Inspirovala v\u00e1s k&nbsp;jej\u00edmu naps\u00e1n\u00ed i v\u0161eobecn\u00e1 panika covidov\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed?<\/strong><br \/>\nS psan\u00edm jsem za\u010dal n\u011bkdy na ja\u0159e lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku, ale zp\u016fsob uva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a obsah knihy vznikal v&nbsp;m\u00e9m profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. Covid m\u011b inspiroval, proto\u017ee toto obdob\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba nejen nemoci l\u00e9\u010dit, ale tak\u00e9 budovat vnit\u0159n\u00ed potenci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd jejich propuknut\u00ed zabra\u0148uje a kter\u00fd uleh\u010duje jejich l\u00e9\u010dbu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stres pova\u017eujeme v dne\u0161n\u00ed pohodln\u00e9 dob\u011b za stra\u0161\u00e1ka, kter\u00e9mu je t\u0159eba se odmala d\u016fsledn\u011b vyh\u00fdbat. Podle v\u00e1s se t\u00edmto p\u0159\u00edstupem ale paradoxn\u011b oslabujeme. Pro\u010d je dobr\u00e9 stres do na\u0161ich \u017eivot\u016f vr\u00e1tit?<\/strong><br \/>\nP\u016fsoben\u00ed stresov\u00fdch vlivu v&nbsp;p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 intenzit\u011b a mno\u017estv\u00ed je jakousi p\u0159irozenou vakc\u00ednou. Ta produkuje proti jejich vlivu \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 \u201eprotil\u00e1tky\u201c, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed jejich patologick\u00fdmi dopady. Bez jak\u00e9hokoli propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stresoru \u2013 t\u011blesn\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee, chladu, vedra, bakteri\u00ed, viru, nedostatku j\u00eddla a tak d\u00e1le \u2013 do na\u0161eho \u017eivota nez\u00edsk\u00e1me nikdy pot\u0159ebnou odolnost. \u010clov\u011bk pot\u0159ebuje v \u017eivot\u011b nejen slast, ale i strast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak laik neznal\u00fd pr\u00e1ce se stresem pozn\u00e1, jak\u00e1 d\u00e1vka stresu ho pos\u00edl\u00ed, a jak\u00e1 naopak oslab\u00ed?<\/strong><br \/>\nKniha nen\u00ed n\u00e1vodem, kolik a co d\u011blat, ale sp\u00ed\u0161 zamy\u0161len\u00edm nad holistick\u00fdmi principy fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organismu ve vztahu ke stresov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei. Ot\u00e1zka, zda n\u00e1s d\u00e1vka stresu pos\u00edl\u00ed, nebo po\u0161kod\u00ed, je hodn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na schopnosti a citlivosti na\u0161ich smysl\u016f. My v\u0161ak mus\u00edme um\u011bt p\u0159ep\u00ednat i do reakc\u00ed vzdoruj\u00edc\u00edch stresu chronick\u00e9mu \u201evzdoruj dlouh\u00e9 tuh\u00e9 zim\u011b\u201c. Omezen\u00e1 schopnost vzdorovat dlouhodob\u00e9mu stresu vede velmi \u010dasto k depresivn\u00edm poruch\u00e1m a m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat i celou \u0159adu psychosomatick\u00fdch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. \u010casto je spojov\u00e1n s&nbsp;\u017ealude\u010dn\u00edmi v\u0159edy, s poruchami kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi, se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem. Vlekl\u00fd nezvl\u00e1dnut\u00fd stres vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 i \u00fazkostn\u00e9 poruchy, s nimi\u017e souvis\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt r\u016fzn\u00fdch srde\u010dn\u00edch arytmi\u00ed, zvy\u0161uje riziko astmatu. Potla\u010den\u00e1 imunita b\u00fdv\u00e1 nav\u00edc d\u016fvodem n\u00e1chylnosti k&nbsp;infek\u010dn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm a je tak\u00e9 pozad\u00edm poruch hybn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. \u010casto se k n\u011bmu v\u00e1\u017eou ko\u017en\u00ed projevy, je spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00edm faktorem n\u011bkter\u00fdch revmatick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ale i rady dal\u0161\u00edch, ke kter\u00fdm m\u00e1me genetickou predispozici, je\u017e by za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed byla zabrzd\u011bna na\u0161\u00ed imunitou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak lidi podle v\u00e1s komfort dne\u0161n\u00ed liber\u00e1ln\u00ed doby nejv\u00edce oslabuje?<\/strong><br \/>\nLid\u00e9 byli v minulosti vystavov\u00e1ni mnohem t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm t\u011blesn\u00fdm a du\u0161evn\u00edm zkou\u0161k\u00e1m, ne\u017e je tomu v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b. Je paradoxn\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159itom denn\u011b sl\u00fdch\u00e1me v\u011btu: \u201eJsem v hrozn\u00e9m stresu.\u201c Nad d\u016fvody vy\u0159\u010den\u00ed t\u00e9to v\u011bty je t\u0159eba se v\u00e1\u017en\u011b zamyslet. Probl\u00e9m netkv\u00ed pouze v mno\u017estv\u00ed stresu, jako v tom, jak ho \u010dteme v na\u0161ich mysl\u00edch, co v\u016fbec pova\u017eujeme za stres a jak jsme v\u016f\u010di n\u011bmu t\u011blesn\u011b a psychicky odoln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se stresem otu\u017eovat \u2013 od batolete p\u0159es d\u011bti, pubescenty, dosp\u011bl\u00e9 a\u017e po star\u00e9 lidi?<\/strong><br \/>\nJedn\u00edm z mo\u017en\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f budov\u00e1n\u00ed resilience je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 vystavov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla chladu neboli otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Chlad p\u016fsob\u00ed jednor\u00e1zov\u011b jako stresor a vede k&nbsp;vych\u00fdlen\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy, tedy k naru\u0161en\u00ed homeost\u00e1zy organismu. To startuje \u0159adu nervov\u00fdch, hormon\u00e1ln\u00edch a bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 navozuj\u00ed postupnou adaptaci. Za ur\u010ditou dobu t\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i stejn\u00e9m stresov\u00e9m vlivu (chladu) k mnohem men\u0161\u00edmu vych\u00fdlen\u00ed organismu z jeho rovnov\u00e1hy, t\u00edm k&nbsp;jeho adapta\u010dn\u00edmu pos\u00edlen\u00ed, a to ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b na\u0161ich t\u011blesn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mu v\u010detn\u011b psychiky. Obdobn\u011b je tomu s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi environment\u00e1ln\u00edmi stresory \u2013 t\u011blesnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed, p\u016fstem, vedrem&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te n\u00e1ro\u010dnou pr\u00e1ci, jste dlouhodob\u011b velmi vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00fd, m\u00e1te rodinu\u2026 Jak se stresem pracujete vy osobn\u011b? Co v\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 naj\u00edt rovnov\u00e1hu?<\/strong><br \/>\nObecn\u011b je m\u00edra a zp\u016fsob odpo\u010dinku vysoce individu\u00e1ln\u00ed a z\u00e1vis\u00ed na v\u00edce faktorech \u2013 na t\u011blesn\u00e9 a psychick\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei, na tr\u00e9novanosti a tak\u00e9 typologii \u010dlov\u011bka. Osobn\u011b jsem se nau\u010dil rozli\u0161ovat mezi akutn\u00ed a chronickou \u00fanavou. Toto rozli\u0161en\u00ed je hodn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na sebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed a vy\u017eaduje trochu odli\u0161nou strategii, o kter\u00e9 v knize p\u00ed\u0161u. Bezkonkuren\u010dn\u00ed je pro odpo\u010dinek sp\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd je tak\u00e9 velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou slo\u017ekou adapta\u010dn\u00edch proces\u016f. Jak upozor\u0148uje profesor Karel \u0160onka, p\u0159edn\u00ed odborn\u00edk zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se problematikou sp\u00e1nku, za chronicky nedostate\u010dn\u00fdm a nepravideln\u00fdm sp\u00e1nkem stoj\u00ed a\u017e t\u0159icet procent v\u0161ech zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9mu. Jak to vn\u00edm\u00e1te nap\u0159\u00edklad u sv\u00fdch pacient\u016f? P\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00ed ti, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou ochotni se m\u011bnit, nebo se sp\u00ed\u0161 b\u011b\u017en\u011b setk\u00e1v\u00e1te s lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed ochotni nejsou?<\/strong><br \/>\nV trendu sou\u010dasn\u00e9 medic\u00edny je oprav\u00e1rensk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup, ze kter\u00e9ho se vytr\u00e1cej\u00ed aktivn\u00ed mo\u017enosti l\u00e9\u010dby i prevence. Je t\u0159eba v\u00edce akceptovat, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm subjekt, ne objekt. Z l\u00e9\u010dby a prevence nemoc\u00ed nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt vylou\u010deny psychick\u00e9 stavy, emoce, vnit\u0159n\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, kognitivn\u00ed funkce, sp\u00e1nek, relaxace, ale tak\u00e9 preventivn\u00ed vliv environment\u00e1ln\u00edho stresu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na co se moment\u00e1ln\u011b nejv\u00edce t\u011b\u0161\u00edte?<\/strong><br \/>\nKa\u017edou chvilku je n\u011bco, na co se \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee t\u011b\u0161it.
