsem pracovn\u011b p\u016fsobila jak v \u010cesk&eacute; republice, tak v Egypt\u011b a r\u016fzn&yacute;ch jin&yacute;ch zem&iacute;ch. Ale \u010cR a Egypt byly st\u011b\u017eejn&iacute;. M&aacute; egyptsk&aacute; p\u0159&iacute;telkyn\u011b chodila do studia, jednou m\u011b tam vzala a t&iacute;m to za\u010dalo. Nap\u0159ed to byla zv\u011bdavost, pak m\u016fj vlastn&iacute; proces p\u0159irozen&eacute;ho st&aacute;rnut&iacute; a nakonec m\u011b tato technika natolik zaujala, \u017ee jsem se dohodla <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">s lektorkou, \u017ee m\u011b ji za\u010dne u\u010dit. Tak za\u010dalo m&eacute; dlouholet&eacute; studium. Vid&iacute;te, nebyl v tom \u017e&aacute;dn&yacute; podnikatelsk&yacute; z&aacute;m\u011br. V t&eacute; dob\u011b jsem vedla velmi &uacute;sp\u011b&scaron;nou cestovn&iacute; kancel&aacute;\u0159. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V na&scaron;&iacute; republice tento druh cvi\u010den&iacute; nebyl roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159en a m\u011b velmi zaujal. Tehdy jsem absolutn\u011b&nbsp;nep\u0159edpokl&aacute;dala, \u017ee se obli\u010dejov&aacute; j&oacute;ga stane <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> i mou profes&iacute;.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Jak \u010dasto by se m\u011bla obli\u010dejov&aacute; j&oacute;ga prov&aacute;d\u011bt, aby to m\u011blo v&yacute;znam a byly patrn&eacute; v&yacute;sledky?<\/strong> <br \/>Je n\u011bkolik vzorc\u016f, jak cvi\u010dit, aby se dos&aacute;hlo o\u010dek&aacute;van&yacute;ch v&yacute;sledk\u016f. Uvedu dva:<\/p>\n<p>1. Cvi\u010dte denn\u011b restart, kter&yacute; zabere 5 minut + 3x t&yacute;dn\u011b plnohodnotn&yacute; tr&eacute;nink za\u0159azen&yacute; do b\u011b\u017en&eacute;ho pracovn&iacute;ho dne. <\/p>\n<p>2. Cvi\u010dte denn\u011b restart, kter&yacute; zabere 5 mi- nut + ka\u017ed&yacute; den 1 cvik na ka\u017edou partii, co\u017e trv&aacute; p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 12 minut denn\u011b + 2x t&yacute;d- n\u011b plnohodnotn&yacute; tr&eacute;nink za\u0159azen&yacute; do b\u011b\u017en&eacute;ho pracovn&iacute;ho dne. Zp\u016fsob\u016f je v&iacute;ce, ale toto jsou dva z&aacute;kladn&iacute;, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">u kter&yacute;ch je garance &uacute;sp\u011bchu.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Jak&yacute;ch chyb se p\u0159i cvi\u010den&iacute; m\u016f\u017eeme dopustit?<\/strong> <br \/>T\u011bch je mnoho. Nedostatek koncentrace, &scaron;patn&eacute; technick&eacute; proveden&iacute; a s t&iacute;m spojen&aacute; ztr&aacute;ta \u010dasu a energie, zklam&aacute;n&iacute;&hellip; Nedostate\u010dn&eacute; silov&eacute; proveden&iacute;, &scaron;patn&aacute; relaxace svalstva atd. V\u017edy doporu\u010duji alespo\u0148 1x kontroln&iacute; tr&eacute;nink u osob, kter&eacute; absolvovaly z&aacute;kladn&iacute; kurz pro za\u010d&aacute;te\u010dn&iacute;ky, aby do&scaron;lo ke kontrole proveden&iacute; a vypilov&aacute;n&iacute; techniky. Z&aacute;jemci mohou absolvovat kontroln&iacute; tr&eacute;nink bu\u010f na osobn&iacute; sch\u016fzce, nebo p\u0159es kameru Skype, FB, Whatsapp apod. V dne&scaron;n&iacute; dob\u011b je to zcela norm&aacute;ln&iacute; zp\u016fsob a je to plnohodnotn&eacute; setk&aacute;n&iacute;.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/><strong>Do jak&eacute; v\u011bkov&eacute; kategorie spadaj&iacute; va&scaron;i klienti? Nejmlad&scaron;&iacute; klientce je 19 let a nejstar&scaron;&iacute; 93 let. Nicm&eacute;n\u011b nejsiln\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; skupinou jsou \u017eeny mezi <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">40&ndash;60 lety. Co se t&yacute;\u010de mu\u017e\u016f, tak ano, je to&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ur\u010dit\u011b i pro mu\u017ee. Probl&eacute;m je ten, \u017ee jsou stydliv\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; a trp&iacute; p\u0159edstavou, \u017ee toto cvi\u010den&iacute; je pouze pro \u017eeny. Majorita mu\u017e\u016f p\u0159ich&aacute;z&iacute; ze zdravotn&iacute;ho hlediska.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/><strong>Jak dlouho jste pracovala na knize Obli\u010dejov&aacute; j&oacute;ga a co v&scaron;echno v publikaci najdeme?<\/strong> <br \/>Tr&eacute;ninkov&eacute; pl&aacute;ny, seskl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute;, zm\u011bnu cvik\u016f jsem poupravovala b\u011bhem let a sv&eacute; praxe podle &uacute;\u010dink\u016f na klienty a na m\u011b. Up\u0159&iacute;mn\u011b, v\u016fbec jsem netu&scaron;ila, jak&aacute; je to d\u0159ina a kolik \u010dasu zabere vytvo\u0159en&iacute; takov&eacute; publikace. Na druhou stranu se t\u011b&scaron;&iacute;m na psan&iacute; dal&scaron;&iacute; knihy.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u010cemu se krom\u011b obli\u010dejov&eacute; j&oacute;gy je&scaron;t\u011b v\u011bnujete? Co d\u011bl&aacute;te nap\u0159&iacute;klad ve voln&eacute;m \u010dase?<\/strong> <br \/>Profesn\u011b se v\u011bnuji tak&eacute; hirudoterapii, funk\u010dn&iacute;mu cvi\u010den&iacute; se zdravotn&iacute;m zam\u011b\u0159en&iacute;m, cvi\u010den&iacute; pro zdrav&aacute; z&aacute;da &ndash; SM syst&eacute;m, hormon&aacute;ln&iacute;mu cvi\u010den&iacute; a pro lidi, kte\u0159&iacute; to opravdu pot\u0159ebuj&iacute;, prov&aacute;d&iacute;m harmonizaci \u010daker. J&aacute; to v&scaron;ak vid&iacute;m jinak. V dne&scaron;n&iacute;m sv\u011bt\u011b, kdy\u017e u\u017e se lid&eacute; zastav&iacute; a jsou doma, tak koukaj&iacute; jen do mobilu nebo na televizi. B\u011b\u017en&aacute; konverzace mezi bli\u017en&iacute;mi pomalu miz&iacute; ze sv\u011bta. Tak se sna\u017e&iacute;m, aby to v m&eacute; rodin\u011b bylo jinak. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A mimo to miluji cestov&aacute;n&iacute; kamkoliv.
