Jednoduch&eacute; recepty, norm&aacute;ln&iacute; j&iacute;dlo, dokonce n&aacute;kupn&iacute; seznam. V&iacute;c si u\u017e pomoci nemohu. Tak\u017ee jsem nad n&iacute; v&aacute;\u017en\u011b p\u0159em&yacute;&scaron;lela. Jako d&aacute;rek za spolupr&aacute;ci jsem tuto knihu na V&aacute;noce dostala od Knihcentra. Za co\u017e jim moc d\u011bkuji, proto\u017ee kniha je skv\u011bl&aacute;. Prost\u011b bomba.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Doporu\u010duje se za\u010d&iacute;t od pond\u011bl&iacute;. Tak\u017ee 6. ledna jsem &scaron;la do toho a dneska jedu 20. den. Prvn&iacute; t&yacute;den je zeleninov&yacute;, co\u017e mi v\u016fbec nevadilo. D&iacute;ky recept\u016fm jsem objevila v&yacute;born&eacute; sva\u010diny v pol&iacute;vk&aacute;ch. To m\u011b nikdy p\u0159ed t&iacute;m nenapadlo a mn\u011b to vyhovuje. Jsou dobr&eacute; (krom\u011b \u0159epov&eacute;, \u0159epu nemus&iacute;m, ale to je m\u016fj probl&eacute;m). V pr&aacute;ci se mi to rychle j&iacute;, proto\u017ee je to rozmixovan&eacute; a je&scaron;t\u011b m\u011b v zim\u011b zah\u0159ej&iacute;. Co\u017e sn&iacute;dan\u011b taky, ale nem&aacute;m r&aacute;da zimu, tak\u017ee tyto sva\u010diny mi zcela vyhovuj&iacute;, i kdy\u017e pozd\u011bji jsou tam i jin&eacute; varianty, j&aacute; z\u016fst&aacute;v&aacute;m u pol&iacute;vek. Ta mo\u017enost je tam taky. J&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek je doporu\u010den&yacute;, nep\u0159ikazuje. Komu nesed&iacute; na sn&iacute;dani ka&scaron;e, d&aacute; si jinou variantu. J&aacute; jsem si dnes dala s dcerou trhanec. Jsou to ovesn&eacute; vlo\u010dky, ml&eacute;ko a vaj&iacute;\u010dko. Ud\u011blala jsem na p&aacute;nvi placku, kter&aacute; se mi pak trhala, tak\u017ee proto ten n&aacute;zev. Na tal&iacute;\u0159i jsem si na to dala sko\u0159ici, l\u017ei\u010dku medu, ovoce (j&aacute; vzala z mraz&aacute;ku bor\u016fvky), hrst o\u0159ech\u016f a byla to v&aacute;\u017en\u011b dobrota. Na za\u010d&aacute;tku je kr&aacute;tce ps&aacute;no o \u017eivotn&iacute;m stylu. Sp&aacute;nek, odpo\u010dinek, proch&aacute;zky, jak a pro\u010d je to v&scaron;e d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;. Pak je j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek rozd\u011blen na t&yacute;dny a t&yacute;dny pak na dny. Na za\u010d&aacute;tku ka\u017ed&eacute;ho t&yacute;dne je <strong>n&aacute;kupn&iacute; seznam<\/strong>. Mo\u017en&aacute; v&aacute;s p\u0159ekvap&iacute;, kolik je tam cuket. Ale kdy\u017e si vezmu, \u017ee si nekupuju r\u016fzn&eacute; pochutiny jako d\u0159&iacute;ve a m&aacute;m trochu omezen&eacute; maso, tak cenov\u011b to vyjde na stejno. Nevad&iacute; mi to. No a ke ka\u017ed&eacute;mu receptu je dvoustrana &#8211;&nbsp; jak to ud\u011blat a fotka. Mus&iacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, \u017ee vesm\u011bs je to opravdu jednoduch&eacute; a chutn&aacute; mi to. M&aacute;m trochu probl&eacute;m se sladk&yacute;m v tepl&eacute;m j&iacute;dle. Tak t\u0159eba v&iacute;m, \u017ee p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t\u011b si kr\u016ft&iacute; na kari s jablky ud\u011bl&aacute;m bez jablek. D&aacute;m si tam t\u0159eba p&oacute;rek a v\u011b\u0159&iacute;m, \u017ee mi to bude v&iacute;ce chutnat a neud\u011bl&aacute;m dietn&iacute; chybu.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">B\u011bhem t\u011bch t\u0159&iacute; t&yacute;dn\u016f jsem pochopila, \u017ee po skon\u010den&iacute; j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dku je pot\u0159eba jet podle podobn&eacute; noty. Prost\u011b je to o zm\u011bn\u011b stravovac&iacute;ho re\u017eimu. Hodn\u011b mi k tomu pom&aacute;h&aacute; a povzbuzuje v&aacute;ha. <strong>Po t\u0159ech t&yacute;dnech jsem -4kg<\/strong>. Nen&iacute; mi t\u011b\u017eko. Sice n\u011bkdy m&aacute;m chu\u0165 na sladk&eacute; a v&iacute;m, \u017ee t\u0159eba jednou za t&yacute;den si pozd\u011bji n\u011bco d&aacute;m, ale tak&eacute; v&iacute;m, \u017ee si to d&aacute;m s radost&iacute; a vz&aacute;cn\u011b. V\u011b\u0159&iacute;m, \u017ee se mi to poda\u0159&iacute;.
