V z\u00e1v\u011bru nechyb\u00ed pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed a rejst\u0159\u00edk. Velmi cenn\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 \u00favodn\u00ed str\u00e1nky s tabulkami, kde je rozeps\u00e1n dezert, z\u00e1klad, n\u00e1pl\u0148, dokon\u010den\u00ed a postup, co\u017e je takov\u00fdm praktick\u00fdm dopln\u011bn\u00edm obsahu.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitola o t\u011bstech za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 obs\u00e1hl\u00fdm n\u00e1vodem jak na korpus z k\u0159ehk\u00e9ho t\u011bsta. Po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u00favodu n\u00e1sleduj\u00ed informace o tom, co vznikne, o \u010dasu, surovin\u00e1ch a vybaven\u00ed. Recepty na prvn\u00ed pohled vypadaj\u00ed slo\u017eit\u011b, ale postup je pe\u010dliv\u011b rozeps\u00e1n do n\u011bkolika bod\u016f: od p\u0159\u00edpravy t\u011bsta, chlazen\u00ed, p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed trouby, p\u0159es vyv\u00e1len\u00ed a vytvarov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bsta a\u017e po vyklopen\u00ed korpusu. Dal\u0161\u00ed informace se v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ke skladov\u00e1n\u00ed, s \u010d\u00edm to spojit, nebo n\u00e1vrh\u016fm pro inspiraci. Ve zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00e9m obd\u00e9ln\u00edku jsou pak odkazy na ostatn\u00ed recepty s dan\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem. Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 postupy a techniky jsou u\u017e jen t\u0159e\u0161ni\u010dkou na dortu v\u0161em n\u00e1vod\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi m\u011b zaujala tak\u00e9 slova Dominiqua Ansela vlo\u017een\u00e1 mezi recepty. Moc m\u011b bavilo je \u010d\u00edst a l\u00edbilo se mi, jak jsou lidsk\u00e1 a mil\u00e1. Uznejte sami z uk\u00e1zky ze zamy\u0161len\u00ed s n\u00e1zvem Je to jako ve \u0161kolce: d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1klady: <em>\u201eZkuste br\u00e1t ka\u017ed\u00fd recept jako sv\u016fj prvn\u00ed den ve \u0161kolce a pamatujte na to p\u0159i \u010dten\u00ed receptu i pe\u010den\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed den ve \u0161kolce nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 tresty, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u00fakoly, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 term\u00edny. Seznamujete se prost\u011b se z\u00e1klady: s abecedou, se sv\u00fdm pracovn\u00edm m\u00edstem. I kdy\u017e v\u00e1m to zpo\u010d\u00e1tku m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, za \u010das se to pro v\u00e1s stane n\u011b\u010d\u00edm \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159irozen\u00fdm, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed jen na tom, jak \u010dasto a pe\u010dliv\u011b to budete opakovat.\u201c <\/em>(str. 63)<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9ct dok\u00e1\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed form\u00e1t, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu vynikaj\u00ed fotografie v\u00fdsledn\u00fdch dobrot. Jsou opravdu \u010dist\u00e9, bez n\u011bjak\u00e9 poskvrnky a tam, kde je cukr, m\u00e1te tendenci jej sfouknout. P\u0159i pohledu na v\u00fdsledek pe\u010den\u00ed m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk hned chu\u0165 se do dan\u00e9ho receptu pustit. A to i za cenu, \u017ee v\u00fdsledek z\u0159ejm\u011b nebude tak vymazlen\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Kucha\u0159ka obsahuje jak spoustu cenn\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch recept\u016f, tak je studnic\u00ed inspirace p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z hlediska kombinac\u00ed.
