Vystudoval Vysokou &scaron;kolu zem\u011bd\u011blskou v Brn\u011b, obor technologie potravin. Po &scaron;kole pracoval jako konzultant vrcholov&yacute;ch sportovc\u016f. Postupn\u011b se v&scaron;ak jeho klientela roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159ila i o ve\u0159ejnost bojuj&iacute;c&iacute; s nadv&aacute;hou a obezitou, medi&aacute;ln\u011b zn&aacute;m&yacute; se stal d&iacute;ky reality show Jste to, co j&iacute;te. <br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #003d7c;\"><strong>Petra Lamschov&aacute;<\/strong><\/span> je spoluautorka knihy a &scaron;&eacute;fredaktorka \u010dasopisu Dieta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Vy jste \u0159&iacute;kal, \u017ee je vhodn&eacute; mno\u017estv&iacute; p&scaron;enice ve strav\u011b omezit. Nikomu z n&aacute;s tedy nep\u0159ijde divn&eacute;, \u017ee pat\u0159&iacute; k na&scaron;emu ka\u017edodenn&iacute;mu stravov&aacute;n&iacute;. M&aacute;me celou \u0159adu tradi\u010dn&iacute;ch surovin, ze kter&yacute;ch se d&aacute; pom\u011brn\u011b norm&aacute;ln\u011b va\u0159it. P&scaron;enice byla v na&scaron;em stravov&aacute;n&iacute; v\u017edycky, ale byla zde i pohanka, \u017eito nebo proso. V&scaron;echny tyto suroviny lze do stravov&aacute;n&iacute; za\u0159adit.<br \/><\/span><br \/><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jak se t\u0159eba stravujete vy?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Petr Havl&iacute;\u010dek: J&aacute; si mysl&iacute;m, \u017ee m&aacute;m stravov&aacute;n&iacute; pom\u011brn\u011b pestr&eacute;. J&aacute; se stravuji jako ka\u017ed&yacute; norm&aacute;ln&iacute; \u010cech, ale jsem nesm&iacute;rn\u011b mlsn&yacute; a vyb&iacute;rav&yacute;. Nem&aacute;m r&aacute;d t\u0159eba jakkoliv tepeln\u011b upravenou zeleninu, na tu mam fobii u\u017e od d\u011btstv&iacute;.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Petra Lamschov&aacute;: Kdy\u017e jsme tady byli loni touto dobou, tak jsem den p\u0159edem ve\u010der d\u011blala Petrovi sal&aacute;t a sn\u011bdl ho.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Petr Havl&iacute;\u010dek: Ale za syrova.<br \/><\/span><br \/><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vyzkou&scaron;eli jste v&scaron;echny recepty, kter&eacute; se v knize objevuj&iacute;? Jsou to va&scaron;e n&aacute;pady nebo jste n\u011bkde \u010derpali inspiraci?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Petra Lamschov&aacute;: V&scaron;echny jsem je vyzkou&scaron;ela, v\u017edycky to tak d\u011bl&aacute;m. Nikdy ned&aacute;v&aacute;me do kn&iacute;\u017eek recepty, kter&eacute; nezkus&iacute;me, to nejde. Pod to bych se nemohla podepsat a styd\u011bla bych se. \u0158ekn\u011bme, \u017ee zhruba 90 procent recept\u016f je m&yacute;ch nebo na&scaron;ich. Petr ty recepty t\u0159eba pot&eacute; opravuje. T\u011bch zbyl&yacute;ch 10 procent \u010derp&aacute;m, m&aacute;m r&aacute;da zahrani\u010dn&iacute; kuchyni. Oba m&aacute;me s Petrem r&aacute;di dobrou a jednoduchou kuchyni.
