Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b si sv\u016fj mozek m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159edstavit jako akv\u00e1rium. Tomu se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 vizualizace a t\u00e9 Stenger vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 naplno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>My\u0161len\u00ed, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, hled\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama, jak si zapamatovat z\u00e1plavu informac\u00ed a jsme schopni d\u011blat v\u00edce v\u011bc\u00ed na jednou? I o tom jsou jednotliv\u00e9 kapitoly. Autorka si zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 na tom, aby \u010dten\u00e1\u0159 pochopil, co \u010dte a dok\u00e1zal to vyu\u017e\u00edt v praxi. Ukazuje, jak modern\u00ed technologie obohacuj\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot i jak negativn\u011b na n\u00e1s mohou p\u016fsobit. Kolikr\u00e1t jste se b\u011bhem \u010dten\u00ed t\u00e9to recenze pod\u00edvali na telefon, abyste zkontrolovali, zda v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo n\u011bkde n\u011bco \u201elajknul\u201c? Mozek toti\u017e neum\u00ed d\u011blat dv\u011b v\u011bci najednou, a\u010d si to mo\u017en\u00e1 mysl\u00edte. On jen nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1 mezi nimi a bere ze z\u00e1sob energii, kterou by mohl pou\u017e\u00edt na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Zn\u00e1te stereotyp. V\u011bci a situace, kter\u00e9 se odv\u00edjej\u00ed st\u00e1le a st\u00e1le stejn\u011b. Pro n\u00e1\u0161 mozek je ale stereotyp to prav\u00e9. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edc stereotypn\u00edch situac\u00ed, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b energie na danou \u010dinnost pot\u0159ebuje. Je to jako \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed auta. Kdy\u017e jste si poprv\u00e9 sedli za volant, vypadalo nemo\u017en\u011b propojit pohyby a instrukce \u2013 se\u0161l\u00e1pnout spojku, m\u00edt nohu na brzdov\u00e9m ped\u00e1lu, za\u0159adit rychlost, sledovat provoz, p\u0159id\u00e1vat plyn, pou\u0161t\u011bt brzdu a nakonec se rozjet. Po mnoha hodin\u00e1ch u\u017e to tak slo\u017eit\u00e9 nen\u00ed a nakonec tyto \u00fakony vykon\u00e1v\u00e1me automaticky. Mozek registruje, co a jak d\u011bl\u00e1te, ale nemus\u00ed se na to pln\u011b soust\u0159edit. A tak je to u v\u0161eho. Jen mu mus\u00edme dop\u0159\u00e1t pauzu, aby na\u010derpal energii.<\/p>\n<p>Christiane Stenger je d\u016fsledn\u00e1 v uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed zdroj\u016f a studi\u00ed. Pokud m\u00e1te tedy z\u00e1jem, m\u016f\u017eete si o mozku, jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed, pam\u011bti, motivaci \u010di rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed nastudovat i odborn\u00e9 publikace. Podle m\u00e9ho v\u00e1m bude sta\u010dit tato kniha, abyste pochopili z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy, objevili techniky, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1\u0161 mozek nakopnou k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kreativit\u011b, produktivit\u011b a nakonec t\u0159eba i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed inteligenci. A pozor, pokud se domn\u00edv\u00e1te, \u017ee to zvl\u00e1dnete z pohodl\u00ed gau\u010de, budete nemile p\u0159ekvapeni.
