Jsou to syst&eacute;my, kter&eacute; funguj&iacute; tis&iacute;ce let. Ve st\u0159edov\u011bku u n&aacute;s je&scaron;t\u011b \u017e&aacute;dn&aacute; medic&iacute;na nebyla, v Evrop\u011b fungovali jen masti\u010dk&aacute;\u0159i, kde\u017eto jinde se u\u017e operovaly o\u010dn&iacute; z&aacute;kaly. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><em><strong>U n&aacute;s je ten pohled na toto t&eacute;ma pom\u011brn\u011b konzervativn&iacute;. V&scaron;echny recepty jsou vyzkou&scaron;en&eacute; a nafocen&eacute;. M&aacute;me tam i &uacute;vod, co to je detoxikace, jak se p\u0159ipravuj&iacute; &scaron;\u0165&aacute;vy, jak&eacute; jsou z&aacute;kladn&iacute; postupy a suroviny. Recepty jsou jednoduch&eacute;, jde jen o to, abychom doma m\u011bli mix&eacute;r \u010di od&scaron;\u0165av\u0148ova\u010d. Je to takov&aacute; p\u0159&iacute;ru\u010dka ov\u011b\u0159en&yacute;ch recept\u016f. Jsou zam\u011b\u0159eny na to, zda ochlazuj&iacute; \u010di zah\u0159&iacute;vaj&iacute;. Jsou tam tak&eacute; stru\u010dn&eacute; popisky, co ten n&aacute;poj obsahuje a jak&eacute; m&aacute; vlastnosti.<br \/><\/span><br \/><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Abychom tady neplavali v pojmech. Jak&yacute; je vlastn\u011b rozd&iacute;l mezi smmothie a klasick&yacute;m p\u0159&iacute;rodn&iacute;m n&aacute;pojem?<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na konci knihy m&aacute;me ot&aacute;zky a odpov\u011bdi, kde je uvedeno, co jsou &scaron;\u0165&aacute;vy a co to jsou smoothie. M\u011b by zaj&iacute;malo, jestli m&aacute; p\u016fst n\u011bjak&aacute; rizika?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">M&aacute;me tam kapitolu o p\u016fstech a detoxikac&iacute;ch. Lid&eacute; se \u010dasto boj&iacute;, \u017ee ten p\u016fst nevydr\u017e&iacute;. Je to nejl&eacute;pe n&aacute;hrada sn&iacute;dan\u011b, kdy\u017e sn&iacute;me n\u011bco t\u011b\u017ek&eacute;ho ve\u010der a r&aacute;no nem&aacute;me hlad. M&iacute;sto ob\u011bda je to sp&iacute;&scaron;e v dob\u011b, kdy\u017e m&aacute;m n\u011bjak&yacute; odleh\u010den&yacute; den, v p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b, \u017ee nemohu m&iacute;t klasick&yacute; va\u0159en&yacute; ob\u011bd.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><em><strong>&Uacute;dajn\u011b v p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b probl&eacute;mu se &scaron;t&iacute;tnou \u017el&aacute;zou nen&iacute; vhodn&eacute; zel&iacute;. Zaj&iacute;mal by m\u011b v&aacute;&scaron; n&aacute;zor. Je na tom n\u011bco pravdy?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u010c&aacute;ste\u010dn\u011b to pravda je. Proto\u017ee zel&iacute;, brokolice, kv\u011bt&aacute;k obsahuj&iacute; l&aacute;tky, kter&eacute; do jist&eacute; m&iacute;ry blokuj&iacute; \u010dinnost &scaron;t&iacute;tn&eacute; \u017el&aacute;zy. Ale ten efekt &scaron;\u0165&aacute;v a smoothies je v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e negativn&iacute; str&aacute;nka t\u011bchto potravin. Plat&iacute; princip, \u017ee cokoliv, co je zdrav&eacute; a j&iacute; se denn\u011b, je &scaron;patn\u011b. I velk&eacute; mno\u017estv&iacute; n\u011bkter&eacute; zeleniny mohou m&iacute;t nep\u0159&iacute;zniv&yacute; vliv na zdrav&iacute;, pokud se jed&iacute; ka\u017ed&yacute; den. Pokud budete potraviny st\u0159&iacute;dat, tak to nem&aacute; v&yacute;razn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; vliv na &scaron;t&iacute;tnou \u017el&aacute;zu.
