Proto m\u011b zajala elegantn\u00ed, \u010dist\u00e1, p\u0159ehledn\u00e1 a inspirativn\u00ed kucha\u0159ka od Dominiqua Ansela. Moc se mi l\u00edb\u00ed doprovodn\u00e9 fotografie i origin\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup. Abych byla konkr\u00e9tn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 Dominique Ansel p\u0159istupuje v t\u00e9to knize k pe\u010den\u00ed dobrot jako ke staven\u00ed stavebnice. Nejprve v\u00e1s sezn\u00e1m\u00ed s t\u00edm, jak ud\u011blat z\u00e1klad, pak prost\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st (n\u00e1pl\u0148) a nakonec zavr\u0161en\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad v podob\u011b polevy). Seskl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch z\u00e1klad\u016f, r\u016fzn\u00fdch n\u00e1pln\u00ed nebo r\u016fzn\u00fdch zavr\u0161en\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete dos\u00e1hnout origin\u00e1ln\u00edch dort\u016f \u010di kol\u00e1\u010d\u016f, co\u017e je bezesporu skv\u011bl\u00fd, origin\u00e1ln\u00ed a kreativn\u00ed n\u00e1pad.<\/p>\n<h3>Dominique Ansel<\/h3>\n<p>Dominique Ansel je zn\u00e1m pro svou kreativitu a vynal\u00e9zavost v cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m oboru. P\u0159i\u0161el nap\u0159\u00edklad s n\u00e1padem na cronut (kombinace croissantu a koblihy), cookie shot (ml\u00e9ko ve skleni\u010dce na pan\u00e1ky ze su\u0161enkov\u00e9ho t\u011bsta), sendvi\u010de se zmrzlinou nebo horkou \u010dokol\u00e1du s \u201crozv\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00edm\u201d kv\u011btem z marshmellow. To posledn\u00ed jsem vid\u011bla na Youtube a to \u201crozv\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed\u201d marshmellownu je moc p\u011bkn\u00fd efekt. Dominique Ansel je \u0161\u00e9fcukr\u00e1\u0159em, majitelem pek\u00e1ren a restaurac\u00ed v New Yorku, Lond\u00fdn\u011b, Los Angles a Hongkongu. Je nositelem titulu World\u015b Best Pastry a \u0159ady ocen\u011bn\u00ed, tak\u017ee je v\u00edce ne\u017e zplnomocn\u011bn k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdborn\u00e9 kucha\u0159ky. Fotografie se mi moc l\u00edb\u00ed, proto\u017ee mi ukazuj\u00ed lah\u016fdky, kter\u00e9 bych moc r\u00e1da ochutnala. Jsou velk\u00e9 a n\u011bkdy sahaj\u00ed i p\u0159es celou dvoustr\u00e1nku. N\u011bkdy si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee bych m\u011bla podniknout cestu kolem sv\u011bta jen po cukr\u00e1rn\u00e1ch takov\u00fdch hv\u011bzd jako je Dominique Ansel nebo t\u0159eba Ottolenghi Yotam.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u016fj n\u00e1zor<\/h3>\n<p>Jsem moc r\u00e1da, \u017ee tato kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 kucha\u0159ka zaujala m\u00edsto v m\u00e9 knihovn\u011b a douf\u00e1m, \u017ee brzy najde dost \u010dasu na to, abych n\u011bkter\u00fd z recept\u016f otestovala. N\u00e1dhern\u011b vypad\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad Kol\u00e1\u010d se slan\u00fdm karamelem, m\u0148am. V kucha\u0159ce si ka\u017ed\u00fd najde, co m\u00e1 r\u00e1d.
