Rodinn\u00fd podve\u010der, kdy jsou sice v\u0161ichni doma, ale ne spolu \u2013 d\u011bti si hraj\u00ed s tabletem, otec sed\u00ed u po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 hry a matka pro\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 e-maily na telefonu. Uklidit si ve sv\u00fdch elektronick\u00fdch mil\u00e1\u010dc\u00edch \u2013 odinstalovat nepou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 programy, smazat zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 dokumenty, ud\u011blat si po\u0159\u00e1dek ve fotk\u00e1ch, kontaktech. Nepou\u017e\u00edvat telefony u ob\u011bda, vystrnadit je z lo\u017enice, vyhradit jim \u010das nab\u00edjen\u00ed, kter\u00fd pro n\u00e1s znamen\u00e1 volno. C\u00edlem by m\u011blo b\u00fdt pou\u017e\u00edvat technologie zdrav\u011b, aby n\u00e1m slou\u017eily a nikoliv abychom my slou\u017eili jim.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou nedostatky knihy? Asi samotn\u00e1 podstata, snaha napasovat docela zaj\u00edmavou problematiku do jednoduch\u00e9 self-help p\u0159\u00edru\u010dky s praktick\u00fdmi cvi\u010den\u00edmi a testy. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme jin\u00fd a co n\u011bkdo pova\u017euje za z\u00e1sadn\u00ed probl\u00e9m jin\u00fd vn\u00edm\u00e1 jako v\u00fdhodu. Kn\u00ed\u017eka je u\u017e i trochu zastaral\u00e1, poprv\u00e9 p\u0159ece jen vy\u0161la u\u017e p\u0159ed 4 roky a t\u0159eba n\u00e1stup tablet\u016f pomalu ani nestihla zaznamenat.
