Nejd\u0159&iacute;ve jen pro sebe, abych zdrav\u011b jedla, a&nbsp;pozd\u011bji se zdrav&aacute; strava stala m&yacute;m \u017eivotn&iacute;m stylem, a&nbsp;nakonec i&nbsp;prac&iacute;. Pro&scaron;la jsem kurzy v&yacute;\u017eivov&eacute;ho poradce a&nbsp;brzy zjistila, \u017ee tyto kurzy nesta\u010d&iacute;. Abych mohla poradit r\u016fzn&yacute;m lidem s&nbsp;r\u016fzn&yacute;mi stravovac&iacute;mi n&aacute;vyky a&nbsp;t\u0159eba i&nbsp;se zdravotn&iacute;mi probl&eacute;my, pot\u0159ebovala jsem odborn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; vzd\u011bl&aacute;n&iacute;. Na star&aacute; kolena&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ve 33 letech jsem se p\u0159ihl&aacute;sila na 1. LF UK, obor nutri\u010dn&iacute; terapeut. Dnes je moje praxe u\u017e 16let&aacute; a&nbsp;pr&aacute;ce se stala m&yacute;m kon&iacute;\u010dkem. Moji klienti jsou m&yacute;mi p\u0159&aacute;teli a&nbsp;j&iacute;dlo a&nbsp;va\u0159en&iacute; se stalo mou v&aacute;&scaron;n&iacute;. <br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Co si spr&aacute;vn\u011b m&aacute;me p\u0159edstavit, kdy\u017e se \u0159ekne zdrav&yacute; \u017eivotn&iacute; styl?<\/strong> <br \/>Jde o&nbsp; spojen&iacute; v&scaron;ech prost\u0159edk\u016f, kter&eacute; zdrav&iacute; podporuj&iacute;, ne devastuj&iacute;. Za m\u011b je to na prvn&iacute;m m&iacute;st\u011b zdrav&aacute;, vyv&aacute;\u017een&aacute;, pravideln&aacute; strava. Bohat&aacute; na kvalitn&iacute; suroviny, dom&aacute;c&iacute; poctivou p\u0159&iacute;pravu. Takov&aacute;, na kter&eacute; si pochutn&aacute;m j&aacute; i&nbsp;zbytek m&eacute; rodiny&#8230; <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> Za druh&eacute; pravideln&yacute; pohyb. Jsem \u010dlov\u011bk, kter&yacute; m&aacute; r&aacute;d zm\u011bnu i&nbsp;ve sportu, dlouho nevydr\u017e&iacute;m st&aacute;le dokola provozovat jeden druh tr&eacute;ninku. St\u0159&iacute;d&aacute;m j&oacute;gu, posilovnu, b\u011bh, golf, kolo, podle po\u010das&iacute;, n&aacute;lady a&nbsp;ro\u010dn&iacute;ho obdob&iacute;. Nem&eacute;n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute; je kvalitn&iacute; pitn&yacute; re\u017eim. S&nbsp; vodou jsem nem\u011bla nikdy probl&eacute;m, sladk&eacute; n&aacute;poje nepiji, proto\u017ee mi nechutnaj&iacute;, ale to v&iacute;nko, to je n\u011bkdy boj&#8230; <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> A&nbsp;posledn&iacute; v&yacute;znamn&yacute; bod je sp&aacute;nek a&nbsp;proti<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">stresov&aacute; opat\u0159en&iacute;. M\u016fj biorytmus mi na\u0159izuje sp&aacute;t 7 hodin za den, bez tohoto odpo\u010dinku nem&aacute;m na sv&eacute; aktivity s&iacute;lu ani n&aacute;ladu. A&nbsp;stres odbour&aacute;v&aacute;m \u010dast&yacute;mi v&yacute;lety, meditac&iacute; a&nbsp;relaxem. Miluji mas&aacute;\u017ee, \u010detbu, v&yacute;lety do p\u0159&iacute;rody.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/><strong>Jak vypad&aacute; v&aacute;&scaron; b\u011b\u017en&yacute; den?<\/strong> <br \/>R&aacute;no vstanu okolo sedm&eacute; hodiny, cvi\u010d&iacute;m j&oacute;gu nebo se nasn&iacute;d&aacute;m a&nbsp;jdu na tr&eacute;nink do posilovny. Sv&eacute; pohybov&eacute; aktivity m&aacute;m r&aacute;da &bdquo;odpraven&eacute;&ldquo; hned z&nbsp;r&aacute;na, a\u0165 na n\u011b nemus&iacute;m v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne myslet a&nbsp;stresovat se t&iacute;m, \u017ee na n\u011b u\u017e nem&aacute;m \u010das. Po tr&eacute;ninku nebo sn&iacute;dani pracuji. Bu\u010f se setk&aacute;v&aacute;m s&nbsp;klienty osobn\u011b ve sv&eacute; kancel&aacute;\u0159i, nebo pracuji na sv&eacute; online poradn\u011b. Nikdy nevynech&aacute;m ob\u011bd. P\u0159inesu si jej z&nbsp;domova do kancel&aacute;\u0159e, a pokud pracuji na po\u010d&iacute;ta\u010di doma, ud\u011bl&aacute;m si pauzu a&nbsp;nachyst&aacute;m si \u010derstv&eacute; j&iacute;dlo. J&iacute;dlo je pro m\u011b ob\u0159ad. Ne\u010dtu u&nbsp;toho noviny ani nebrouzd&aacute;m po internetu. V\u011bnuji se sob\u011b a&nbsp;sv&eacute;mu tal&iacute;\u0159i. Odpoledne pokra\u010duji v&nbsp;pr&aacute;ci. Moje pr&aacute;ce je i&nbsp;va\u0159en&iacute; a&nbsp;focen&iacute; j&iacute;del, nat&aacute;\u010den&iacute; vide&iacute;. To si v&nbsp;posledn&iacute; dob\u011b nejv&iacute;ce u\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;m. Takov&aacute; byla i&nbsp;pr&aacute;ce na kucha\u0159ce &ndash; kreativn&iacute;, z&aacute;bavn&aacute; a&nbsp;nab&iacute;jej&iacute;c&iacute;. Ve\u010der se v\u011bnuji rodin\u011b, synovi a&nbsp;z&aacute;bav\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Nikdy neh\u0159e&scaron;&iacute;te a&nbsp; ned&aacute;te si n\u011bco&nbsp;nezdrav&eacute;ho?<\/strong> <br \/>Ano. H\u0159e&scaron;&iacute;m na sv&yacute;ch cest&aacute;ch.
