Nav&iacute;c nezn&aacute;m moc lid&iacute;, co by se pravideln\u011b chlubili s usm\u011bvav&yacute;m a odpo\u010dat&yacute;m t\u011blem. Naopak, v\u011bt&scaron;inou v&iacute;d&aacute;m stejn\u011b znaven&eacute; kamar&aacute;dy, co se &uacute;navu sna\u017e&iacute; zahnat k&aacute;vou. Od kn&iacute;\u017eky <span style=\"color: #003d7c;\"><strong><a href=\"\/Kniha\/jak-zatocit-s-unavou\"><span style=\"color: #003d7c;\">Jak zato\u010dit s &uacute;navou<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;jsem si slibovala rady, kter&eacute; by mi pomohly zvl&aacute;dat stres a &uacute;navu. Kniha m&aacute; mimo jin&eacute; n&aacute;dhernou ob&aacute;lku. Slune\u010dnice je jedna z m&yacute;ch nejobl&iacute;ben\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ch kv\u011btin a skv\u011ble lad&iacute; s t&eacute;matem, po p\u0159e\u010dten&iacute; u\u017e z\u016fstane jen pozitivn&iacute; a slune\u010dn&aacute; n&aacute;lada&hellip; <br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><em>&bdquo;P\u0159&iacute;znaky jsou v&iacute;ce ne\u017e skute\u010dn&eacute;, ale nedaj&iacute; se l&eacute;\u010dit konven\u010dn&iacute;mi metodami.&ldquo;<\/em> (str. 15)<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Doktorka<\/span> <span style=\"color: #003d7c;\"><strong>Rokedov&aacute;<\/strong><\/span> je holistick&aacute; l&eacute;ka\u0159ka, kter&aacute; se sna\u017e&iacute; ve sv&eacute; knize vyl&eacute;\u010dit v&scaron;echny, kte\u0159&iacute; se c&iacute;t&iacute; b&yacute;t unaven&iacute;. J&aacute; jsem si to myslela p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m d&iacute;ky podobn&eacute; knize <span style=\"color: #003d7c;\"><strong>Mysl je mocn&yacute; l&eacute;ka\u0159<\/strong><\/span> (tak&eacute; z nakladatelstv&iacute; Jota). Ta se zam\u011b\u0159uje v&yacute;hradn\u011b na uzdraven&iacute; nemoci vlastn&iacute; mysl&iacute;. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003d7c;\"><strong>Jak zato\u010dit s &uacute;navou<\/strong><\/span> na to jde trochu jinak. Pot\u011b&scaron;ilo m\u011b, \u017ee doktorka Rokedov&aacute; tak&eacute; db&aacute; o d\u016fv\u011brn&yacute; vztah mezi pacientem a l&eacute;ka\u0159em. V dne&scaron;n&iacute; dob\u011b je b\u011b\u017en&eacute;, \u017ee l&eacute;ka\u0159 sv&eacute;ho pacienta odbyde co mo\u017en&aacute; nejrychleji.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><em>&bdquo;V ur\u010dit&yacute;ch situac&iacute;ch si m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ipadat bezmocn&iacute; a to op\u011bt navozuje stres.&ldquo;<\/em> (strana 186)<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Autorka p\u0159edkl&aacute;d&aacute; propracovan&yacute; pl&aacute;n, d&iacute;ky kter&eacute;mu dostanete &uacute;navu z t\u011bla pry\u010d. Jasn\u011b, nejde o jednoduch&eacute; \u0159e&scaron;en&iacute; jako v p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b polknut&iacute; z&aacute;zra\u010dn&eacute; pilulky, ov&scaron;em efekt je dlouhodob&yacute; a pro t\u011blo prosp\u011b&scaron;n&yacute;. Ke zm\u011bn\u011b je sice pot\u0159eba za\u010d&iacute;t u sebe, to za v&aacute;s \u017e&aacute;dn&aacute; kniha neud\u011bl&aacute;, ale minim&aacute;ln\u011b v&aacute;s nakopne k zamy&scaron;len&iacute; nad vlastn&iacute;m t\u011blem. <br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jak zato\u010dit s &uacute;navou doporu\u010duji v&scaron;em, kte\u0159&iacute; se ob\u010das c&iacute;t&iacute; unaven&iacute; a c&iacute;t&iacute;, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba n\u011bco zm\u011bnit.
