Ob\u011b jsme se byly na kurzu jen pod\u00edvat, ov\u0161em kdy\u017e se na konci semin\u00e1\u0159e uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee n\u00e1s v objektu n\u011bkdo zamknul, p\u0159i\u0161la mezi uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00fdmi frekventanty \u0159e\u010d na ledascos, v\u010detn\u011b pravidel pozitivn\u00edho sobectv\u00ed. Michaela u\u010d\u00ed na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole, ve voln\u00e9m \u010dase si ale za\u010dala ps\u00e1t blog a tak\u00e9 publikovat \u010dl\u00e1nky v life-stylov\u00fdch \u010dasopisech. Prvn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek na blogu pojedn\u00e1val pr\u00e1v\u011b o pozitivn\u00edm sobectv\u00edm, pak n\u00e1sledovala dlouh\u00e1 \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f, ale k pozitivn\u00edmu sobectv\u00ed to Michaelu (a jej\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159ky) st\u00e1le t\u00e1hlo. Nakonec se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o nosn\u00e9 t\u00e9ma na knihu, vyd\u00e1n\u00ed se ujalo respektovan\u00e9 nakladatelstv\u00ed Grada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Co to tedy to \u201epozitivn\u00ed sobectv\u00ed\u201c vlastn\u011b je? \u00a0Cel\u00e1 my\u0161lenka vych\u00e1z\u00ed z toho, \u017ee pokud m\u00e1me b\u00fdt spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a tak\u00e9 prosp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9mu okol\u00ed, mus\u00edme se nau\u010dit starat se hlavn\u011b sami o sebe. Pot\u0159ebujeme si ujasnit sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto na t\u00e9to zemi, pe\u010dovat o vztahy s bl\u00edzk\u00fdmi a kolem sebe vytvo\u0159it funk\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a \u0159\u00e1d, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m bude vyhovovat. Najdete tu p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy, kter\u00e9 ilustruj\u00ed dan\u00fd probl\u00e9m, nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed situace, kter\u00e9 se s pravidlem poj\u00ed. Najdete tu tak\u00e9 dost m\u00edsta na pozn\u00e1mky, nebo\u0165 jak autorka sama doporu\u010duje \u2013 nejlep\u0161\u00ed je pojmout knihu jako z\u00e1pisn\u00edk sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch post\u0159eh\u016f a my\u0161lenek. Ilustrac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 k dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo vyb\u00edzej\u00ed, je ostatn\u011b v knize v\u00edc ne\u017e dost. Krom\u011b toho v knize naraz\u00edte tak\u00e9 na v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 u\u017e jste asi n\u011bkdy sly\u0161eli \u010di \u010detli \u2013 zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pokud se zaj\u00edm\u00e1te o tento typ literatury. Tu na v\u00e1s vykoukne Leo Babauta a jeho Zen a hotovo, tu zase Timothy Ferris a jeho \u201e\u010dty\u0159hodinov\u00e9 knihy\u201c, jindy \u00a0zase naraz\u00edte na Murakamiho a jeho knihu o b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed. Ostatn\u011b seznam doporu\u010den\u00e9 literatury k dal\u0161\u00edmu \u010dten\u00ed najdete na konci ka\u017ed\u00e9 kapitoly a a\u010d jsem velkou \u0159\u00e1dku knih \u010detla, p\u00e1r tip\u016f jsem si p\u0159ece jen poznamenala. Pokud se zaj\u00edm\u00e1te o sou\u010dasn\u00e9 trendy, tak p\u0159i \u010dten\u00ed t\u00e9to knihy tak\u00e9 zaj\u00e1s\u00e1te \u2013 dost pozornosti je v\u011bnov\u00e1no oblasti Work \u2013 life balance (sla\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho a osobn\u00edho \u017eivota), digit\u00e1ln\u00edmu nom\u00e1dstv\u00ed, zdrav\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu. Timemanagementu, nebo t\u0159eba Feng Shui.<\/p>\n<p>Mus\u00edm Michaele p\u0159iznat, \u017ee se j\u00ed v\u0161echny tipy, n\u00e1m\u011bty a post\u0159ehy poda\u0159ilo dokonale zpracovat do jasn\u00e9ho a p\u0159ehledn\u00e9ho celku. Co se t\u00fd\u010de \u00faplnosti a vy\u010derpanosti t\u00e9matu, nen\u00ed, co bych knize mohla vytknout. Jedin\u00e9, co trochu postr\u00e1d\u00e1m, je humor. P\u0159i\u0161la mi m\u00e1lo emotivn\u00ed, sp\u00ed\u0161 pragmatick\u00e1 ne\u017e vtipn\u00e1 a z\u00e1bavn\u00e1. P\u0159ece jen bych se u takov\u00e9 knihy i r\u00e1da ob\u010das zasm\u00e1la\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Komu je kniha ur\u010dena? Hlavn\u011b t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou \u00fapln\u011b spokojeni s \u017eivotem, kter\u00fd vedou, ale nena\u0161li zat\u00edm odvahu to zm\u011bnit. Vz\u00edt k srdci by si ji m\u011bli ale hlavn\u011b lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed pro samou pr\u00e1ci pro druh\u00e9, zapom\u00ednaj\u00ed na sebe \u2013 lid\u00e9 v pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00edch profes\u00edch, lid\u00e9 pe\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed o bl\u00edzkou osobu, ti, kte\u0159\u00ed si na\u0161li jedin\u00fd smysl \u017eivota v pr\u00e1ci a \u017eivot kolem jim proplouv\u00e1 mezi prsty. Kniha v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci naj\u00edt pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, uk\u00e1zat cesty, jak se vypo\u0159\u00e1dat se stresem, jak si v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b hledat radosti a nach\u00e1zet sp\u0159\u00edzn\u011bn\u00e9 du\u0161e. Co si z knihy odn\u00e1\u0161\u00edm j\u00e1? Zaujala m\u011b kapitolka v\u011bnovan\u00e1 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edm a zejm\u00e9na uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed je, \u017ee m\u00e1 tendenci si plnit.
