Skv\u011bl&aacute; reality show. V&iacute;t\u011bzstv&iacute;, v&yacute;kony t\u011bch nejlep&scaron;&iacute;ch, zklam&aacute;n&iacute; favorit\u016f, &uacute;sp\u011bchy outsider\u016f. Jako kluk jsem sledoval snad v&scaron;echny sportovn&iacute; p\u0159enosy. D\u011blal jsem si u nich pozn&aacute;mky a snil o pr&aacute;ci sportovn&iacute;ho report&eacute;ra. Tou\u017eil jsem v\u011bd\u011bt co nejv&iacute;ce o sportovn&iacute;m tr&eacute;ninku. L&aacute;kala mne sportovn&iacute; psychologie. Proto jsem nakonec vystudoval Pedagogickou fakultu v Ostrav\u011b, kombinaci t\u011blesn&aacute; v&yacute;chova &ndash; ob\u010dansk&aacute; nauka. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Po \u010dase jsem ale zjistil, \u017ee &scaron;kolstv&iacute; nen&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; v&yacute;konov&eacute; prost\u0159ed&iacute; a ani finance nebyly takov&eacute;, abych zajistil rodinu, tak jsem p\u0159i zam\u011bstn&aacute;n&iacute; v roce 1990 za\u010dal podnikat. Reklamn&iacute; \u010dinnost, novina\u0159ina, sportovn&iacute; management a tak&eacute; finan\u010dn&iacute; poradenstv&iacute;, kde jsem zjistil, \u017ee i dosp\u011bl&iacute; lid&eacute; se nad&aacute;le vzd\u011bl&aacute;vaj&iacute;. A v discipl&iacute;n&aacute;ch, kter&eacute; se na &scaron;kol&aacute;ch moc neu\u010d&iacute;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V roce 1994 jsem se stal prvn&iacute;m &scaron;kolitelem strukctogramu v \u010cesk&eacute; republice a na Slovensku. To byly v\u011bci, kter&eacute; p\u0159&iacute;mo rozv&iacute;jely moje p\u016fvodn&iacute; vysoko&scaron;kolsk&eacute; vzd\u011bl&aacute;n&iacute;. Jen m&iacute;sto sportovn&iacute;ch v&yacute;kon\u016f pom&aacute;h&aacute;m konkr&eacute;tn&iacute;m lidem a i cel&yacute;m firm&aacute;m zvy&scaron;ovat jejich v&yacute;kony. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D&aacute;le jsem si doplnil odbornost v oblastech marketingu, personalistiky a \u0159&iacute;zen&iacute; firem. Studoval jsem po ve\u010derech doma, chodil po kurzech a nakupoval r\u016fzn&eacute; zahrani\u010dn&iacute; videoprogramy. Hodn\u011b jsem pozoroval chov&aacute;n&iacute; lid&iacute;. Porovn&aacute;val &uacute;sp\u011b&scaron;n&eacute; s m&eacute;n\u011b &uacute;sp\u011b&scaron;n&yacute;mi a konfrontoval praktick&yacute; \u017eivot s psychologick&yacute;mi <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">teoriemi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Edukativn&iacute; kniha Jak chutn&aacute; dohoda je o fungov&aacute;n&iacute; tzv. trojjedin&eacute;ho mozku v oblasti mezilidsk&yacute;ch vztah\u016f. M\u016f\u017eete to \u010dten&aacute;\u0159\u016fm v&iacute;ce p\u0159ibl&iacute;\u017eit?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">N&aacute;&scaron; mozek se vyv&iacute;jel v&iacute;ce ne\u017e 200 milion\u016f let. Zn&aacute;m&yacute; americk&yacute; v&yacute;zkumn&iacute;k mozku profesor Dr. Paul D. MacLean dok&aacute;zal, \u017ee lidsk&yacute; mozek se skl&aacute;d&aacute; ze t\u0159&iacute; \u010d&aacute;st&iacute;, kter&eacute; ovl&aacute;daj&iacute; na&scaron;e chov&aacute;n&iacute;, na&scaron;e my&scaron;len&iacute; a rozhodov&aacute;n&iacute;. A zdaleka nelze \u0159&iacute;ci, \u017ee v&iacute;t\u011bz&iacute; racionalita. Mo\u017en&aacute; to nev&iacute;te, ale jako lid&eacute; d\u011bl&aacute;me jen 2% racion&aacute;ln&iacute;ch rozhodnut&iacute;. Zbytek, pln&yacute;ch 98% jsou rozhodnut&iacute; nev\u011bdom&aacute; &#8211; iracion&aacute;ln&iacute;, intuitivn&iacute; nebo emotivn&iacute;. Tradi\u010dn&iacute; metody v&yacute;uky se ji\u017e ukazuj&iacute; jako m&aacute;lo efektivn&iacute;, proto\u017ee jsou p\u0159ev&aacute;\u017en\u011b zalo\u017een&eacute;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">pouze na racion&aacute;ln&iacute;ch &uacute;sudc&iacute;ch. Sna\u017e&iacute;me se o efektivn&iacute; didaktiku. Do v&yacute;uky je t\u0159eba dostat emoce, pocity, intuici. Nap\u0159&iacute;klad, kdy\u017e tr&eacute;nujeme obchodn&iacute;ky respektujeme to, \u017ee hlavn&iacute;m probl&eacute;mem v pr&aacute;ci obchodn&iacute;ka je kontaktov&aacute;n&iacute; nov&eacute;ho z&aacute;kazn&iacute;ka. Tu m&aacute; v oblib\u011b pouze 13% prodejc\u016f. Pro 87% obchodn&iacute;k\u016f je to pr&aacute;ce, kter&eacute; se sna\u017e&iacute; vyhnout. Jejich mozek se&nbsp;boj&iacute; oslovit nov&eacute; lidi. Boj&iacute; se toho, \u017ee budou odm&iacute;tnuti, proto\u017ee nev&iacute;, jak maj&iacute; zvl&aacute;dnout prvn&iacute;ch 30 (telefonn&iacute;ch) sekund jedn&aacute;n&iacute; s nov&yacute;m&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">z&aacute;kazn&iacute;kem. Rad\u011bji prokrastinuj&iacute; a zab&yacute;vaj&iacute; se neproduktivn&iacute;mi \u010dinnostmi. Jako lid&eacute; preferujeme \u010dinnosti, kter&eacute; nesouvis&iacute; s odm&iacute;t&aacute;n&iacute;m. Nechceme b&yacute;t odm&iacute;t&aacute;ni, a proto mnoho z n&aacute;s rad\u011bji komunikuje nep\u0159&iacute;mo nap\u0159&iacute;klad maily, nebo se p\u0159&iacute;m&eacute; komunikaci sna\u017e&iacute;me vyhnout &uacute;pln\u011b a&nbsp;&uacute;pln\u011b naivn\u011b precizujeme st&aacute;le dokola svoje webov&eacute; str&aacute;nky s p\u0159&aacute;n&iacute;m dos&aacute;hnout obchodu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To je ur\u010deno souhrou instinktivn&iacute; reakce mozkov&eacute;ho kmene, emocion&aacute;ln&iacute;ho, impulzivn&iacute;ho limbick&eacute;ho syst&eacute;mu, a chladn&eacute;ho, racion&aacute;ln\u011b reaguj&iacute;c&iacute;ho velk&eacute;ho mozku. V na&scaron;em chov&aacute;n&iacute; se tak zrcadl&iacute; chov&aacute;n&iacute; p\u016fvodn&iacute;ch b&yacute;lo\u017erav&yacute;ch dinosaur\u016f a plaz\u016f, drav&yacute;ch maso\u017erav&yacute;ch &scaron;elem i rozv&aacute;\u017en&yacute;ch opatrn&yacute;ch prim&aacute;t\u016f. Je v\u011bdecky podlo\u017eeno, \u017ee ka\u017ed&yacute; z t\u011bchto t\u0159&iacute; mozk\u016f se dr\u017e&iacute; sv&yacute;ch vlastn&iacute;ch, velmi specifick&yacute;ch pravidel &bdquo;hry&ldquo;, kter&aacute; zp\u016fsobuj&iacute; individualitu a odli&scaron;n&eacute; pot\u0159eby ka\u017ed&eacute;ho \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Chov&aacute;n&iacute; pod vlivem plaz&iacute;ho mozku lze ozna\u010dit jako chov&aacute;n&iacute; p\u0159&aacute;telsk&eacute;ho pomocn&iacute;ka. &Scaron;elm&iacute; chov&aacute;n&iacute; vn&iacute;m&aacute;me jako tvrd&eacute;ho bojovn&iacute;ka. Velk&yacute; mozek prim&aacute;t\u016f naopak produkuje chov&aacute;n&iacute; logick&eacute;ho myslitele. U ka\u017ed&eacute;ho z n&aacute;s hraje ka\u017ed&yacute; z t\u011bchto t\u0159&iacute; mozk\u016f individu&aacute;ln&iacute; a specifickou roli. Pomoc&iacute; t\u011bchto vzorc\u016f \u0159e&scaron;&iacute;me svoje konflikty, utv&aacute;\u0159&iacute;me si vztahy, vychov&aacute;v&aacute;me svoje d\u011bti, \u0159&iacute;d&iacute;me firmy. Ano, n&aacute;&scaron; mozek a jeho biologick&yacute; k&oacute;d, kter&yacute; jsme z&iacute;skali od na&scaron;ich rodi\u010d\u016f, rozhoduje o n&aacute;s, na&scaron;em chov&aacute;n&iacute; a jedn&aacute;n&iacute;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Jak bychom tedy m\u011bli spr&aacute;vn&eacute; \u0159e&scaron;it konflikty?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V\u011bt&scaron;ina konflikt\u016f a nedohod spo\u010d&iacute;v&aacute; pr&aacute;v\u011b v tom, \u017ee si navz&aacute;jem nerozum&iacute;me. \u017de ka\u017ed&eacute;mu z n&aacute;s jinak funguje jeho mozek. Nastupuj&iacute; star&eacute; vzorce \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute; konflikt\u016f na b&aacute;zi &uacute;tok, &uacute;t\u011bk, ustrnut&iacute;. P\u0159i\u010dem\u017e \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute;m je dok&aacute;zat ovl&aacute;dnout svoje emoce, vyu\u017e&iacute;vat intuici a hledat dal&scaron;&iacute; a dal&scaron;&iacute; mo\u017enosti \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute;. Kdy\u017e se nau\u010d&iacute;me hledat mo\u017enosti, tak dohodnout se ji\u017e nemus&iacute; b&yacute;t velk&yacute; probl&eacute;m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nejv\u011bt&scaron;&iacute;m probl&eacute;mem je to, \u017ee mnoho dohod prakticky dohodou nen&iacute;, ale jedn&aacute; se pouze o kompromis. A kniha ka\u017ed&eacute;mu \u010dten&aacute;\u0159i ur\u010dit\u011b vysv\u011btl&iacute; ten obrovsk&yacute; rozd&iacute;l, kdy jsou ob\u011b strany skute\u010dn\u011b s \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute;m spokojeny a kdy jsou ob\u011b strany spokojeny pouze s t&iacute;m, \u017ee se n\u011bjak dohodly, a\u010dkoliv pocitov\u011b, z v\u011bcn&eacute;ho pohledu, nakonec spokojeny nejsou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Jak&eacute;mu \u010dten&aacute;\u0159i je va&scaron;e kniha ur\u010dena?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Knihu \u010dten&aacute;\u0159i p\u0159ij&iacute;maj&iacute; velmi pozitivn\u011b, pokud maj&iacute; skute\u010dn\u011b pot\u0159ebu \u0159e&scaron;it n\u011bjak&yacute; konflikt. Nap\u0159&iacute;klad vypo\u0159&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; p\u0159i rozvodu, p\u0159etahov&aacute;n&iacute; o d\u011bti, majetek, jedn&aacute;n&iacute; nap\u0159&iacute;\u010d generacemi nebo vyjedn&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; se zam\u011bstnanci nebo naopak se &scaron;&eacute;fem. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V&iacute;m, \u017ee mnoho lid&iacute; se vyjedn&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; a hled&aacute;n&iacute; \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute; sp&iacute;&scaron;e boj&iacute;, proto\u017ee kone\u010dn&eacute; mo\u017en&eacute; \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute; vlastn\u011b neznaj&iacute;. Nev&iacute;, jak se dobrat ke skute\u010dn&eacute; dohod\u011b. Hledaj&iacute; rady u p\u0159&aacute;tel, ale ve skute\u010dnosti hledaj&iacute; jen n\u011bkoho, kdo jim bude k&yacute;vat na jejich zp\u016fsob vy\u0159e&scaron;en&iacute; konfliktu a k dohod\u011b se stejn\u011b nep\u0159ibl&iacute;\u017e&iacute;.
