Druh&aacute; varianta je naopak sp&iacute;&scaron;e o tom, \u017ee se sice do realizace sv&eacute;ho pl&aacute;nu pust&iacute;me, ale zjist&iacute;me, \u017ee prost\u011b nem&aacute;me tak silnou v\u016fli, jak bychom cht\u011bli a nejsme schopn&iacute; vydr\u017eet nap\u0159&iacute;klad cel&yacute; m\u011bs&iacute;c bez \u010dokol&aacute;dy.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Cel&eacute; je to nekone\u010dn&yacute; kruh, do kter&eacute;ho spad&aacute;me i n\u011bkolikr&aacute;t do roka. Nesestavila v knize j&iacute;deln&iacute;\u010dek, podle kter&eacute;ho po m\u011bs&iacute;ci zhubnete o jednu konfek\u010dn&iacute; velikost. Tohle jsou podle n&iacute; &bdquo;drastick&eacute; metody&ldquo;, kter&eacute; d\u0159&iacute;ve nebo pozd\u011bji stejn\u011b poru&scaron;&iacute;me, nebo si na n\u011b na&scaron;e t\u011blo navykne a postupem \u010dasu zjist&iacute;me, \u017ee na&scaron;e t\u011blo na n\u011b u\u017e nereaguje (ale naopak sp&iacute;&scaron;e stagnuje).<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">U\u017e podle samotn&eacute;ho n&aacute;zvu &#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #003d7c;\"><a href=\"\/Kniha\/poklepavani-1\"><span style=\"color: #003d7c;\">Poklep&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute;<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; je tak&eacute; odvozena metoda celkov&eacute;ho zlep&scaron;en&iacute; na&scaron;eho my&scaron;len&iacute;, viz&aacute;\u017ee i vnit\u0159n&iacute;ho rozpolo\u017een&iacute;.
