Chci, aby klienti jedli v&scaron;echno, aby strav\u011b rozum\u011bli a v\u011bd\u011bli, jak se stravovat. Pak jsem se zapotila u psan&iacute; t\u011bch text\u016f, co\u017e moc neum&iacute;m a &uacute;pln\u011b jsem si to neu\u017e&iacute;vala.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V knize zmi\u0148ujete, \u017ee m&aacute;te r&aacute;da k&aacute;vu. N\u011bkde se ov&scaron;em uv&aacute;d&iacute;, \u017ee k&aacute;va zdrav&aacute; nen&iacute;. Jak je to tedy s k&aacute;vou?<\/strong><br \/>J&aacute; sama piju t\u0159i nebo \u010dty\u0159i k&aacute;vy denn\u011b. Je to sice povzbuzovalo a lid&eacute;, kte\u0159&iacute; maj&iacute; vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; tlak, tak by si to m\u011bli hl&iacute;dat. Ten probl&eacute;m za\u010d&iacute;n&aacute; tehdy, kdy\u017e si k&aacute;vu za\u010dnu sladit a liju do n&iacute; n\u011bkolik deci ml&eacute;ka. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Co byste ozna\u010dila za nej\u010dast\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ho naru&scaron;itele pl&aacute;n\u016f na hubnut&iacute;?<\/strong><br \/>T\u011bch naru&scaron;itel\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t hned n\u011bkolik, ale paradoxn\u011b to m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t i ta bl&iacute;zk&aacute; rodina. \u017dena se rozhodne, \u017ee chce hubnout, ale rodina j&iacute; h&aacute;z&iacute; klacky pod nohy. To je probl&eacute;m. Pak to m\u016f\u017ee toho \u010dlov\u011bka zlomit a sekne s t&iacute;m. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sou\u010d&aacute;st&iacute; zdrav&eacute;ho zdravotn&iacute;ho stylu je tak&eacute; pohyb. Jak jste si vybudovala vztah k pohybu vy?<\/strong><br \/>J&aacute; m&iacute;v&aacute;m takov&eacute; etapy. Jako d&iacute;t\u011b jsem b\u011bhala orienta\u010dn&iacute; b\u011bhy, ke sportu jsem m\u011bla vztah. Pozd\u011bji jsem asi deset let neb\u011bhala, ale zase jsem se k tomu dostala. Je to boj a \u010dlov\u011bk to p\u0159ekon&aacute;. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak si m&aacute; \u010dlov\u011bk naj&iacute;t cestu k pohybu?<\/strong><br \/>Je t\u0159eba ur\u010dit\u011b zkou&scaron;et, naj&iacute;t druh pohybu, kde se budu alespo\u0148 trochu c&iacute;tit komfortn\u011b. Hlavn\u011b hned neh&aacute;zet flintu do \u017eita, ty za\u010d&aacute;tky b&yacute;vaj&iacute; t\u011b\u017ek&eacute;. Nap\u0159&iacute;klad na b\u011bh&aacute;n&iacute; ze za\u010d&aacute;tku dob\u0159e funguje n\u011bjak&yacute; par\u0165&aacute;k. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mezi lidmi koluje mnoho nepravd o stravov&aacute;n&iacute;. Kter&eacute; z nich pova\u017eujete za jedny z nejhloup\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ch?<\/strong><br \/>To je asi t&eacute;ma na dal&scaron;&iacute; knihu. Za tu dobu, co tuto pr&aacute;ci d\u011bl&aacute;m, jsem jich sly&scaron;ela mnoho. Nap\u0159&iacute;klad, \u017ee se nemaj&iacute; j&iacute;st sacharidy, j&iacute;st jen do p&aacute;t&eacute; hodiny nebo, \u017ee tuky do spr&aacute;vn&eacute; stravy nepat\u0159&iacute;.
