V&scaron;echny jeho knihy (<span style=\"color: #003d7c;\">B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010d Tom<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #003d7c;\">Rychlovky a chu\u0165ovky<\/span> <span style=\"color: #003d7c;\">B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010de Toma<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #003d7c;\">B\u0159ich&aacute;\u010d Tom a Lucie<\/span>) jsou tak obl&iacute;ben&eacute;, \u017ee jejich prodej poko\u0159il hranici 100 000 v&yacute;tisk\u016f.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><\/p>\n<p>Jak dlouho v&aacute;m trvalo dostat se na pr\u016fm\u011brnou v&aacute;hu a co je z&aacute;kladn&iacute;m kamenem va&scaron;eho &uacute;sp\u011b&scaron;n&eacute;ho zhubnut&iacute;?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">P\u016fvodn\u011b jsem m\u011bl c&iacute;l zhubnout na 85 kg ze 107 kg. V\u011bd\u011bl jsem, \u017ee p\u0159i v&aacute;ze 85 bych se u\u017e c&iacute;til dob\u0159e a je to takov&aacute; pomysln&aacute; c&iacute;lov&aacute; \u010d&aacute;ra. Nakonec se mi poda\u0159ilo pl&aacute;n je&scaron;t\u011b p\u0159ekonat a zhubl jsem celkem 27 kg za 1 rok. Mysl&iacute;m si, \u017ee hlavn&iacute;m d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d se mi opravdu poda\u0159ilo zhubnout o tolik kg, je v\u016fbec ten fakt, \u017ee jsem CHT\u011aL. Sice jsem se u\u017e n\u011bkolikr&aacute;t pokou&scaron;el hubnout pomoc&iacute; v&scaron;emo\u017en&yacute;ch diet, ale nikdy se mi nepoda\u0159ilo v&aacute;hu udr\u017eet. Tentokr&aacute;t jsem byl ale p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den&yacute; s&aacute;m o sob\u011b, \u017ee CHCI. Neexistovala pro m\u011b v t&eacute; chv&iacute;li \u017e&aacute;dn&eacute; jin&aacute; mo\u017enost, ne\u017e \u017ee se mi to poda\u0159&iacute;. Bylo to o moj&iacute; hlav\u011b. O tom, \u017ee jsem byl p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den&yacute;, \u017ee to dok&aacute;\u017eu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u010cast&yacute;mi p\u0159&iacute;\u010dinami nadv&aacute;hy jsou jin&eacute; zdravotn&iacute; probl&eacute;my, ale nejednou je to jen kombinace stresu a ve\u010dn&eacute;ho nah&aacute;n\u011bn&iacute; \u010dasu. Jak se d&aacute; se stresem a nedostatkem \u010dasu nalo\u017eit tak, aby \u010dloveku z\u016fstaly s&iacute;ly na zdrav&eacute; stravov&aacute;n&iacute; a volno\u010dasov&eacute; aktivity?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Myl&iacute;m si, \u017ee v&scaron;e se v&scaron;&iacute;m souvis&iacute; a v&scaron;e je vz&aacute;jemn\u011b propojen&eacute;. Stres jsou v podstat\u011b jen nahromad\u011bn&eacute; emoce, kter&eacute; se n&aacute;m v t\u011ble hromad&iacute;. Je stra&scaron;n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute; dostat ze sebe v&scaron;echno negativn&iacute; pry\u010d a nenechat se ovliv\u0148ovat okol&iacute;m. Stres m&aacute;me kolem sebe v&scaron;ichni. Je jen ot&aacute;zkou, jak moc dovol&iacute;me, aby n&aacute;s ovliv\u0148oval a p\u016fsobil na n&aacute;s. Pokud si postav&iacute;me pomyslnou ze\u010f, p\u0159es kterou k sob\u011b nic dal&scaron;&iacute;ho u\u017e nepust&iacute;me a zbytek negativn&iacute;ch emoc&iacute; budeme ventilovat pohybem, tak potom nebudeme m&iacute;t ani d\u016fvod se ve\u010der p\u0159ej&iacute;dat. V\u011bt&scaron;ina p\u0159ej&iacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; toti\u017e souvis&iacute; s t&iacute;m, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk sna\u017e&iacute; pot\u011b&scaron;it j&iacute;dlem, kdy\u017e nem&aacute; dostatek pot\u011b&scaron;en&iacute; v \u017eivot\u011b. A samostn&yacute; pohyb nemus&iacute; b&yacute;t zalo\u017een&yacute; jen na cvi\u010den&iacute; v posilovn\u011b. Jde o to vyl&eacute;zt z domu, z kancel&aacute;\u0159e na \u010derstv&yacute; vzduch, uj&iacute;t n\u011bkolik kilometr\u016f, prob\u011bhnout se, vyj&iacute;t na nejbli\u017e&scaron;&iacute; kopec ve sv&eacute;m okol&iacute; a rozhl&eacute;dnout se na sv\u011bt pod sebou. Potom si \u010dlov\u011bk uv\u011bdom&iacute;, \u017ee v\u011bt&scaron;ina probl&eacute;mu jsou jen hlouposti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mezi lidmi s nadv&aacute;hou je zna\u010dn&eacute; procento t\u011bch, kte\u0159&iacute; jednodu&scaron;e miluj&iacute; sma\u017een&aacute; j&iacute;dla, klob&aacute;su, slaninu, m&aacute;slov&eacute; n&aacute;pln\u011b v dortech \u010di b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn&eacute; sladkosti. Je re&aacute;ln&eacute; omezit takov&eacute; chut\u011b?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Je to &uacute;pln\u011b jednoduch&eacute;. Mus&iacute;me si sami polo\u017eit ot&aacute;zku &ndash; bu\u010f budeme j&iacute;st cel&eacute; dny, t&yacute;dny, m\u011bs&iacute;ce a cel&yacute; \u017eivot sma\u017een&eacute;, mastn&eacute; a nezdrav&eacute; j&iacute;dla &#8211; a t&iacute;m p&aacute;dem budeme nemocn&iacute; a budeme se c&iacute;tit &scaron;patn\u011b. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nebo takov&eacute; j&iacute;dla j&iacute;st nebudeme, budeme se starat o sv&eacute; t\u011blo, budeme zdrav&iacute; a na&scaron;e t\u011blo n&aacute;m za to pod\u011bkuje. A to netvrd&iacute;m, \u017ee si \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u016f\u017ee ob\u010das n\u011bco na chu\u0165 d&aacute;t. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jakou roli sehr&aacute;lo p\u0159i va&scaron;em hubnut&iacute; cvi\u010den&iacute;?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tuto ot&aacute;zku dost&aacute;v&aacute;m pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dasto. Hodn\u011b lid&iacute; toti\u017e zaj&iacute;m&aacute;, jestli je mo\u017en&eacute; zhubnout i bez cvi\u010den&iacute;. ANO, je to mo\u017en&eacute;. P&iacute;&scaron;e mi spousta lid&iacute; i v pokro\u010dil&eacute;m v\u011bku, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017eou kv\u016fli zdravotn&iacute;m probl&eacute;m\u016fm cvi\u010dit a p\u0159esto se jim poda\u0159ilo zhubnout 20 i 30 kg. Cvi\u010den&iacute; tedy nen&iacute; nutn&aacute; v\u011bc a i ten, kdo nem\u016f\u017ee extra cvi\u010dit, m\u016f\u017ee zhubnout. Ale s pohybem to jde samoz\u0159ejm\u011b l&eacute;pe. J&aacute; jsem cvi\u010dil cca 3 x t&yacute;dn\u011b. A efekt to m\u011blo velik&yacute;. Nicm&eacute;n\u011b cvi\u010dil jsem i roky p\u0159edt&iacute;m, kdy jsem byl ob&eacute;zn&iacute; a tehdy to \u017e&aacute;dn&yacute; velk&yacute; efekt nem\u011blo. A\u017e kdy\u017e jsem zm\u011bnil stravu, tak p\u0159i&scaron;ly v&yacute;sledky. 80% &uacute;sp\u011bchu v hubnut&iacute; tvo\u0159&iacute; strava. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Navzdory v&scaron;emu, i vy jste m\u011bl obdob&iacute;, kdy jste cht\u011bl hubnut&iacute; vzd&aacute;t. Co v&aacute;s motivovalo, abyste vytrval?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">B\u011bhem toho roku jsem se skoro na 3 m\u011bs&iacute;ce zastavil. V&aacute;ha se mi neh&yacute;bala a tak jsem experimentoval. A zkusil jsem na 3 m\u011bs&iacute;ce n&iacute;zkosacharidovou stravu. B\u011bhem toho obdob&iacute; jsem sice zhubl podle v&aacute;hy, ale podle m\u011b\u0159en&iacute; na p\u0159&iacute;stroji jsem ztratil svalovou hmotu a ne tuky. Tehdy jsem byl stra&scaron;n\u011b zklaman&yacute; a nem\u011bl jsem chu\u0165 pokra\u010dovat. Vlastn\u011b se mi takov&eacute; zastaven&iacute; stalo v&iacute;cekr&aacute;t. A\u017e ve chv&iacute;li, kdy jsem op\u011bt za\u010dal j&iacute;st sacharidy, mi tuky op\u011bt za\u010daly miznout. T\u011blo sacharidy prost\u011b pot\u0159ebuje ke sv&eacute;mu fungov&aacute;n&iacute;. Hodn\u011b mi taky pomohlo se ohl&eacute;dnout zp\u011bt na fotky, kter&eacute; jsem si po\u0159&iacute;dil na za\u010d&aacute;tku hubnut&iacute;. Kdy\u017e jsem vid\u011bl, kolik kg u\u017e jsem od t&eacute; doby zhubnul a jakou cestu jsem u\u017e u&scaron;el, v\u011bd\u011bl jsem, \u017ee mus&iacute;m pokra\u010dovat. Nen&iacute; v&iacute;t\u011bz ten, kter&yacute; odejde z bitvy se sklopenou hlavou. J&aacute; jsem cht\u011bl vyhr&aacute;t! Vyhr&aacute;t s&aacute;m nad sebou! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jedn&iacute;m z ne\u017e&aacute;douc&iacute;ch &uacute;\u010dink\u016f po hubnut&iacute; b&yacute;v&aacute; jojo efekt. Jak dlouho se u v&aacute;s neprojevil?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">U m\u011b se neprojevil v\u016fbec. Je to t&iacute;m, \u017ee jsem nepou\u017e&iacute;val \u017e&aacute;dnou nesmyslnou dietu, ale d&aacute;vkoval jsem t\u011blu j&iacute;dlo a to se p\u0159irozen\u011b zbavovalo tuku. JOJO efekt nast&aacute;v&aacute; u n&iacute;zkosacharidov&yacute;ch diet nebo diet, kter&eacute; jsou extr&eacute;mn&iacute; a slibuj&iacute; rychl&eacute; &uacute;\u010dinky. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jak&eacute; jsou va&scaron;e dal&scaron;&iacute; pl&aacute;ny, co se t&yacute;k&aacute; propagace hubnut&iacute; nebo zdrav\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ho stravov&aacute;n&iacute;? M&iacute;n&iacute;te se v t&eacute;to oblasti d&aacute;l realizova\u0165?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na za\u010d&aacute;tku jsem bral v&scaron;e kolem m&eacute;ho hubnut&iacute; jen jako zp\u016fsob, abych si p\u0159ipomn\u011bl, co se mi povedlo s m&yacute;m t\u011blem ud\u011blat a nikdy jsem se u\u017e nevr&aacute;til k nezdrav&eacute; strav\u011b. Kdy\u017e ale nyn&iacute; vid&iacute;m, kolik lidem jsem pomoc&iacute; knih pomohl a jsou to u\u017e des&iacute;tky tis&iacute;c, tak v t&eacute; pr&aacute;ci vid&iacute;m je&scaron;t\u011b dal&scaron;&iacute; smysl. V tom, \u017ee bych se m\u011bl d\u011blit o informace, kter&eacute; m\u011b pomohly a m\u016f\u017eou pomoci i ostatn&iacute;m. I kdyby to m\u011bl b&yacute;t jen jeden \u010dlov\u011bk, tak to m&aacute; smysl. Mysl&iacute;m si, \u017ee se do budoucna budu zab&yacute;vat jak zdrav&yacute;m j&iacute;dlem, tak t&iacute;m, aby lidi \u017eili spokojen\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; \u017eivot a nedr\u017eeli v sob\u011b pr&aacute;v\u011b ty negativn&iacute; emoce.
