V\u00e1\u017en\u011b jsme uzp\u016fsobeni k tomu, abychom pili litry ml\u00e9ka, jedli cel\u00fd den jen p\u0161enici nebo tr\u00e1pili sv\u00e9 t\u011blo stravou, pro kter\u00e9 nem\u00e1 vyu\u017eit\u00ed? Pro\u010d m\u00e1me v sou\u010dasnosti najednou tak hojn\u00fd v\u00fdskyt modern\u00edch chorob, kter\u00e9 na\u0161i p\u0159edci neznali?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kniha <a href=\"http:\/\/neoluxor.cz\/popularne-naucna\/jidlo-na-prvnim-miste--206712\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">J\u00eddlo na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b<\/a> p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed netradi\u010dn\u00ed pohled na jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd by se zjednodu\u0161en\u011b dal shrnout do pravidla: Nejezte to, co neprosp\u00edv\u00e1 va\u0161emu t\u011blu! Tato formulka se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt jednoduch\u00e1, ale bohu\u017eel tomu tak v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b nen\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina potravin, kter\u00fdmi jsme obklopeni, na\u0161emu t\u011blu v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed k u\u017eitku a je tak pot\u0159eba pe\u010dliv\u011b hledat.<\/p>\n<p>Jednotliv\u00e9 kapitoly v knize jsou logicky poskl\u00e1dan\u00e9 a provedou v\u00e1s podrobn\u011b v\u0161emi aspekty stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e po k\u00fd\u017een\u00fd c\u00edl v podob\u011b programu Whole30, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee detoxikovat organismus. Po uplynut\u00ed t\u0159icetidenn\u00edho programu se sami rozhodnete, zda se vr\u00e1t\u00edte k p\u016fvodn\u00edmu zp\u016fsobu \u017eivota, \u010di bude pokra\u010dovat v m\u00e9n\u011b striktn\u00edm j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku a sami auto\u0159i doporu\u010duj\u00ed vyzkou\u0161et si potraviny, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m v programu chyb\u011bly. Patrn\u011b tu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee se k nim stejn\u011b nevr\u00e1t\u00edte :-).<\/p>\n<p>Kniha ale nen\u00ed pouze o programu, k tomu se dostanete a\u017e po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch pas\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v\u011bnovan\u00fdch j\u00eddlu a jeho vlivu na t\u011blo. Dozv\u00edte se v\u00edce o fugov\u00e1n\u00ed hormon\u016f, kter\u00e9 ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f nefunguj\u00ed spr\u00e1v\u011b, auto\u0159i v\u00e1m tak\u00e9 vysv\u011btl\u00ed, jak na\u0161e t\u011blo ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 potraviny. Samotnou m\u011b p\u0159ekvapilo, co v\u0161e dok\u00e1\u017eou zp\u016fsobit rozhozen\u00e9 hormony a uv\u011bdomila jsem si, \u017ee a\u010dkoliv by m\u011blo j\u00eddlo slou\u017eit pouze k zasycen\u00ed, nejsem ochotn\u00e1 se n\u011bkter\u00fdch kousk\u016f vzd\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud uva\u017eujete o zm\u011bn\u011b j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, nebo v\u00e1s jen zaj\u00edm\u00e1, co v\u0161e j\u00eddlo ovliv\u0148uje, ur\u010dit\u011b s\u00e1hn\u011bte po knize <a href=\"http:\/\/neoluxor.cz\/popularne-naucna\/jidlo-na-prvnim-miste--206712\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">J\u00eddlo na prvn\u00ed m\u00edst\u011b<\/a>. Samotn\u00fd program ur\u010dit\u011b stoj\u00ed za vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na z toho d\u016fvodu, \u017ee sami nej\u00edte nic, co by pro t\u011blo nebylo dobr\u00e9. Nemus\u00edte po\u010d\u00edtat kalorie, j\u00edst pouze d\u011blenou stravu nebo dr\u017eet hladovku.
