Byl jste p\u0159ekvapen, kdy\u017e jste popisoval, jak se v tov&aacute;rn&aacute;ch zpracuje to, co n&aacute;m pot&eacute; p\u0159istane na tal&iacute;\u0159i?<\/strong><\/em>J&iacute;dlo s.r.o. je pro m\u011b naprosto z&aacute;sadn&iacute; kniha, stejn\u011b jako ten po\u0159ad. Z toho po\u0159adu m&aacute;m velkou radost, proto\u017ee m&aacute; posledn&iacute; dva roky asi 25 milionu zhl&eacute;dnut&iacute;. Za\u010dalo to vlastn\u011b cel&eacute; t&iacute;m, \u017ee mi &scaron;estilet&aacute; d&iacute;venka v na&scaron;ich kurzech va\u0159en&iacute; \u0159ekla, \u017ee se ku\u0159&aacute;tko narodilo v Kauflandu. To byl pro m\u011b takov&yacute; prvn&iacute; v&yacute;znamn&yacute; moment. Pak jsem se dozv\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee jsou kravi\u010dky fialov&eacute;, \u017ee se do \u010dokol&aacute;dy p\u0159id&aacute;v&aacute; smet&aacute;nka. Ned&aacute;v&aacute; se tam smet&aacute;nka, je to kravina. Gastronomie je exaktn&iacute;, spo\u010ditateln&aacute; v\u011bda. Tam nejsou n&aacute;hody, na n&aacute;hody tady m&aacute; licenci jeden jedin&yacute; \u010dlov\u011bk. L&aacute;d&iacute;k, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b. M\u011b by zaj&iacute;malo, jestli se v&aacute;m stalo, \u017ee v&aacute;s n\u011bjak&aacute; ta fabrika nepustila na to nat&aacute;\u010den&iacute;?<\/strong> <br \/><\/em>Nedok&aacute;\u017eu v&aacute;m \u0159&iacute;ct, co je vede k tomu, aby n&aacute;s nepustili dovnit\u0159. Nicm&eacute;n\u011b v\u011bt&scaron;inou n&aacute;s do t\u011bch fabrik pou&scaron;t\u011bj&iacute;, kdy\u017e n&aacute;s nepust&iacute;, maj&iacute; objektivn&iacute; body, pro\u010d to ud\u011blat necht\u011bj&iacute;. Pak se to zm\u011bnilo a fabrikanti za\u010dali br&aacute;t lidi k sob\u011b do v&yacute;roby, aby vid\u011bli, o co jde. Aby padal tabu. J&aacute; si mysl&iacute;m, \u017ee to sam&eacute; by m\u011bli d\u011blat fabrikanti i u n&aacute;s st&aacute;le v&iacute;ce. Kdy\u017e lid&eacute; uvid&iacute;, jak funguje v&yacute;roba, tak si mo\u017en&aacute; budou j&iacute;dla v&iacute;ce v&aacute;\u017eit. <\/p>\n<p><em><strong>V knize se \u010dasto mluv&iacute; o tom, jak&aacute; zv&iacute;\u0159ata jsou zab&iacute;jena hum&aacute;nn&iacute;m zp\u016fsobem. Na druhou stranu se n&aacute;s val&iacute; sv\u011bdectv&iacute; ochr&aacute;nc\u016f zv&iacute;\u0159at, \u017ee to tak nen&iacute;.
