I kdy\u017e jsme ka\u017ed\u00fd jin\u00fd a n\u00e1\u0161 mikrobiom je jedine\u010dn\u00fd jako otisk prstu a je ovlivn\u011bn\u00fd faktory jako je v\u011bk, celkov\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl nebo u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f, toto pravidlo je platn\u00e9 na sto procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vy s\u00e1m jste se po zdravotn\u00edch komplikac\u00edch p\u0159eorientoval z\u00a0maso\u017eravce na vegetari\u00e1na. \u00a0Jak dlouho to trvalo a jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem jste na tak velkou zm\u011bnu v\u00a0\u017eivotn\u00edm stylu \u0161el?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00a0m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jsem se vlastn\u00ed nedbalost\u00ed dostal doslova a\u017e na hranu, dostal jsem toti\u017e infarkt. Pak teprve jsem se za\u010dal zab\u00fdvat zdravou \u017eivotospr\u00e1vou. Tyhle v\u011bci toti\u017e l\u00e9ka\u0159e ve \u0161kole neu\u010d\u00ed, a v\u00a0r\u00e1mci profesn\u00edho \u017eivota pak sklouz\u00e1v\u00e1me do nezdrav\u00e9 rutiny a do toho, \u017ee sp\u00ed\u0161e l\u00e9\u010d\u00edme chorobu a ne\u0159e\u0161\u00edme jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu. Velmi z\u0159\u00eddka se l\u00e9ka\u0159i zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed o celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed pacienta. S\u00a0kompletn\u00ed zm\u011bnou m\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku mi pomohla moje \u017eena. Kdy\u017e jsem ji potkal, tak jsem se ze za\u010d\u00e1tku dost divil tomu, co si d\u00e1v\u00e1 na tal\u00ed\u0159. Sam\u00e1 zelenina, maso p\u0159idala jen kv\u016fli mn\u011b a jen kousek. Nech\u00e1pal jsme, jak na takov\u00e9 strav\u011b dok\u00e1\u017ee fungovat. A asi si dok\u00e1\u017eete p\u0159edstavit ty moje vtipy o j\u00eddle pro kr\u00e1l\u00edky\u2026 Po infarktu mi do stravy postupn\u011b a trp\u011bliv\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1vala zeleninu.\u00a0 Trvalo to asi dva roky, ne\u017e natolik zm\u011bnila m\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, \u017ee pro m\u011b najednou bylo p\u0159irozen\u00e9 vym\u011bnit maso za zeleninu, ovoce a celozrnn\u00e9 produkty. Najednou jsem zjistil, \u017ee tyto v\u011bci tvo\u0159\u00ed 80 % obsahu m\u00e9ho tal\u00ed\u0159e, co\u017e by pro m\u011b p\u0159ed p\u00e1r lety bylo nemysliteln\u00e9. N\u00e1sledn\u00e9 vysazen\u00ed masa na nulu u\u017e byl pom\u011brn\u011b rychl\u00fd krok, byl to skoro ze dne na den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To n\u00ed jako zvl\u00e1dnuteln\u00e1 zm\u011bna. Pokud m\u00e1 n\u011bkdo chu\u0165 za\u010d\u00edt j\u00edst v\u00a0nov\u00e9m roce zdrav\u011bji, jak\u00e9 pravidlo byste mu doporu\u010dil p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dn\u011bte postupn\u011b, v\u017edy uberte n\u011bco nezdrav\u00e9ho a nahra\u010fte to zdrav\u00fdm. Po m\u011bs\u00edci se pod\u00edvejte zp\u00e1tky a zhodno\u0165te, jak\u00fd to m\u011blo efekt. Kdy\u017e uvid\u00edte, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00edte l\u00e9pe, leh\u010deji se v\u00e1m bude d\u011blat dal\u0161\u00ed krok. V\u011b\u0159te mi, \u017ee nen\u00ed kam posp\u00edchat, jde p\u0159ece o zm\u011bnu, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt udr\u017eiteln\u00e1. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 f\u00e1ze zm\u011bny j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku by m\u011bla b\u00fdt individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1me potravu jinak. U n\u011bkoho tedy p\u0159echod na rostlinnou stravu m\u016f\u017ee trvat t\u00fddny, u jin\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00edce. Na sv\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edklad\u011b tohle u\u010d\u00edm i sv\u00e9 pacienty. Tr\u00e1vic\u00ed trakt, kter\u00fd byl l\u00e9ta nastaven\u00fd na p\u0159\u00edjem ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u017eivin, velmi t\u011b\u017eko jen tak p\u0159enastav\u00edte bez \u201e\u00fajmy na zdrav\u00ed\u201c, bez tr\u00e1vic\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Velmi tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 va\u0161e okol\u00ed. Ne, \u017ee byste si kv\u016fli zdrav\u00e9 strav\u011b m\u011bli vymazat p\u016flku telefonn\u00edho seznamu, ale pokud jste obklopeni jen lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed jed\u00ed nezdrav\u011b a pij\u00ed alkohol, \u010dasto v\u00e1s to vr\u00e1t\u00ed zp\u011bt do jejich zvyk\u016f. V&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je t\u0159eba vytrvat, proto\u017ee zdravotn\u00ed benefity takov\u00e9 zm\u011bny jsou obrovsk\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nem\u011bly s\u00a0va\u0161imi recepty pot\u00ed\u017ee va\u0161e d\u011bti? Ty p\u0159ece jen ob\u010das um\u00ed ledacos odm\u00edtat\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moje man\u017eelka nau\u010dila d\u011bti na rostlinnou stravu taky postupn\u011b. Nezakazujeme na\u0161im d\u011btem j\u00edst maso, ale doma maj\u00ed jin\u00fd typ stravy. U\u010d\u00ed se, \u017ee j\u00eddlo nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt jen maso a r\u00fd\u017ee, \u017ee jsou i jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Je to o zvyku. To, co jim d\u0159\u00edve nechutnalo, si te\u010f chod\u00ed p\u0159idat. Dokonce i ve \u0161kole si vyb\u00edraj\u00ed zeleninovou variantu j\u00eddla \u2013 v\u011bt\u0161inou. Je to jen o t\u0159\u00edben\u00ed chu\u0165ov\u00fdch poh\u00e1rk\u016f. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee si doma pov\u00edd\u00e1me o tom, co je zdrav\u00e9 a co ne, tak\u017ee to jejich rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed ovlivn\u00ed. Klademe na to d\u016fraz a neust\u00e1le vysv\u011btlujeme, proto\u017ee tohle je stejn\u00e9 u d\u011bt\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00fdch \u2013 kdy\u017e v\u011bcem porozum\u00ed, sn\u00e1ze je p\u0159ijmou za vlastn\u00ed. Recepty, kter\u00e9 jsou v&nbsp;knize, jsou z&nbsp;dlouholet\u00e9ho zkou\u0161en\u00ed moj\u00ed \u017eeny Martiny. Kupujeme sez\u00f3nn\u00ed ovoce, zeleninu i o\u0159echy. Bylinky si p\u011bstujeme sami. Kdy\u017e jich zrovna m\u00e1me hodn\u011b, vyrob\u00edme z\u00a0nich t\u0159eba pesto nebo je zamraz\u00edme. Dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u017easnou v\u011bc\u00ed, kterou si p\u0159ipravujeme doma, jsou fermentovan\u00e9 potraviny. V\u011bci, kter\u00e9 nese\u017eeneme na trz\u00edch, kupujeme v\u00a0biokvalit\u011b v\u00a0obl\u00edben\u00fdch obchodech. Kam bychom se ve zdrav\u00e9m stravov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bli dopracovat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee v\u011bda n\u00e1m v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b poskytla u\u017e dostatek jasn\u00fdch d\u016fkaz\u016f o tom, co pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed um\u00ed d\u011blat rostlinn\u00e1 strava. Jedna z\u00a0nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch publikac\u00ed medic\u00edny zalo\u017een\u00e9 na d\u016fkazech \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee p\u016flka zdrav\u00e9ho tal\u00ed\u0159e by m\u011bla obsahovat ovoce nebo zeleninu a ta druh\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt tvo\u0159ena celozrnnou stravou, b\u00edlkovinami rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu a nenasycen\u00fdmi rostlinn\u00fdmi oleji.
